I should've just went to the store. I always forget that this location exists because it's such an annoying location to get to, their parking lot is tiny, and that shopping center it's in is always so ridiculously crowded and busy, which I acknowledge isn't within Panera's control. I ordered a soup and salad for Rapid Pick-up. The system is flawed. I received an app notification and e-mail message saying my order is ready at the pickup shelf. It was not. Someone else's order was in the cubby. Most likely because of theft, they keep some of the orders elsewhere within reach of the staff. I asked about my order, and the employee rudely asked, "Well, what did you order?" I'd just much prefer to go to the other Laurel one on Laurel-Bowie Road, which has a huge lot with many shaded parking spots, faster and friendlier service, and a cleaner interior. read more

My experience was awesome! I did not want to get the same thing I always got, and the cashier suggested their new sandwich. I was a little sketchy only because I really didn't want chicken, but the sauce on this sandwich is good!! The entire sandwich is yummy!! Everything was good and fresh. If you don't like spicy, I wouldn't try it. I love spicy food. It was but unbearable it was just right! I told him the salad and sandwich were one of the same. Finally decided to give Panera Bread a try! I was not disappointed. I went into the restaurant before to buy gift card for some wonderful teachers and was impressed by the aesthetics and great customer service I received. I even received a $10 gift card for myself for buying gift cards! I'm glad I've added another alternative fast food option to my list. I always order from my car outside of my job and my food is always ready by the time I make the short ten minute drive. The food is consistently good. I am a true Panera bread girl! I come daily. One for work and 2 for the breakfast while doing school drop off. The staff Including management is always friendly, making sure that the food is hot, fresh and on point. I love that I am there enough for them to know my name. That also could be bad. The only concern I had was the the lettuce , before mixing the dressing . I noticed that a good portion of the lettuce was wilted and brown or some of the leafy green had black edges . I removed a good amount and was disappointed that this green salad wasn't as green as advertised . Me and my mother decided to get a chicken noodle soup and a salad before we hit the road. The food was ok, typical Panera meal. But the service was a completely different story, while we were waiting on our food in the drive-thru, I could see the operators playing like a bunch of children behind the desk. Slapping each other playfully with rags as if they don't have a job to do. 2 whole cars passed us and the only reason we didn't leave is because my mom ordered her food on the Panera App. Its a typical Panera but Id recommend you not order there at night. read more

If I could give lower than one star, I would. I thought I'd try something new and ordered a warm bowl to go - the Baja bowl. What I got looked like a small side. The dish didn't mention black beans and the ones they gave were also undercooked somehow. It was underwhelming to say the least. I've gotten bowls at Mexican places - twice as much, tastes way better and even costs less. They also didn't give me the side. I think this is atleast the 2nd time they haven't included a side. I paid too much attention to how this Panera stacked up against others in terms of location and atmosphere and not enough attention to how it stacks up in terms of food. With toasted cinnamon crunch bagels with sausage and egg sandwiches that call out like mythological sirens; Baja and Mediterranean bowls that satiate those that want taste and something less sweet; steel-cut oatmeal covered in blankets of strawberries with the potential to add blueberries for a dollar extra; and triple fudge walnut cookies and kitchen sink cookies that make Halloween trick or treating seem like a run to the nearest organic market for kale and brussel sprouts, this Panera has become our favorite for both the savory and sweet. read more

Panera's free wifi was a big help for the meeting. Basically it seemed like a more comfortable Starbucks. Plenty of tables and even though the place was pretty busy it wasn't loud. I love Panera Bread but they really need to hire customer friendly employees. Today I visited and my rewards card didn't exist in their system even with showing them my card. I was told sorry nothing we can do I'm not IT. I quickly corrected her and said well you can let the store manager know about this and be a little more polite with customers. I did reach out to the Panera customer service number and was able to learn that particular location has an outage with the rewards program something Panera could have done instead of acting like it wasn't their problem.
