It's hit or miss. More miss than hit lately. Multiple times I'll order a salad and ask for an extra egg, they never put it in. I'll order an iced chai tea latte with no ice or light ice (I'm not paying for ice to fill a third of my cup and water down my drink), and not only is ice put in it, the chai tea part is always milky. Which means they are being stingy with the chai. They didn't used to be like this, and they had better iced chai tea lattes than Starbucks, but not anymore. I have reached out on social media about this multiple times with no response. Panera Bread used to be so good, but a good portion of things have fallen by the wayside as time goes on. It's been a while since I've been to a Panera. I forgot how pricey they were - at least for what I ordered. I ended up placing my order at their tablet. This was fine, but a little odd since there were a lot of people behind the counter. I thought the food was fine, but I didn't get a text about my order until like 2 minutes after I had already brought my food back to the table. read more

Every time I have come to this location it is always packed. There just isn't much seating at this location so it makes dining a little difficult if you want to dine in. It is kind of the perfect place for all occasions, whether you are meeting a friend for a casual lunch or if we have a casual business meeting because they serve a full menu, coffee & drinks, and pastries. I do believe they are a little expensive for the amount of food you receive. On my most recent visit the manager took our order because the other registers were in use. He was very friendly and funny, he def made my experience there much better. It was nice to have someone that could do more than just take your order with a monotone voice. I love the location of this panera, it is kinda in the middle of everything so it makes your time worth while if you come in, whether you need to make a quick stop at Lowes or Target (my personal fave). The parking lot is pretty easy to navigate and they do offer a drive through as well I believe. I also believe you can do a call ahead order and I know they offer catering, which I've never used personally. read more

Monday through Friday they could definitely use a larger dining area and more parking space. I highly recommend you use the app and pick up your food. Otherwise expect long lines. They mostly definitely need a larger bathroom. The food is always great and fresh. read more

Didn't know how to cut a beard bowl and tried to say they didn't have any cause they didn't want to work. It's late but you are open till 9

This is the worst Panera I have ever been too. Today was just the icing on the cake. I walked in to get a baguette and I grabbed one and walked over to the register. The kid didn't say hello, how's your day , nothing. Just started typing things into his register and then messed up and said "shit" out loud. Then he didn't ask me if I had a Panera card or if I wanted anything else and just told me the total. I usually get my bread cut up for me but the last time I asked for the baguette to be cut the girl acted like it was a horrible request and it was such a burden. I told her I had it done before and she just huffed and puffed and put on gloves to cut it. It just seems every time I go to this Panera I'm presented with nothin but attitude and ignorance. I wish there was a Panera closer to me so I wouldn't have to frequent this one anymore but it's the price i pay to get good baked goods. read more

Little slow in getting food, especially when they just have to put a few ingredients in a bowl and microwave it. Had some questions on food items and soups having cream base vs other. The shift supervisor wasn't sure about the answers, but he did go out of his way to look up the items and make sure I had the correct information. I appreciate his diligence in this. Not only did they forget part of my order, but everyone there was incredibly rude. I said hello and all the cashiers ignored me, even had their airpods in! It took a while before someone finally took my order. When I got home, part of my order was missing, I tried to call and was left on hold until hung up on. Stood waiting for about 5 mins. No one at counter. Just people running around. Never acknowledged I was there. Only had 1 kiosk working and it was taken. Waited another 5 mins and the kiosk opened up. I took one step towards it and an employee came out looked at the couple behind me and said she could help them. Ok no biggie. Got done and was instructed to pick up a pager and put in the #. Grabbed a pager but Couldn't find #. Waited and asked an employee where the # was. She looked at me and said they weren't using them. Like every other human, I'm crazy about Panera- their bread, their mac & cheese, their salads, everything. This spot is a huge study hub for college kids- especially on the weekends. Pro: there's always people here, so there's never a weird vibe. Con: there's always people here so it's sometimes hard to find a table. Service sometimes lacks in the friendliness department but the food is always right - so that's the main thing that matters, right?! Tip: if you get the Panera rewards card, you automatically get a free cookie or baked good just for signing up. I like this Panera Bread, and it's about 100 steps away from a public library, so it gets bonus points for that. I visited around 10:45 in the morning, which is 15 minutes after they stop serving breakfast. But because I love their breakfast foods, I asked if I could get one of their breakfast sandwiches anyway. The girl made an effort and asked the kitchen if they had any left, but alas, they did not. But I like that she made an effort and asked for me! I know, I know. It's a chain. But for what they do, this Panera is pretty darn good! I come here fairly often and I'm part of their rewards program for frequent diners, you rack up offers quickly. Super close to the library, close to my home in Broad Ripple, calories listed right on the menu and their quality is consistent. Not once have they gotten my order wrong. Sometimes I take advantage of their online ordering so I can just run right in. My food is always ready when I get there. Plus, I think they sort of know my name on the orders so they often (not always) add something extra, like a bag of chips not on my order, a Short Bread Cookie, etc. I tend to put a thank you note on my online orders as well, they really do have a good staff and management team here and it shows in their prompt, friendly and thoughtful service. You don't typically see this from a chain, so it's very much appreciated! The only downfall is that they put a cap on how long you can use their free Wifi. I'm a work-from-home writer and I would probably do much more work here if they didn't kick you off after about 30 minutes. As a result I rarely dine in any longer. read more

