I was in Ohio visiting Family and of course I had to come to Panera Bread. This is a great location for me near my parents house and in the Bridge water Falls shopping area so easy to get to. Everyone was very nice at this location, friendly, greeting customers with a nice "Hello" or "Welcome". I like Panera as it offers a healthier option out there to casual dining and a place to sit and work over lunch or just enjoy a quick sit down meal. Of course having been coming daily to get my coffee, tea or Soda with my Sip Club membership, highly recommended you join, it is great to be able to get a drink everyday, every two hours after you join. I travel around a lot so it is great for me, but also would be great for anyone who likes the freedom to have a drink whenever they crave one. Enjoy! read more

I had a bunch of clients early, so Panera was one my mind. The last time I eat there, they told me I had a free breakfast sandwich. I ordered 2 with coffee. The sausage, egg, & cheese on Asiago bagel was excellent. Normally I would go to McDonald's for the steak, egg bagel, but this is an upgrade. Most excellent. I also got the Chipotle Chicken & egg sandwich on ciabatta bread. I asked to substitute the scrambled egg for over medium. That was a mistake. The yoke ended on my pants. The food is super good considering the low staff this panera usually has. I will say the employees are very nice and friendly and like to make you feel like you're at home. The staff is usually very fast unless they are super busy. The dining area can sometimes be very dirty which is the one downside of this location as well the bathrooms are not the cleanest. My wife and I both got the lunch duos. One of the sandwiches was completely wrong. The tomato soup was more like a tomato sauce that you would put on a pizza. The one sandwich looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the menu on our app. In our opinion Applebee's has a much better lunch duo for the same price. My husband and I stopped in this Panera Bread location last week while shopping. We both did the 'pick 2' and chose a sandwich and soup. The broccoli cheddar soup was fantastic! Our sandwiches were good, but very small. My husband had a flatbread, which only contained a pinch of chicken. The food was good and the customer service was great. They are very organized to be so busy (we stopped in during lunch on a Saturday). We were able to find a table quickly. I like dining at Panera because I know they use real ingredients that are chemical-free. read more

I love Panera....just not this location. It's the absolute worst Panera I've ever been to. The lack of urgency from start to finish by the staff if so unbelievable. The person who took my order was the only shining moment, as she was very, very friendly. From there, it was a disaster. The slow, uninterested attitude of the workers making and serving the food is the worst I've ever seen. EVER! Now to my order... I ordered the pick two: Ancient Grain salad with Wild Rice soup. You can't mess the soup up since it just requires a scoop, but the salad takes some actual thinking. I asked for dressing on the side, which I did receive...but only in edition the the gobs of dressing already poured all over my salad. It is a sweeter salad, but somehow mine also had Tomatoes, onions and Greek olives - none of which are supposed to be in this salad. And, just when I though you couldn't mess up the soup, of course no spoon was given on my plate so I had to go back up and wait for that. Service continues to slip at this location and nobody seems to be paying attention (review rating supports this). I had to wait to order while two employees finished a conversation (about 2 minutes!) and another employees stocked bakery items. Then, the catering manager and driver were meeting at the smoothie/custom coffee station and completely ignored the woman making my smoothie and blocked her access to the refrigerator. The Green Goddess Cobb salad is a winner, but almost each time I've ordered it, Panera has told me (after ordering and paying of course) that they are out of hard boiled eggs. Usually they offer to add more avocado, but there's just not enough communication between the kitchen and the front staff. And the prices just don't justify what you get. What a mess... for an outrageous price. The dining area had more dirty tables than clean, food on the floir in several areas. Staff acted totally put out to take our order. She clearly did not know the menu. If there were printed descriptions anywhere, we could not find any, or we would not have asked for her help. I could continue to list more examples of lousy service, dirty eating area but, going to comment on this food. Lukewarm soup. Mediterranean Bowl mostly the rice couscous mix with 4 cherry tomatoes, halved, fair amount of finely diced cucumbers, 8 olives, halved, small handful of arugula. Half the salad had a drizzle of dressing. Side cup of ? Sour cream? I got water from the fountain. This meal cost me $14. Had to pick up my own food/ bus my own dishes- customary for Panera. When we left, one staff was cleaning the empty, gross lemonade drink containers, three were griping about their schedules, just standing around the register. Panera has deteriorated badly in the last couple of years. Stopped in to the Princeton Glendale location and there was a sign saying that there was no counter help, that you had to use the order and kiosks. Kiosks were nasty and dirty looking. Original review: Panera food is delicious. I do enjoy eating there. However today's catering delivery of box lunches had a few other problems. All box lunches we ordered had price increases of 20 - 40℅ each. The most expensive box (The Italian) had a bread substitution. Instead of fresh baked hoagie it was served on what seemed like ordinary wheat bread. The boxes were placed in 2 separate orders for delivery to one location. Two delivery charges of $15 each. What has happened to Panera? Panera used to be a great place to go for a fresh sandwich and soup. We purchased two sandwiches tonight--one, the Roasted Turkey BLT w/Avocado was inedible. Panara contacted me to let me know that they located my son's IPad that he left at the Bridgewater Falls Panara. I was at UC Hospital awhile my husband was having a cancerous brain tumor removed and I told the manager that I would come and pick it up asap because this IPad was given to my son from his dad. I sent my daughter and son the following day to retrieve his IPad but was told that someone has stolen the IPad from the office desk. The Fairfield Township police department made a report but the manager and District refuses to turn this in on their insurance. The manager told me that only three employees has access to the office and there is no surveillance in the office. No protocols were followed, the IPad should have locked in the safe because they knew whom it belonged to. They need to do the right thing and replace my son's IPad. This is definitely a great Panera location. When visiting, my order is consistently correct, prepared to my liking, and served at the appropriate temperature (hot things hot, cold things cold). The bakery always has fresh goods, never stale. I am particularly pleased with the staff at this location, always cheerful and helpful, and always willing to go the extra bit to make sure the customer is taken care of. read more
