I am shocked that Which Wich only has a 3 star average. It was so close to having 5 for us. They have been opened a few years now, I believe, and have not heard raves. I am here to rave. My wife picked up 2 sandwiches for us to enjoy at the music show at Shute Park. My roast beef, swiss cheese, light horseradish, mayo, lettuce and tomato was terrific. She told me it was warm so I ate it after she arrived. It really reminded me of Pot Belly, and I have always considered them top of the class when comparing Sub Shops. My wife was thrilled that a hummus sandwich was also on the menu. She did state the hummus was not spread on the roll allowing one to have hummus in each bite. She stated that it was thick in the middle and none on the ends. We will be back, as it is also affordable...but most importantly...it tastes great and has tons of flavor. read more

I've had some pretty terrible sandwiches over the years, but "Which Wich?" takes terrible to completely new level! I and my dining companion both agreed that these were hands-down the WORST sandwiches either of us have ever had. What's so bad about them? * Both were quite literally wet (dripping, sopping wet) * The wet fluid seems to have been from two sources: ----Water (maybe from the lettuce, we hope?) ----Pickle brine * The bread was somehow pretty flavorless * The meats were also flavorless * There was visible cheese, but it could not be tasted (ZERO flavor) * The smell was overwhelmingly of pickle brine We both threw half of our sandwiches away. It is pretty telling when the best part of the meal is the factory-produced bag of chips (I would have gotten French fries, but their "fry machine was out" that day). To add insult to injury, the food here is EXPENSIVE!!!! Seriously, $20 for a (granted, large) sandwich that tastes *THAT* bad? Three times in a row I have been disappointed by their inferior quality. First time: the bread was stale. Second time: I blocked it from my memory. Third time: sandwich was awful! This was our first time at this location. There was no one but us when we arrived at 1pm on a Sunday, but the place was pretty packed by the time we received our food. They had 5 employees working the counter, and we were pleasantly greeted upon entry. The ordering went smoothly once they reminded us how to order via the bags. The wait was a bit frustrating. Our sandwiches were called out as ready, but our fries weren't even started until after that. Needless to say our sandwiches were no longer as toasty warm by the time the fries were ready. But, on the bright side, I'd rather have hot fries and a cold sandwich than the opposite. All the food was good. Nice flavor, with plentiful and fresh toppings. Came to try out the new sandwich shop on Brookwood parkway yesterday. When you enter you will find a nice, new approach clean shop with the sandwiches being made behind a tall counter. The ordering here is unique. They have menus on their left before you get to the register. You have the option of their signature sandwiches or you can make your own with a brown bag and the type of meat you would like. I decided to try the Bahn Mi- I ordered it with lite jalapenos. It was good - the cucumber and carrot was like it should be. Thought there could have been more cilantro. The particular jalapeno wasn't to hot so I probably could have had more. The first half of the sandwich was good, but was missing something. I went and asked for more siracha mayo- that did it! I will order more on the sandwich next time. Am looking forward to trying some of the other options- a Philly, a burger style, a breakfast sandwich... There is a salad option and they were advertising french fries as well. The wicked for $15.25 was the same way! We ordered extra lettuce and extra red onions and got less than a normal order for both!!! $33.70 for 2 half ass made sandwiches - for example 3 of us went to Oswego Grill ordered 8 appetizers such as steak bites, Kobe beef sliders, sushi etc and 3 drinks the bill was $54 ! I've come here twice.. only reason I'm giving 2 stars is based on the food alone. But the service is horrible. Last time I came in, they didn't let me know they were about to close. I had been passing this restaurant by ever since it had opened. And we decided to bypass Jersey Mike's and give it a shot. We walked in and it really wasn't too busy. I got the Bahn Mi sandwich. Honestly it was pretty good. The pork was juicy and had good flavor paired with the carrots and jalapeños. Really the lower rating was due to the service. I ordered fries (which were just basic krinkle cut) and they were not included with the order. I waited a couple minutes before heading up to the counter and telling them. Then it was another 10 minutes before I received them. Not sure how long they had been open when I visited. I know that it sometimes takes a crew a bit in order to get in sync. My kids enjoyed their food, I think we will give it a few more months and see if I can update my review. read more

