The food is pretty good. I got just a tomato soup and some bread. Staff are nice and friendly, what every dining place should have, and the inside is cozy with modern decor. read more

I love Panera, but not this Panera. I found a hair in my salad - a short black hair. The time after that, I decided I'd still give the drinks a try and ordered (my favorite drink at the time) papaya tea. However, when it came, it tasted like someone poured days-old papaya tea into my cup. I gave them chances and I'm just grossed out now. Will only eat Panera off-Cape from now on! read more

The store in Hyannis is staffed with young; inexperienced help being paid minimum wage. As a result; the employees are not happy and the turnover rate is high. As far as the food being offered - the quality is questionable and the prices are high. All in all; two words of advice.... STAY AWAY read more

This place is a crapshoot! Trashed floors, filthy tables and a clueless crowd which has been poorly trained in something other than their primary language. How does the incompetent manager stay employed? If you get Neil, you are in luck! He actually sees to it that you get what you ordered. I avoid this place when he's off. I don't mind the price if I get what I want. read more

They get my order right every time! I get greeted with a friendly hello from the employees. read more

Too expensive. No substance. Waste of time and money. Coffee is watered down. No thanks. I'll eat my cardboard instead.

A manager is a total asshole, a complete idiot!!! He is very rude and stupid, he needs to be isolated from people! They messed up with my order, and did not want to give me a return. Also, at the end of the day, I got a return and the receipt was not given to me, and when I raised my was the manager came and told me to get out of here I do not understand how he was hired... I suggest rather to stay hungry than going to that Panera bread store. read more

I just had the new Balsamic Greens w/Grains & chicken salad. It was God awful!!!! It looked like the drain in a kitchen sink after a meal and there were way too many ingredients. Just disgusting. The dressing was the only thing that was good. The rest is garbage. The person who created this salad must have been a cooking school drop out with a F minus grade. YUKYUK The service and ambiance was fine. read more

I like Panera bread as a restaurant this particular Panera bread is very clean sometimes it's busy especially in the summer. It is a nice place to get takeout Panera bread mac & cheese is to die for. And you can't finish the meal without one of their incredible chocolate chip cookies. read more

I've been coming to this particular Panera for many years. Usually disappointed. Only go there because it's the only one near me on cape. My order is usually messed up. Today, I placed a to go order hours before I wanted to pick it up, because I know they run out of things. Placed the order at 2:00 for 5:00 pickup. Arrived on time only to be met by a server stating that my order was altered because they ran out of what I ordered. This isn't right. It's the last time I visit this Panera. Every issue I've had with them has never been corrected by management. It's a sad place read more

Kind and helpful service. Several members of staff helped us. They were very helpful in helping us with our order and getting everything to our table. Delicious sandwich and hearty soup. Just what we wanted. Can always count on Panera for fresh bread and good sandwiches. Most of plaza is not occupied but plenty of people came in and out of Panera. Clearly locals know this is a dependable restaurant in Panera chain. read more

If I could do a 0 star review, I would. The caesar salad my girlfriend got had stale croutons and tastes horrible. We also both ordered mac and cheese, only gave us one spoon for 2 bowls of Mac and cheese. Then when I went to get a second spoon, I didn't realize until after I sat back down that it was a dirty spoon. If you're reading this, don't come here, you will not leave satisfied. read more

Where I start?... Do you like getting free stuff on your sandwich that you didn't ask? Are you allergic to tomatoes and got on them sandwich anyways. How about a panini pressed sandwich that they forgot to press? We are having a meeting right to see who was the lucky person that got their lunch made correctly. read more

If I could give a 0 star I would. I had a greek salad and later found a DEAD FLY in it. When I said something I was treated and spoken to as if I placed the fly there myself. Then followed up by the worker asking me if I wanted a box for it. Bad experience to say the least. read more

