I stopped here on my road trip to Indianapolis for an afternoon iced coffee. There's lots of free parking. Using the Panera coffee subscription was easy. I got a large iced coffee with almond milk. The store was clean and the stop was quick!

    Barely cooked grilled cheese

First time there- simple grilled cheese, tomato soup. No crackers ( had to use my own) asked for chips, no chips. Grilled cheese was barely cooked.

It was great to have some warm Mac and Cheese on such a cold day. The iced tea and coffee were good and the food was hot. The service was quick. The bathrooms were clean.

Look at this pathetic roll. Tiny! And I did taste it but wow, so bad.

Ordered the new cinnamon roll in the drive thru. Big mistake because I didn't see it before I ordered it. It's terrible. It used to fill the entire box, now it doesn't even clear the half way up mark. It's soo tiny in comparison for the price. It looks, feels, and tastes like I bought it at a gas station in those sad little plastic wrappers. They don't include cream cheese with bagels apparently when I order online because I have to pay extra which I don't think was a thing before. They also have changed to not having their own drivers and using Uber or something else. They can never find my door even though if you drove straight they would run into the building. Their service for delivery is atrocious. If this is where Panera is going, count me out.

Scrambled egg on brioche, regular iced coffee

I love using Panera for catering for work events. They have a great catering team and I always have a great experience. Not so much with the restaurant side, it's pretty hit or miss. Today, I ordered curbside pickup. I pulled up, checked in, and waited patiently for about 20 minutes. There were other customers, but it wasn't very busy. Once I called the restaurant, they immediately brought my order out and apologized. I had the same experience the first time I ordered curbside pickup but the preceding 2 times were fine. The drive thru is usually fine, one time they gave me iced tea instead of iced coffee but usually my order is correct. I signed up for the Coffee+ subscription. It's normally $8.99 a month for unlimited free coffee but right now it's free until Halloween. It's great deal but Panera is out of my way so I have to go out of my way to go there. I love breakfast and lunch at Panera. I usually order the scrambled egg on brioche for breakfast. The soups, salads, and sandwiches are all delicious for lunch. As much as I like their food and the coffee subscription, I don't know that I'll continue to go to Panera on a regular basis. I will definitely keep ordering catering once my office opens again.

Everyone eats at Panera, right?! I mean it's an often go to for breakfast or lunch meetings. I usually follow their baked potato soup schedule and would try to grab one of their GF chocolate cookies before someone else grabbed one. It's always been a disappointment they haven't released a GF bread, but they recently introduced grain bowls. I'm picky about chicken so I opted for the baja bowl and its loaded with flavor. Make sure you give it a try and add some extra salsa verde if you want a little more spice.

Cheese flatbread, corn chowder - pick 2

Happy to see that Panera is continually expanding their menu to include more vegetarian items. Their salads all include meat . I think the bowls are new and there were 2 vegetarian choices: Mediterranean and Baja. I chose the Baja and it had all kind of nice ingredients, including avocado (yum). The downside to the bowl was that it was smallish and not enough spice (guess they have to appease the masses). My husband got the pick 2: corn chowder (maybe) and cheese flatbread. The chowder was good and the flatbread was very cheesy... a good thing if you're a fan of a lot of cheese. Plenty of seating including outdoor, plenty of parking, and the cashiers/servers were fine.

    Fuji Apple Salad w/chicken

I went through the Panera drive thru with my fiancé around 4:30. There wasn't a line at all so out time through the line was very quick. I ordered a full Chicken Caesar salad and my fiancé ordered the Fuji Apple Chicken salad . I also ordered the Papaya Passionfruit green tea(which was delicious) the Fuji Apple salad had pecans, red onions, tomatoes and blue cheese. It also had the most delicious sweet balsamic vinaigrette that had some apple notes to it. My salad (chicken caesar is my fav) was pretty basic. I didn't really get the caesar vibe. I greatly missed the cracked pepper and Parmesan coming through a little stronger but it was okay. We also ordered a Broccoli Cheddar bread bowl which was my fav part of my meal besides my tea. For all 4 items, it was 30.06. Not too terrible. Next time, I'll definitely get more tea and stick to the soups ... overall experience 3/5

Women's toilets were so dirty we left and didn't order. Inexcusable!! I have never seen a Panera restroom this bad.

I ordered my sandwich and got it without incident.....Until....... The cup of soup I ordered they didn't have enough of, so the guy said he needed to get more. I said I would wait with no problem. Seconds later he bought me out soup that I swear he added water to! It was broccoli and cheddar water! There was zero flavor and crackers didn't thicken it up! The sandwich was good. It's very cool on the inside with vintage and Indiana-themed decor, tin ceilings, and, of course, a potbelly stove. The staff were friendly. But brother and I were very confused about the ordering process. There wasn't a lot of directional signage showing where to start and each step of the process. I watched a few other customers go through and they didn't seem like they had a problem so maybe it was just us. Next time I would probably just order online and pick it up so I could avoid the in-person ordering process altogether. I had the turkey sandwich and it was pretty good. I would say definitely a step up from your typical sub sandwich chain in terms of flavor and toppings options. I tried the chili mac as well. The chili is definitely à la Wendy's but I enjoyed it. The mac and cheese was good as well. I'd probably get either on its own but not together again. I also tried the Potbelly/Zapp's collab chips, the Hot Pepper flavor. They were good but are definitely not for everyone. When I visited, most of their fountain soda options were out of order so I settled on a no sugar added Pineapple Passionfruit juice/soda which was actually pretty good. We'll definitely be back - especially to try out their milkshakes!

I had passed this location on the way and thought I'd check them out since I had never had it. I got the Italian sandwich, brownie, and a side of the pepper relish. Big mistake. This has got to be the most broke tasting sandwich I've maybe ever eaten. It's giving armor meat sandwich for Panera prices. The ham gave Bar S and the salami gave budding. Just gross. I couldn't stand more than three bites and that was because I was starving. I threw almost this whole sandwich away. The brownie was pretty good and kind of reminded me of Chick-fil-A. That pepper relish was really delicious and all of the veggies were super fresh, but limited. You can miss me with that meat though. The bread wasn't that great either. I don't understand why people would come here when Penn Station is right across the street. The customer service was fine and the inside of the restaurant was clean enough. But I will never ever be back.

I redeemed a free sub through the app without any trouble. The ordering process stayed quick and simple. I keep going back to Jersey Mike's. The food is tasty, the service is friendly and the dining area is clean. My fave sub shop by far.

Food: We got a beef cheesesteak and an italian and definitely enjoyed the italian more. I think some of the problem is that they have relatively large rolls/bread which throws off the ratios and makes it feel skimpy. They either need to bake a 20% smaller roll or add 20% more protein to really make each bite satisfying. That said, the ingredients they use are actually good. I could actually taste the spiciness in the capicola and the salami had a nice rich flavor, they also topped the italian with a herby vinaigrette which was great. The fries are slightly more on the shoe string thinness which was fun but flavor was pretty standard. Overall this place isn't bad but it has some stiff competition, you get better price-performance from a cheaper chain and probably a better overall gourmet sub from Capriotti's which isn't that far although you'll probably pay 2x the price.
