Burnt bagel
Suzanne K.

After visiting the winter market, we stopped Panera for a bagel and a smear Normally we order bagels they are toasted and given to us after we pay. Not today it is now 20 minutes in and no bagel. We were not greeted even at the pay station We got the bagels and they were burnt. Upon advising tyhe manager she told me to put them in the trash and they would do more. Now 10 minutes and waiting This Panera is the worst about 8 turkey sandwiches standing out. Boxes falling in the back room where fresh loafs are sitting uncovered The windows are dirty, the whole store needs painting and the coffee station empty The manager just brought our bagels and expressed regret. We stop here on occasion but it is so dirty and inefficient, not that often and not for awhile ag

As Paneras go, this one is Ok but not great. Here's why: The floor is filthy The tables are not clean The upholstery is ripping in places The order was taken correctly, and respected back correctly, but not prepared correctly (croutons in my soup) Name wasn't called when our food was ready, we just had to guess Here's what was good: The food! Tasted delicious once it was corrected to be gluten free. Will I go back? Yes. It's Panera. A solid choice when fast food won't cut it.

My daughter and I came in and had a great lunch. All the employees were super friendly. When they called out for me to pick up our order I was told they didn't have any croutons for the soup. Not a big deal. After we started on our meal, the kind lady that had told me that came to our table with a cup of croutons that she said were fresh out of the oven. I hadn't given it a second thought but she wanted to make sure we had some. I was also impressed by the young lady that came by our table to make sure everything was ok. Shortly after that I saw her training a young lady that seemed to have Down's syndrome on how to properly clean the tables. It seems like they have a really cool program at this location. Our food was great. Food came out quickly. Great lunch.

Grilled cheese

I'm not sure if this location is going out of business or if it was just because it was a Saturday afternoon but as far as baked goods there was NOTHING! I actually went to there for an Asiago bagel and there was not a bagel in sight! There also was no baked goods or breads and there was one lemon cookie that they couldn't even sell because it was broken. What made it bad is they had already charged me and also another lady for cookies that did not exist! I ended up getting a grilled cheese and onion soup (no crouton they were out). If you like grilled cheese don't get one from Panera; it was definitely a kids version. There was absolutely no flavor and it honestly reminded me of a Kraft singles grilled cheese. Now don't get me wrong I love a good Kraft singles grilled cheese but when it's costing me $7. The onion soup was decent had cool flavor but there was basically no cheese inside which was disappointing since I was already missing the croutons. A friend of mind described this place as glorified hospital food and I defended them but after todays experience......I feel this statement. I'm giving them a 3 because the staff was very friendly considering the lack of everything, but if you're looking for a bagel on a Saturday afternoon......don't stop here.

It is conveniently located on the 2nd floor of The InterContinental hotel. The host stand for the restaurant is located directly across from what appeared to be the guest check-in desk. It was a little confusing. Several of the items on the menu were very appealing, the B&B Omelet, Croque Monsieur, and Ribeye French Dip to name a few, but I opted for the Little Gem Caesar with Blackened Salmon. My husband ordered The Traveler with eggs over-medium. Everything was perfectly prepared. The proportions for the salad were just right and the salmon was juicy, flavorful and crisp from the blackening. My husband wasn't expecting the somewhat unique preparation of the breakfast potatoes, but I found them to be satisfyingly crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. I also ordered the seasonal Strawberry Margarita with a sugar rim. It was light and refreshing. The atmosphere is very chic, stylish and feels very upscale. The dining room, and even the restrooms, boast this amazing natural light from all of the great, big windows! Our server, Roop, was kind and attentive and the hostess was warm and inviting. We will definitely return to try some of the other offerings in the future. Very cute brunch spot!

The design and ambience is very contemporary and a great place to dine in. I visited for dinner and I absolutely enjoyed my salad. I tried the Farro Bowl with Beets, Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onion, Croutons, Sunflower Seeds, Minted Yogurt Sauce and I ordered a salmon for my protein. The salmon was grilled to perfection and was so flavorful. I wish there was a little more flavor in the salad. Also a little bit more yogurt sauce. It was tangy and really good. Daniel served and was so good to us!

The fish was so fresh, and you could genuinely taste the nori, which makes a huge difference. We branched out and tried the Kumamoto oysters too. Worth it. They're tinier than your typical oyster and came with a range of flavors from the seasonings and sauces. Honestly, we wish they'd been served more simply because we wanted to compare them to the ones we've had in Japan, and all the sauce made that tough. Still a fun order though. Skip the Seafood Pot, in our opinion. It tasted like Bird's Nest to us and just wasn't anything special compared to everything else. Bottom line: come for the sushi. It's the standout, and it's what'll bring us back. With ramen, hibachi, bubble tea, and a full bar also on the menu, there's plenty to explore on a return visit.

For years, whenever I've had an afternoon flight, I've made it a tradition to stop here after checking out of Le Méridien. I'd typically sit on the patio with my dog, enjoy their lunch special, and head to the airport. It was always a pleasant experience and something I genuinely looked forward to. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was anything but pleasant. First, they've eliminated their lunch specials, raised their prices, and in my opinion, the food quality isn't what it used to be. But what really ruined this visit was the way I was treated by management. I arrived as a single diner with my dog and requested patio seating, just as I've done for years. I was told they were "so busy" that they couldn't accommodate us. I understand restaurants get busy, but the way this was communicated was unnecessarily dismissive. Management repeatedly told me no without offering much explanation or attempting to find a solution. It wasn't until I finally asked, "So, can you accommodate us or not?" that they decided to seat me outside. Even after being seated, I was made to feel like an inconvenience because they were apparently "so busy." It was uncomfortable and honestly unnecessary. I wasn't asking for special treatment. I was simply trying to enjoy a quick meal at a restaurant I've supported for years. I do want to acknowledge Sun, the bartender who served me. He was incredibly pleasant and genuinely the only bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. His hospitality deserves recognition. I completely understand that restaurants have busy days, staffing challenges, and seating limitations. That's not my issue. My issue is how those challenges are communicated and how customers are treated in the process. It's unfortunate because this used to be one of my favorite stops before heading to the airport. But between the increased prices, discontinued lunch specials, declining food quality, and especially the poor treatment from management, I no longer feel it's worth my time or money. Five years of positive experiences were overshadowed by one unnecessarily unpleasant visit. I hope management takes customer service more seriously moving forward, because no paying customer should be made to feel like a burden simply for wanting to dine at your establishment.
