Stopped by today & had the peppered turkey sandwich & it was delish! It's nice ordering a sandwich that has good quality bread, as that is hard to find at most sandwich shops. So happy to have a new (healthy) sandwich, place in the area! I ordered the 4" size & it was perfect. And even though this might be a small thing to some, the lady that handed me my sandwich thanked me for coming in. I feel like every single business should do that (and many used to!) Our first visit, sorry no pictures today. Ambiance is clean and new, with plenty of comfortable seating and tables. Staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and happy. It was moderately busy at the end of lunch hour, with a very short line (they take online orders too, we'll try that). The menu is extensive, with many choices that all look delicious. Something for everyone. And while not cheap, prices are reasonable, competing with other choices in the community. We ordered the Ham and Turkey 6-inch, to go. We shared it. The sandwich was delicious, clearly fresh ingredients and we liked their spread. Regretfully, the sourdough baguette was so tough and chewy it was difficult to eat. To bite through required so much effort that the sandwich ingredients squirted out. We literally couldn't bite through, you had to yank and tear to release a bite of bread. Needless to say, what's inside came outside in a mess. The sourdough bread is the signature of their brand. Maybe this was an anomaly? We'll try again, and I'll revise my review accordingly. read more

Our first visit to Sourdough & Co this last week, as they have only been opened 10 days, which is not a good lapse in time to try them. Eric, at the register was obviously newer as he was clueless. He had to ask one of the cooks particular questions. It is a vert sterile restaurant and one I don't enjoy. $37.88 is too much for a two small salads, a cup of soup and a 6" Reuben. The Reuben should only come on rye bread. The sourdough is very good, but a Reuben should be served on rye. The SW Chicken Salad was quite tasty, but needed more dressing. I wanted to try Karver in Beaverton, but my wife wanted a soup. Next time...it is Karver. read more

A neat newer sandwich shop in the area to check out. I liked that the bread is sourdough based. We ordered the Italian, Pastrami Reuben, and a cup of Mac and cheese. The sandwiches were tasty. I thought it was a bit odd for the reuben to come with lettuce and tomato in it. Surprisingly it wasn't too bad. I did like the Italian sandwich. The Mac and cheese was ok. read more

They have some tasty sandwiches! Great variety hot and cold. They offer online ordering for pickup to save the line. It just opened recently in the Progress Ridge shopping center and it's been very busy. We needed a great sandwich shop in the area. The cashier was very friendly and helpful when placing our order. Looking forward to another visit soon to try a different sando. The spicy dill potato chips were so yummy. The dill pickle on the side was super fresh and yummy and I asked for pickles on my sandwich and they cut up one of the spears and it gave it an extra zing. read more

Very good sando!! The sourdough rolls are super tasty and chewy. Keep peeling the wrapper down to keep all the goods in place . I saw a review from Steve A complaining on the chewiness. Steve I recommend white wonder bread for you with a slice of bologna! read more

I ordered the turkey / cranberry on sourdough, and also a gf wrap for $27 (order #c5b5c417). I personally didn't eat the wrap, but wishing I did because it sounds like it was better than my sandwich. The sandwich was essentially all crust with a very-very thin layer of breading. Being thin you'd think you could just night through it, but that's not the case! It was a workout for the 10-15 minutes it took to eat the sandwich. Biting down, then needing to tear the bread off to finish the bite. Eating the sandwich like a caveman, eventually a lot of what was inside squeezed out. I'm not a big reviewer on Yelp, but I thought it may be worth a review. If you can't eat hard and chewy foods, definitely go for the non-sourdough option, which is a bummer because that's literally what they advertise to be great. I'd like to say it was great, because we need some competition in the area, but it's definitely not at the top of the list. Maybe it was a bad bread day, some of the photos I see do have a thicker breading and not all crust. Either way, it wasn't a great first experience. Note: I ordered online, and it was a 45 minute time. The app didn't update with order status, so I can't say for sure when it was really done. It looks like others have reviewed wait times, so perhaps it was a 30-45 minute wait. I placed order prior to lunch rush hoping it'd be a shorter wait time. read more

The au jus for my french dip did not get put in my bag and their house sauce is terrible. It took 35 minutes to get an order that I was told 20 to 25 minutes and I didn't get the side pickles. Go to any other sandwich place! read more

I was so excited to hear that this place was opening and finally got to try it today. Got lunch for the whole office at work. Delicious sourdough, and the French dip with au jus was amazing. Mac and cheese was a classic too. The owner, Jeff is super friendly and the staff as well. Will definitely be back to try more. 10/10 recommend. read more

Such a great lunch spot! I decided to go with one of their salads, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, the ingredients were crisp, and the portion was perfect for lunch. Our whole group ordered different things, and everyone was really impressed with their food. The service was great too! We're lucky to have Sourdough & Co. so close by and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! read more

I stopped in at the location on opening day & it did not disappoint. I grew up in California, Where I knew of Sourdough & Co, and when I had heard they were opening a location in Oregon, I was so beyond excited. The service was extremely fast, the food was so delicious & fresh. The restaurant is very clean & there are lots of tables. My all time favorite sandwich from here is the Pastrami. It is by far the best sandwich place around. I highly recommend this place. I will DEFINITELY be coming back read more

All I can say is wow. And not in a good way. We were told there would be a 20 minute wait for two sandwiches and a cup of soup. It was nearly twice as long before we received our order. Plenty of staff behind the counter, but they don't seem to have an efficient system down. Tables were all dirty and none were wiped down in the time we were there. The food is...ok. The sourdough is good but not amazing. The sandwiches are quite thin. I agree with another reviewer who said you can't plan on leftovers from an 8" sandwich. The clam chowder is mostly potatoes, the clams were few and far between. We understand that a newly opened restaurant may be working out kinks, and if the food had been worth the long wait we'd give them another chance. As it is, this is a one and done for us, we won't be back. read more

wow, I so wanted to love this place. it recently opened in the beaverton area, so we jumped at the chance to eat here. My party ordered an assortment of sandwiches, we all ordered the largest size, with a plan to have leftovers. We ordered brisket, turkey and cranberry, French dip, caprese, ham etc. After eating our supposed "giant size" sandwiches, we were all still hungry. First off, The sandwiches were dinky! Not very much meat AT ALL, definitely not worth the super-size price, and the entire contents of each sandwich was all squished up into a cigar shaped mashed up tube of bread and a couple pieces of meat inside. The cheese was paper thin and you couldn't distinguish it from the other contents in the sandwich. The bread was way too sour, not what you would typically expect in a sandwich, and the crust was so hard we had trouble biting through it! The au jus for the French dip was taste-less and the other sandwiches were basically tasteless, even with an extra helping of their sandwich spread. We definitely won't be going back - if you compare this chain with any of the other big sandwich shops like potbelly or jersey mikes, these guys don't stand a chance. read more
