    Burnt bagel
    Suzanne K.

After visiting the winter market, we stopped Panera for a bagel and a smear Normally we order bagels they are toasted and given to us after we pay. Not today it is now 20 minutes in and no bagel. We were not greeted even at the pay station We got the bagels and they were burnt. Upon advising tyhe manager she told me to put them in the trash and they would do more. Now 10 minutes and waiting This Panera is the worst about 8 turkey sandwiches standing out. Boxes falling in the back room where fresh loafs are sitting uncovered The windows are dirty, the whole store needs painting and the coffee station empty The manager just brought our bagels and expressed regret. We stop here on occasion but it is so dirty and inefficient, not that often and not for awhile ag

As Paneras go, this one is Ok but not great. Here's why: The floor is filthy The tables are not clean The upholstery is ripping in places The order was taken correctly, and respected back correctly, but not prepared correctly (croutons in my soup) Name wasn't called when our food was ready, we just had to guess Here's what was good: The food! Tasted delicious once it was corrected to be gluten free. Will I go back? Yes. It's Panera. A solid choice when fast food won't cut it.

My daughter and I came in and had a great lunch. All the employees were super friendly. When they called out for me to pick up our order I was told they didn't have any croutons for the soup. Not a big deal. After we started on our meal, the kind lady that had told me that came to our table with a cup of croutons that she said were fresh out of the oven. I hadn't given it a second thought but she wanted to make sure we had some. I was also impressed by the young lady that came by our table to make sure everything was ok. Shortly after that I saw her training a young lady that seemed to have Down's syndrome on how to properly clean the tables. It seems like they have a really cool program at this location. Our food was great. Food came out quickly. Great lunch.

I'm not sure if this location is going out of business or if it was just because it was a Saturday afternoon but as far as baked goods there was NOTHING! I actually went to there for an Asiago bagel and there was not a bagel in sight! There also was no baked goods or breads and there was one lemon cookie that they couldn't even sell because it was broken. What made it bad is they had already charged me and also another lady for cookies that did not exist! I ended up getting a grilled cheese and onion soup (no crouton they were out). If you like grilled cheese don't get one from Panera; it was definitely a kids version. There was absolutely no flavor and it honestly reminded me of a Kraft singles grilled cheese. Now don't get me wrong I love a good Kraft singles grilled cheese but when it's costing me $7. The onion soup was decent had cool flavor but there was basically no cheese inside which was disappointing since I was already missing the croutons. A friend of mind described this place as glorified hospital food and I defended them but after todays experience......I feel this statement. I'm giving them a 3 because the staff was very friendly considering the lack of everything, but if you're looking for a bagel on a Saturday afternoon......don't stop here.

Not friendly service, long wait, and they forgot to put chicken on the Fuji apple chicken salad. This place has gone way downhill.

Because, really: Who expects a restaurant in a garden store to be good? No one. But Sully's strives for greatness among the fertilizer and patio furniture, and it exceeds that greatness. I was told that the brisket sandwich was great, and it did look really good, but I was feeling like chicken. So I got the herbed lemon chicken salad sandwich, which was an excellent choice. I will be thinking about that chicken salad for a long time. The multi-grain bread that it was on was toasted, and it comes with a side, and I chose a salad, which was lightly and perfectly dressed. They have a kids menu, which includes things like a giant pretzel and pancakes. My kids got one of each. Sully's also has a large cocktail and beer menu, and the great thing is that you can just get a drink and walk around the store, sipping your drink as you ponder whether you really do need that Big Green Egg. The service here is top-notch. The servers are pros and got us our beverages and food very quickly, considering we were a party of 15. Speaking of which: If you're a large party, you might want to call and get a reservation. But for the most part, you can just pop into Sully's and grab a table.

I also tried the special Tayaki, which was a good sweet counterpoint! Absolutely delicious! I'm still thinking about these sandwiches a week later! Bacon making class: overall I am glad I did the class, but think there are some things that could change. The information provided at the beginning of the class didn't flow the best, and used a lot of terms I didn't understand- knowing your audience is important. We were told we would get 1.5lbs bacon, and .5lbs bacon bits. When picking up the bacon, we only got the bacon, and none of the bits. This needs to be updated on the class description. Sandwiches: we tried a goose, and a batalli. The goose was good- nothing spectacular. I was a fan of the batalli- nice amount of mayo, appropriate spice, and good amount of meat/cheese. Would definitely get the batalli next time. Overall, I enjoy the sandwiches, think the sandwich class could be improved.

The only thing I didn't enjoy were the home fries. A little undercooked but overall the food for the price was good! While ordering, one of the servers came out with these amazing looking quiches! OMG!! I wanted to buy both the veggie and bacon ones so bad but I wasn't going straight home. The quiches were so appealing to the eyes; it's the perfect dishe if you're having guests for the holidays! I'm definitely going to purchase one next time I'm there.