Panera Bread - Sandwiches Near Me - Hyannis, Massachusetts

Normally I like this chain. This location is lacking. I even brave other locations for the excellent bagels at hours of the day that ensure no one in the crowd is yet caffeinated. So don't think I'm shy. Overnight, by the testimony of one cashier, the menu boards have been changed. They no longer list several many items listed on the paper menu and online. Including sandwiches, the mainstay of lunch. WTAF. This makes hangry me click it up just half a notch more on today's annoyance meter. Forced to review the full menu just moments before ordering, I'm still reading when the clerk asks "what will you have?" But she asked in a crass tone that indicated I should have known what I wanted for lunch when I woke up today. Half a click more. Here's your cup soda is down there. Another half click as the Pepsi is decidedly diet. Thank god I'm not allergic to Acesulfame Potassium. Another half notch please. Your food is ready. Joy, the default turkey club I was forced to order under siege. You'd think you can't go wrong with bacon. But yes, you can. So terribly and horribly so. I have consumed well above my fair share of bacon. I have never come across gray bacon. This looked like a hunk of an alleged 1960's alien autopsy. It was cooked and crunchy yet some how raw. Must be an unique thermodynamic property of extra terrestrial flesh. Add in some nice soggy bread, a personal favorite, and turkey that bore the slime of being exposed too long before being served and I'm clicking two notches off the annoyance meter. Look like yet another place that the back sliding retail economy will allow to slip silently into a merciful extinction. read more

I love this Panera, their food is one of my go-to places on Cape Cod. Curbside pickup is really convenient, and their sandwiches and bread are really good. Sometimes they mix up the side order and give me chips instead of bread as a side, but that rarely happens and all the good experiences I had with them outweighs those mistakes. read more

Every time I go to Panera it's 5 stars, but this one is the first one that was terrible. The food was not the best and the service was terrible. The drink dispenser did not work and they made me ordering experience so insanely confusing. I'm genuinely upset because I love this place so hopefully they get their act together. I checked my bag and my chicken is ice cold and the bread looks like it has a bite out of it. Disgusted read more

I used to like this place but the last time I went the service was unfriendly, the chicken in the salad was amazingly overcooked and obviously microwaved to death. The place felt unclean too. Someone needs to take a good look from management and get it back to what it was. Thank you. read more

Panera Bread - Panera Artwork - Sandwiches Near Me - Hyannis, Massachusetts

This particular Panera is the very busiest I've ever been to- it's tucked into a strip mall across from the Cape Cod Mall, about a 1/2 mile from the Hyannis rotary. With little or no visibility from Rt 132 you might think fewer people would find it but no, always a crowd, always bustling and noise. With all that going on, the customer service remains high, with cashiers working with smiles all around no matter how difficult ti may be! Summer on cape cod with tourists ganging up in front of you? not a pretty picture! I was there yesterday with an old friend for a late lunch (1:30'ish) and it was crazy, I think partly because it was a rainy day and what do you do on the cape when it rains? movies or out to eat. The cashier was easygoing and friendly-when the woman in front of us suddenly ran away to find her friend to place her order (really? just . . really?) the cashier next to her graciously slid us into her line to take our order so we wouldn't wait even longer- thank you! After all that we only waited 3 minutes for the order- what a crew! Food was dependably good as always. I tried the Chicken Soba Noodle Broth Bowl which was so much better than I even expected, with real soba noodles, a good amount of sliced chicken on top (like Panera adds to a chicken caesar) nice combo of vegetables and a surprisingly deeply flavored broth. It comes with one of their delicious baguettes. We sat for over two hours watching people enjoying their drinks and food that came out quickly - this Panera has the system down! read more

We stopped here for breakfast on our trip and were pleased with our visit. They missed the five-star rating just because the person running the orders was not very communicative or friendly. The food was delicious and was accurate to what we ordered. read more

Once again a lovely panera experience in yet another city. Got my usual Thai Chicken Salad with an apple and it was beautiful and delicious as always! It never ceases to impress me how nice-looking their food comes out, even in the lunch or dinner rush hour. This one has buzzers which is nice so they're not yelling out names, and there is outdoor seating! It's pretty large, clean bathrooms, and good food. I will always be a panera lover! read more

Panera Bread - Oh panera you sexy beast you! - Sandwiches Near Me - Hyannis, Massachusetts

I love Panera Bread and was so excited to see one in Hyannis. Don't go unless you really, really are missing Panera. I waited over twenty minutes for my food and all I got was a salad and tomato soup. Only two making meals on a rainy day on the Cape. Not very prepared. Lots of workers walking around. Salad was smaller than usual. The Panera in Hyannis is just not up to speed with the others. read more

Panera Bread - OMG THESE PRICES ARE CRAZY! - Sandwiches Near Me - Hyannis, Massachusetts

I love panera, but this location has employees that are awful. They have a terrible attitude and openly mock their elderly patrons.

