Had lunch here one afternoon as we were heading back to the Airport (Toledo Express Airport). Had one of their Cobb salads with grilled chicken. It was a pretty decent salad, came with a side of bread - nothing amazing though. Service was good and there is free Wifi.

Harvest turkey salad and squash soup.

This location has the slowest service. Food is subpar, especially the pizza. They typically forget 2 or 3 toppings.

Served with perfectly seasoned huge pita chips and fresh pita. My gyro was so good I ate the whole thing. Servers seemed more into chatting with each other than customers. While I did not experience the ambiance at Grape Leaf Diner today, I can say from a past visit that the atmosphere is clean, bright with lots of windows, and with comfortable chairs and booths. The restaurant is located near or within a small strip mall at the Holland, OH location. (The Grape Leaf Express location in Toledo, OH located on Monroe St near Franklin Park Mall is also in a strip mall.) The food ordered today included chicken shawarma, yellow rice with vegetables (green beans, corn and peas), hummus, pita bread, and a Greek salad. There was also a dish of grilled vegetables that included squash and zucchini. While I didn't want to be rude and photograph food in the middle of the party, I took some screenshots posted by the restaurant to give you an idea of the food presentation. The salad ingredients were very fresh and delicious. Hummus was perfectly flavored. I always wish that Mediterranean rice had more vegetables, though it was delicious. I found the chicken shawarma a bit salty, but I'm salt-sensitive, so most people probably would love it; the meat was lean. As for the zucchini and squash vegetables, they looked delicious but we didn't have plastic knives, and I couldn't manage to cut them or eat them with the plastic forks. It was a beautiful presentation and I recommend that you give this restaurant a try! A tip for summer weather: the A/C was cranked up high when I was last there... maybe bring a jacket or sweater if you tend to run cold.

A relatively recent addition to Airport Highway's restaurant row, Noodles & Company offers a unique…read moremenu with a myriad of pasta offerings from different cultures. It's all about convenience here as the website or app lets you place orders quickly with multiple pickup and delivery options. This location opened in the former Moe's / Magic Wok building and I hope they stick around. According to my receipts I've been here 17 times, and tried most of the menu. The cheesebread appetizer is good, but the accompanying marinara sauce is too chunky. How about a basic mozzarella sticks style sauce? At only $2.89, a caesar side salad seems like an easy choice to go with your pasta entree. The lettuce is fresh, dressing tasty, but size is very small at only a few bites big. Shove some more lettuce into that cup. Dishes that are good here are the mac & cheeses. Buffalo chicken mac got a little too hot for me by the end, but the barbecue style with crispy jalapenos was just right. Interesting contrast of flavors. In large size, they fill the container almost to the brim and have some real heft. Pesto cavatappi (spiral noodles) is also very good with a delicious sauce. Simple buttered noodles with parmesan is about what you'd expect, possibly too plain for most. You can pick whatever protein you want for any entree. The meatballs go great with this dish and they are truly exceptional - taste like they've been cooking all day and have an almost crispy shell on the outside. I thought I'd like the Japanese noodles with marinated steak more. The steak was surprisingly great. The sauce was a sweet teriyaki variety with a kick of heat. It tasted okay until I found the noodles a bit chewy - almost like they were not cooked long enough. Your jaw will get tired chewing these. Repeat visits confirmed that's how they're served. The broccoli in this dish also needed to be cooked longer... crunchy. A couple other fails for me were the pad thai - not a fan of the citrus sauce - and regular spaghetti. Too many tomato chunks in the red sauce. The tortelloni (that's how they spell it) in garlic cream sauce is a winner. Tender folded, stuffed pasta with great cheese flavor. So what is hands-down the best dish at Noodles & Company? That has to be the alfredo montamore with parmesan-crusted chicken. It's your basic chicken alfredo dish with a couple twists. They use spaghetti noodles, add fresh spinach leaves, and the parmesan-crusted chicken is outstanding. It's a salty, indulgent treat we get every visit. Service here is usually spot-on. One time they handed us a bag with two bowls when there were supposed to be five, which was fixed immediately. Friendly employees, attentive management, big variety of dishes. Try this place for something different.

Was it worth $11.29 for a small smoked turkey breast sandwich and mac & cheese meal? Honestly…read more.. no. I originally stopped in thinking this might be more of a coffee shop so I could grab a snack and coffee while pumping gas--kill two birds with one stone. From the outside--and even inside--it's aesthetically appealing and looks like a great spot. But the experience didn't quite match that first impression. The food itself didn't hit the mark in the taste factor--nothing terrible, just not memorable or worth the price in my opinion. That said, I'm open to trying other menu items because maybe I just didn't order the right thing. Customer service was pretty average--nothing to complain about, but nothing that stood out either. Overall, it didn't hit the mark this time, but I'd consider giving it another shot.

Been here recently/last year three times, which has a refreshed look compared to the past. They have a variety of options with hot deli style sandwiches as a base, but have soups/salads as well as calzones, pizza, and flatbreads. If you have a sweet tooth, Cinnabon products are available as well as cookies and brownies. Breakfast is also available with breakfast sandwiches, burritos and tacos. The food quality is pretty good and a nice option to standards like McDonald's and Arbys etc. Cost seems higher for what it is, but to be fair in the past year (2025-2026) prices seem to be soaring due to tariffs and other economic issues. Food quality is not bad, but not a stand out either. Soups seem to be one of the better options. Service seems so so for friendliness as well as speed. The environment is OK, again not a standout. New look but has an "Empty Sterile" nervous vibe. Overall, OK especially if you need a break from the standard fast food chains noting the prices for McDonald's and others has skyrocketed and service and over all experience has been on the decline, putting Schlotzskys well positioned for fast food. Managing my bias here as I almost never eat fast food unless there is a need such as short on time or thats all thats available. Go ahead, worth a try if you are in the market for fast food and tired of the typical places.
