The el pastor was seasoned really well and had a lot of flavor. It is not the version with pineapple but was still really good. I do like my tortillas cooked longer, they tasted a little raw. The asada fries are Tex Mex style with queso. They were really crispy and delicious with just the right amount of toppings. Went yesterday to get a Hawaiian Torta. First off it was $15. I ordered it expecting a satisfying sandwich and instead got a lettuce garden on bread. Seriously, this thing had more lettuce than a Wendy's salad and not a trace of meat insight. It was like the sandwich forgot what it was. The bread was decent and the other toppings were... There, I guess. But the overwhelming crunch of the cold lettuce in every bite made it feel more like a health food prank than a torta. Our usual Mexican spot was closed on a Sunday night so we thought we'd try this food truck with good reviews. I really wish we hadn't. The nachos were thrown together with store bought chips that were immediately soggy and impossible to pick up. The meat was so salty I could only eat a couple bites. All of the toppings were mushy with big pieces of tomato, the salsas were pretty good though. But that's about the only thing enjoyable about the meal. The tacos were maybe 3 bites and lacked flavor. Decided to try Oregonian 21 because of the good reviews. I got pastor and asada tacos whereas my husband got asada supreme burrito. The burrito without the lettuce weighed 648g. The tacos are on the smaller side but also cheaper. It was overall a good meal but I didn't feel that the meats were outstanding. The salsa was also mediocre. My husband said the burrito has a lot of rice. I am not sure if I would come again because there are many superior options nearby but this place is a bit cheaper but ultimately I felt that I got what I paid for as a result. read more

Tucked in next to the Chevron station (I never go to) I kept meaning to try this truck, seems busy a lot when I drive by. The service we received was very friendly and pretty fast. We ordered a supreme burrito and 3 tacos. My burrito was tasty. Like with so many other places they went a bit heavy on the rice...so I scraped half out so I could enjoy all the other flavors a bit more. My husband ordered his tacos without onion, making them pretty plain for my liking, but he enjoyed them, and the meat had good flavor. He ended up with a 1/3 of my burrito anyway...sooo big. The wet burrito was amazing. The Lengua was flavorful and well worth the price. Since the original burrito, I gave dined here dozens of times. This truck is in prime real estate being located at a gas station, and being right off the Cornelius Pass exit. You'll easily find it I'd say. Anyways, I really like this taco truck! Why? Because they can serve me a breakfast burrito all day long! They stuff it with eggs, sausage, bacon, chorizo, and hash browns for only $8.50, and really not a bad deal imo. If you want a fat, messy, and 'falls apart' breakfast burrito, then go down the street to the Meating Place instead. Otherwise these guys will suffice. I tried a couple of street tacos as well, $2 each, one with carne asada the other with carnitas. Both were also to my liking! Add some lime and that green sauce, mmm mmm! Their green sauce is tasty and mild, while the red sauce definitely has HEAT and a dang good kick too! So add with care lol. TL;DR Honestly, this place is more of a three star, or three and a half stars, but the kid at the register taking orders was cool and welcoming. That's easily an extra star, so I rounded up to four. If you're craving Mexican food, well then you've found the right place. They've got plenty to choose from on their menu (see pics), and they're reasonable priced as well. Yes... but they taste way better coming from a food truck on the side of the road, and I will die on that hill!! Been twice now to this taco-tastic truck and its consistently good! First time, we ordered the chorizo quesadilla and taco (3) plate with lengua, asada and carnitas. Second time, we ordered the pastor quesadilla, bean and cheese burrito and the wet burrito with asada. Everything has been delicious! My fav proteins so far are the lengua, carnitas and chorizo. I have to say their rice and beans are outrageously good and the red and green salsas are fantastic We also tried the horchata and it was great. Not too grainy and not too sweet.
