I appreciate the wifi but not the people who hog the booths doing their work, long after they've finished their meal (its rude!) Fresh baked breads and hormone/antibiotic free meats. Eek. I don't know if I will come here again. My boyfriend had a hair in his soup and his sandwich had one slice of meat in it. While I had a salad and turkey sandwich, it upset my stomach immediately and is making me run to the bathroom every half hour. Service was good but I don't think I will be returning. Oh my goodness I'm in love with the strawberry salad. It was really hot out, and I felt like a nice light salad. My companion wanted a sandwich so we shared the 'pick 2' deal, with a half turkey sandwich and the strawberry salad. It was amazing. Super fresh veggies that were nice and cool. Very bad experience in this store... I ordered $27 worth of dinner that includes 3 soups. The staff forgot French baguettes. The main reason my daughter likes Panera is tomato soup with french baguette. It was already past dinner time for my little daughter. When I called the manager about the baguette, he wanted me to come over to the store to issue the refund or he could write down for future refund. He did not tell me the amount. So I went to the store and I was surprised that he issued me $2.25 refund, and mentioned each baguette would cost $0.75. I was offended by that, as this amount could have been refunded over the phone, as I need not drive all the way for $2.25. I came back home, grabbed & returned the food that I purchased...worst experience for a Saturday night dinner, never experienced like this in any restaurant throughout. I wrote a complaint in Panera as well about the staff's customer service. If you love Panera, steer away from this store. read more

Today we meet other family members for a Saturday morning breakfast/lunch...we got there about 1030ish and this place was hopping. :) We walked up the the counter and placed our order-the woman was prompt and quick at her job. We made ourselves at home at a table and began chattering and noshing. Three or four times the lady who is on the floor of the restaurant (Helen was her name) came by to check on our table and see if there was anything we needed or if she could clear part of our table for us. She was WONDERFUL! She is pleasant - friendly - funny and loved to chat with us all. So when you go in look for her...she makes this place warm. Our food was great. Hot and fresh. I really like the menu options - including the calorie counts right up on the board (not on the receipt after you purchase!!). Soups, salads, sandwiches... new favorite is the macaroni and cheese. If you get soup you must pair it with the bread to dunk it! Chicken noodle and French Onion are awesome comfort food choices. Service is normally friendly, however I do get a little shocked when I see the price when it all adds up. Seems spendy for what you get, but I go into it knowing that. read more

OK. I finally came back to try this place out. It's brighter and much more spacious than Starbucks (at least the ones I go to) and, for this reason, would be nicer than SB if you were coming here with a kiddie or two to hang out. (It got Kid's menu too). However, I'm here alone now with my laptop and this place has the slowest WiFi I've ever experienced! Food (Pick 2) was ok. OK. My rating is 3 for now. Ordered a rapid pickup for bacon Mac n cheese bread bowl with chips, got no bacon and no chips. Went back and they corrected but no "treat" as per their advertised statement and a lot of sass from the counter girl. Pretty dissatisfied with her attitude above all else. Panera has a wonderful record of corporate giving . . . and tasty breads and soups. This location has friendly staff but not as quick as Cedar Hills location. Gourmet sandwich, soup, and salad cafe. The food is very flavorful and the options are plentiful. They will happily customize your sandwich (no mayo, etc.) without hesitation and the result is very tasty. Beverages include a variety of Republic of Tea options and a very tasty chai (iced or no). Food has never disappointed. Let me just comment on the apparent freak-out over the "unhealthy" aspect of the Panera cafes. Go to any other corporate cafe and you will find similar calorie and fat counts. If you're trying to eat super-healthy, don't eat at chains. Otherwise, go for a no-dressing, no-cheese salad, pick an apple as your side, or ask for no mayo on your sandwich, and you'll be fine. read more

Went to lunch here with Sandi and Nancy and this place was pretty neat. I thought the light up order tabs were pretty cool to let you know when your order was ready to pick up. I eat here often and am always satisfied with the food. Tonight I tried the rapid pick-up. I didn't check the bag before I left and noticed when I got home that a sandwich was forgotten. I called them to see if they can deliver the sandwich (even though I'm out of the delivery zone). They bought the sandwich to me within 10 minutes. If you want to pay ~10 dollars for a smallish half a sandwich, cup of soup, and a drink, then this is your spot. Food is good, but not great. Wow I enjoy this place. Their food is really delicious. There are so many good and healthy options that everyone can find something they would really enjoy. The managers are super friendly and very helpful. It can get kinda busy but there is always a seat available. They even have a fire place. I would recommend the broccoli cheese soup. The Asiago bread loaf is to die for! That loaf doesn't last long in our house! And the desserts I can take them or leave them...most of the time they are very dry. And I believe they have outdoor seating as well. read more

Food is good, mostly really good, but every time I have been to a Panera I feel disappointed because everything seems skimpy, and I never feel satisfied afterwards. I went to get a sandwich for dinner and get a break from Subway and got a Turkey,Avocado and bacon sandwich from Panera. Not only was it $10 ! But it was no way worth it at all! I have been to this location a handful of times a few years ago and I always thought it was decent. I took an old friend here to lunch recently and I was extremely disappointed. The workers messed up both our orders, so we asked them to remake our sandwiches. The first remakes were still incorrect and so was the second remake. I didn't know it was so difficult to make a standard BLT with mayo. I will not be dining at any Panera Bread because of the incompetent workers at this location. No one apologized for the incorrect orders and we were left without sandwiches in the end because of the mix up. We will definitely be taking our money elsewhere. read more

We eat here 2-3 times a week and have had great quality food quickly every time. The app makes ordering so simple and you can see if they're out of your fav items before you head in. The couple times they've had me purchase an item but ran out only to come home to see the missing items we've come back with order number and they've offered us full refunds plus extra bakery items. I'm a picky eater and they offer great individual options and substitutions here that's made us very loyal customers over the last few years.
