It took me 15 minutes on a quiet afternoon to complete my order. The drive-thru is supposed to be quick and convenient. I ordered two plain bagels and ended up getting one that was garlic flavored. I should've just went to the store. For three dollars I could've gotten a whole bag of bagels and didn't have to worry about waiting a disrespectful amount of time to receive them burnt and cold at the same time. I always forget that this location exists because it's such an annoying location to get to, their parking lot is tiny, and that shopping center it's in is always so ridiculously crowded and busy, which I acknowledge isn't within Panera's control. I ordered a soup and salad for Rapid Pick-up. The system is flawed. I received an app notification and e-mail message saying my order is ready at the pickup shelf. It was not. Someone else's order was in the cubby. Most likely because of theft, they keep some of the orders elsewhere within reach of the staff. I asked about my order, and the employee rudely asked, "Well, what did you order?" I'd just much prefer to go to the other Laurel one on Laurel-Bowie Road, which has a huge lot with many shaded parking spots, faster and friendlier service, and a cleaner interior. read more

My experience was awesome! I did not want to get the same thing I always got, and the cashier suggested their new sandwich. I was a little sketchy only because I really didn't want chicken, but the sauce on this sandwich is good!! The entire sandwich is yummy!! Everything was good and fresh. If you don't like spicy, I wouldn't try it. I love spicy food. It was but unbearable it was just right! I told him the salad and sandwich were one of the same. Finally decided to give Panera Bread a try! I was not disappointed. I went into the restaurant before to buy gift card for some wonderful teachers and was impressed by the aesthetics and great customer service I received. I even received a $10 gift card for myself for buying gift cards! I'm glad I've added another alternative fast food option to my list. Today was my first visit to this location. I really like the convenience of Panera Bread locations with the drive thru feature. There were only a few cars in the line. I ordered the You-pick-two meal, which on this visit consisted of the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and the broccoli cheddar soup. I am a true Panera bread girl! I come daily. One for work and 2 for the breakfast while doing school drop off. The staff Including management is always friendly, making sure that the food is hot, fresh and on point. I love that I am there enough for them to know my name. That also could be bad. Walked in I was greeted Nicely however when I asked the associate what where the ingredients in the salad because they were not listed it was a problem . Eventually she read them, I asked was their a menu so I could see what's he ingredients. The associate read two different selections off to me and I just went on and chose . I had the green Cobb salad , shredded chicken , red onion, avocado , cherry tomatoes bacon crumbles and a few other things . The dressing said ranch but it was a greenish color but it was great . The only concern I had was the the lettuce , before mixing the dressing . I noticed that a good portion of the lettuce was wilted and brown or some of the leafy green had black edges . I removed a good amount and was disappointed that this green salad wasn't as green as advertised . If I could give lower than one star, I would. I thought I'd try something new and ordered a warm bowl to go - the Baja bowl. What I got looked like a small side. The dish didn't mention black beans and the ones they gave were also undercooked somehow. It was underwhelming to say the least. I've gotten bowls at Mexican places - twice as much, tastes way better and even costs less. They also didn't give me the side. I think this is atleast the 2nd time they haven't included a side. I paid too much attention to how this Panera stacked up against others in terms of location and atmosphere and not enough attention to how it stacks up in terms of food. I'm not a huge fan of Panera, but I was having a lunch meeting and this was the spot that was chosen. I got the green smoothie and was happy with it. Panera's free wifi was a big help for the meeting. Basically it seemed like a more comfortable Starbucks. Plenty of tables and even though the place was pretty busy it wasn't loud. I love Panera Bread but they really need to hire customer friendly employees. Today I visited and my rewards card didn't exist in their system even with showing them my card. I was told sorry nothing we can do I'm not IT. I quickly corrected her and said well you can let the store manager know about this and be a little more polite with customers. I did reach out to the Panera customer service number and was able to learn that particular location has an outage with the rewards program something Panera could have done instead of acting like it wasn't their problem. Yet another bad experience at the drive thru on 2/25. I found that I was prompting the young person inside and after I gave my order had to yell HELLOOOOO which she replied yeah.