Saw the sign on the building and decided to give it a shot, and am I glad we did. So many options for specialty and build your own. Everything we tried was so good. Bread is crunchy on the outside and chewy inside. The meats were quality and the toppings were fresh. Almost got a second sandwich for the road. The online ordering was very simple, and the site was clean and easy to navigate. The customer service was lacking, and the workers behind the counter seemed less than enthusiastic about helping. Out of the three workers there, the girl who brought our food out seemed nicest. The sandwiches were ok. I got an Italian, and my wife got a Meatball. The Meatball was supposed to be without pesto. The Italian was very salty, and the Meatball had pesto and little to no red sauce. Speaking of sandwiches, we found a sandwich not belonging to us in our bag when we got home. Just under $35 for three sandwiches, some fries, and some cookies. I would not go back to this sandwich shop unless it was my only option. We ordered Ultimate BLTS - original on wheat & one modified on white (I don't like avocado & prefer cheddar over pepper jack), I picked up a bag of house chips (kettled salt & pepper), French Fries & dessert (birthday cake). One fountain drink up share...It ended being almost $40. Hoped in our car & drove to the baseball field - munching on the French fries & which wich sauce. The fries were crispy & crinkle style but not sure about the sauce - could definitely taste the mayonnaise...Sitting down in our lawn chairs, we got into our sandwiches. It was disappointing to say the lease & neither one of us finished even half of one. The kettle chips were over salted & the dessert cake was common for what ones expects when buying a dessert like that...With all the sandwich places out there, we wanted to give this one a shot but not sure we will again...Give it a try though... I had an order delivered. It stated they got 4.7 stars. I love a different place but thought since their reviews had increased by 1.5 stars they must've changed something. Hardly any meat or cheese on my turkey club and no bacon at all. The sandwich cut in half was missing meat and cheese on the last 1.5-2 inches of the sandwich. The white bread was dry and tuff. Lettuce was fine but tomatoes were squishy. I also ordered a french dip with double meat. This one had tons of meat. It was meat only and it was larger than the entire turkey club. But it was missing aujus to dip it in. With dry bread and nothing to dip it in it was nasty. So if I could've given them 0-.25 stars I would've. I've really missed the seafood salad sandwich from Subway that they had several years so I was super excited to see that WW has a krab salad sandwich on their menus now (I think it's new becuz we've eaten here a couple times and I don't remember seeing it on the meu before. But I'm not totally sure...). Got one for lunch today and couldn't have been more disappointed. Half the sandwich had NO KRAB mixture on it whatsoever. The half that did have some on there was decent, but was overwhelmed with so much cheese. It's like I said hold the krab and double the cheese (I didn't)...really weird. A lot of mayo on it too so the krab flavor was really drowned out by the rest of the ingredients. I'm not a "take this back" kind of person but if I hadn't ordered it from UberEats and had been in the store eating it, I might have said something. Anyway. Got a Courtney's Original Cookie, too, and it tasted good but was really crumbly. I eat at the Tigard Which Wich all the time and love it. This store hasn't quite lived up to them yet and I've given them 3 or 4 chances. I always get an avocado sandwich with a ton of veggies and it's always missing at least two items that I have checked off. Last time we went I ordered my daughter fries and we received our sandwiches and had to ask for the fries, even though the tag was clearly visible hanging above the machine. They hadn't even started cooking them yet. We were also the only customers in the store and didn't even get a "sorry, we forgot". The kids working at this location are never interested in giving their customers a good experience. I would much rather get my sandwiches from Tigard after work and deal with a little sog then come here and deal with the attitudes. read more

Stopped in to give this place a second chance since my first experience was pretty awful and again this time was more of the same. Young people behind the counter were super rude and have a zero customer service skills. The food was marginal at best and they continue not to have beef for the Philly cheesesteak or cheeseburger sandwich which is really the only reason I ever went in there in the first place.
