The interior and…read moreexterior of the shop itself are nothing unexpected, but the food surprised us all in the best way possible. I had the Main Street Stroll: mozzarella, tomato, arugula, and pesto on ciabatta. It was a perfect combination of ingredients. Each ingredient was fresh and in ideal proportions and flavors. I care very much about my sandwiches and this sandwich stood very high in my mental rankings. This next part is a review written by my daughter. I tried her BLT and I fully agree with everything she said: "The food here is amazing!!!!! I would especially recommend the BLT, I got mine without turkey and it was by far the best I have ever had! They put the tomato in between the lettuce so the bread wouldn't get soggy and that made it so much better than the ones I have tasted in the past. " The kebab chicken is also very nice. You rarely find grilled kebabs at a sandwich shop, but they've got them and they do a great job with the seasoning and the grilling. Thank you to the team there. You guys are doing an amazing job.

(We were a party of five and pulled together two small square tables) We got a small cheese pizza and a large half-pepperoni half-black olive and they were delicious! So if you're looking for a quiet romantic meal choose a different place. However, if you're looking for great food, drink and a fun atmosphere, this is your place. The fried green beans were great. However, even more impressive was the New England clam chowder. It's one of the best I had in a while. For a meal, I had the fish and chips and both the fish and fries were done to perfection. Definitely will come here again, even it's just for a beer and chowder!

During that time, I complained multiple times to both our waiter and the manager, but the situation was never properly addressed. What made it even more frustrating was the lack of any meaningful effort to make things right--not even an offer to comp a dessert after such an excessive wait. I understand restaurants can have an off night, but when customers are left waiting 90+ minutes and repeatedly raise the issue, I expect management to acknowledge it and take care of the customer. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Very disappointing, especially for a restaurant at this price point.

Tap City Grille was a surprise for me!…read more I tried it out around 7 years ago and wasn't the biggest fan. It was a good place to go out with friends and have some wings, but I wasn't impressed whatsoever. My family and I were on vacation looking for a place to go that's different from Seafood, so we went back to Tap City to give it another shot. It was incredible. It was possibly one of my favorite restaurants I've tried during my vacation. We got a lot of different dishes, so I was able to try a bunch of them. I myself ordered a "build your own" Pizza. I got Hot Italian Sausage and Pepperoni. It was a very good size for the amount of money you spend. It was delicious. The sauce was amazing, the cheese blend was good and the toppings were both fresh! The crust was a bit soggy however. It was fine, it just was a bit floppy. I tried the Brussel Sprout appetizer and it may have been the best thing on the menu. They were addictive. I could've just ordered those and have been satisfied. I tried the Chicken Tenders and they were alright, but you could tell they are frozen and not homemade. The Fries were good, but just normal fries you'd expect at a bar and grille. Although I personally didn't try it, one of the guests I was with was in love with the Hamburger. This place is a must stop on your vacation if you're looking for a break from Seafood. It has a nice atmosphere and has been packed every time I've walked by. So why am I only giving this a four? Our waitress was not good. She had zero emotion and looked like she wanted to be anywhere other than at her job. I waited 20 minutes to get a refill on my drink because she never checked on us until we finished our food.