We ordered lunch from door dash delivery. Half the order was missing, the Cuban sandwich was NOT what is described and grilled cheese only had 1/2 a piece of cheese on it. I know door dash is responsible for payment, but when I called the store, I talked to a "manager", Tina, who basically told me it was NOT her problem. Seriously... they didn't put food in the bag, it is THEIR problem!!! This is our 2nd attempt to order from them and food was missing on each order. Rude staff, poor food and they just don't care. Eat at your own risk!!! read more

This Panera is simply the best! My daughter and I stayed in the cape for a week and ate here 4 nights. MIKE was amazing and knew our order the second time we came in! Jamie and Ericka were also amazing! It was like seeing old friends when we walked in! We can't wait until next year just to come back to this location. read more

The food it so good. They are quick at serving your food with care. It is a little bit more on the pricier side, but it's worth it.

Extremely busy, we were lucky enough to find a table to eat at. Noisy and unorganized. A gaggle of people waiting for their food for 30 min. No room at the drink machines in the very back of the restaurant. The food was actually good, especially the squash soup and side salad. It is expensive, but same price as all paneras. Ordering was another ordeal, people gathered around, not many registers open. A separate bakery register section that also takes sandwiches orders, I think. We ordered a bakery item in the sandwich line and the employee had to go way over to the bakery section to get it and hand it to us over a bunch of people. Just so unorganized. They also do not deliver the items to your table at this one, you have to pick up your order when the pager goes off, not so easy with a few orders and heavy dishes. Food was good though and staff was nice. read more

Ugh, what a %$#@ show. A client wanted to stop in for a drink and muffin. The line was chaotic and the young girls behind the register had no clue how to handle the mess. I walked out. Down the street are three much better bakeries. read more

Panera Bread - I paid $6.59 for this salad?! Are you kidding me?!? No bueno, Panera. That is unbelievable. Very disappointed. - Sandwiches Near Me - Hyannis, Massachusetts

Terrible wait time for a grilled cheese which they gave me half of , and a tiny soup for $10 when there was not a single soul in there ‍

I was mildly excited to try the quinoa-lentil "bowl", as I imagined and envisioned a bowl full of lentils, quinoa, and greens. With an egg. Unfortunately, this was the saddest, most disappointing excuse for a bowl I have ever seen. What I got was half a bowl full of brown broth that tasted like soy sauce mixed with warm water, and a lemon wedge. There was maybe a tablespoon at most of quinoa and lentils at the bottom. A few sad wilted greens floated on top. The egg seemed to be a leftover hard boiled egg from earlier in the day. I tried not to cry in front of my daughter when I sat down at my table. I went ahead and showed the manager a photo of what a Panera quinoa bowl should look like and she pretty much ignored me. Also, it gave me the worst gas later. Not going back there again. The latte was halfway decent. read more

Being from a city where they refer to Panera as simply "bread co" I was not expecting much different from every other one, until.... wait for it.....LOBSTER on the menu. Of course there is an upcharge, but when else can you do you had a lobster roll with your you pick two? Otherwise, breadco is breadco. Broccoli cheddar is good, ice tea as well. read more

If I was just rating the food, I would not give this bad of a rating. However, the service here was absolutely horrendous. I am a strict vegan, and specifically asked for no meat on one of the sandwiches on their menu. When I was given the sandwich by the young employee who worked there (his nametag said Michael), I noticed it had meat on it. I asked the young man politely if he could remake my sandwich, and he replied by rolling his eyes and taking it away to do the task, I heard him mutter "fuck you" under his breath. He then brought me back my sandwich and practically threw it at me. This Michael deserves to be fired. read more