The workers did not greet us. Took my order and didn't give me my cup or receipt. Took a while for food to come out when there were not a lot of people. On top of it, there was a hair in my soup. They sold me expired cream cheese. A whole tub of it. Not cool. I called and shared the news w/the manager, Ashley, and she didn't seem surprised. I'm fairly certain her response was something like "Yeah, that happens with the veggie and the chive cream cheeses. We don't sell enough of them." Not acceptable. If it doesn't sell, get it off the shelves. Don't hang on to it. I inquired about a refund or replacement and was told (with no apology, mind you) that I could bring it back and they could refund it. Or, if I wanted to stop in sometime w/the receipt they could give me another one. I asked what their plans were to make sure this didn't continue to happen, and the manager told me they'll probably just stop selling it. This Panera is staffed by a young manager who has basically no management skills!!! Fri eve we were the only ones in line behind another who was being waited on. There were 2 cashiers with 1 helping the other. After 5 mins or so, the extra cashier proceeded to wait on someone who came in much later than us. I objected since we were next in line and heard nothing but excuses. When the first cashier became available, I asked immediately to talk with a manager. Then Charissa came up, I said what had happened and that it was rude, heard more excuses, and that that was why she came up to wait on us. I replied "No! You didn't come up to wait on us, I asked to talk with you about what just happened." There's much, much more that happened during this visit before we walked out in disgust and went to another, better Panera. I just don't care to spend any more of my time on this. This gal is not management material at all and doesn't know how to handle complaints without skirting the issue and making excuses up as she goes. I don't usually go this far, but I did contact corporate customer service about the situation we found ourselves in that night. It was actually the second time with this manager that mistakes were handled very badly, with both of us wondering what her mindset was and how on Earth was she a manger. I agree with the recent reviews. I have been coming to this location for curbside multiple times in the morning and 80% of the time I have to go inside to get my order. Its incredibly frustrating when you are on your way to work and have to wait an additional 10 minutes or longer (yes) for no service. Especially when curbside service is selected. This needs addressed asap. Staff needs to be trained on customer service and management should be making curbside a priority during covid. I dont have this experience at other locations when curbside is selected. I say I am here and within a few minutes my order comes to my car. Im very disappointed. read more

This is my early morning spot. On weekdays when I don't have to work and have the morning to myself, I always choose Panera. It is a spacious environment, pretty clean, and the in the mornings (around 9am-10am) there is much space for me to read and do work. I usually order a bagel (asiago) , cream cheese (roasted veggie medley) and tea. Their tea selection is awesome. There are great flavors like mango ceylon, earl grey, orange ginger mint, ginger peach, etc... I love the tea variety AND they keep honey out to use for your tea. I do have 2 complaints: First, the bathrooms are a bit gritty. When you are in the dining area things are pretty clean and the decor is warm but when you go to the bathroom, I feel like I am in a totally different building (think gas station). A little disappointing. Secondly, The wifi is awful. It is very slow and I get kicked off during peak hours. When I log on, I get a message saying, 'During our busy lunch and dinner time, wi-fi may be limited to 30-minute sessions.' - NOT COOL! We live in a wi-fi world, 30 minutes? So if I need to get work done for the whole day, this is not a place to stay and use wifi for an extended period of time. Just a little disappointing. Despite the two issues I mentioned above... I keep coming back. So the establishment and service is pretty good but the wifi issues & subpar bathrooms make me not totally LOVE this place. P.S. I do love the Panera Rewards. This Panera is what you'd expect, good, clean, quick food that's reasonably priced. Their pastries are always fresh. Employees always friendly and knowledgeable. After sitting in the drive thru line forever and finally just leaving I don't think it was even open. Why would it be- or why should they tell anyone it's closed?! Great way to run their store. I am always impressed with this Panera. Once in a while, I will order my breakfast sandwich which has a ton of ridiculous changes to it. I used to work at Panera years ago, so I was spoiled with making my own food, and I miss it. I order the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich, which I add salt and pepper, american cheese and add to a french toast bagel. They also have a sweet maple sauce (I think is the name?), and I ask that they add that, as well. I always ask them to cut it in half, because it is easier to eat on the way to work. 8 times out of 10, they cut it in half, 9 times out of 10, they get the order correct, and 10 times out of 10, they have my rapid pick up order ready for me to grab quickly and head to work. It's always hot, and delicious. We have been once for dinner, and once for lunch. I am quite disappointed in how the dining room looked both times, with trash on the floor, trash on the tables. And neither time were we there at a rush hour. But, nevertheless, the food was still delicious and hot for my boyfriend and I to enjoy. I will continue to use this Panera for my rapid pick up. I'm a big fan of Panera bread. The food isn't cheap, but I enjoy it. The PB on Keystone isnt my favorite location. My orders almost always have some type of problem. My advice is to check your order before you leave, really go through the order. read more
