With two kids having Celiac, got a gluten free giant. They have gluten free snickerdoodle cookie too but no one mentioned it. Not even the mgr. That would have been an easy up sell. The gentleman went to different, clean cutter in back side area and grabbed a new, clean knife from rack to cut the bun. Made great subs. Very nice staff but they didn't smile much. read more

I was at this location 20 minutes before it closed and there was a younger man (looked to be about 20 or so) who appeared to be mixed, white and black with some stubble i believe (not a full beard). When we got there to order he just looked at us from a few feet away and didn't say anything. after a few minutes of standing there i eventually said can i place an order and he said no I already wiped down the meat slicer. I ordered a big kahuna chicken cheesesteak and it was missing the tomatoes I requested and I couldn't taste the extra cheese that was supposed to come with it. Best Jersey Mike's in Cincinnati hands down! It's a smaller shop, but their service is really fast, and they seem to really care about making your order correct. Steve, the manager, checks each sandwich and ensures accuracy, plus he makes the best sandwiches, so I try to get him to make my sandwich personally. I like the fact that they have hot and cold sandwiches, so I have more options when I'm out for lunch. I didn't like to eat the same thing everyday. I came here with a buy one get one free coupon that I have had forever. I am a huge fan of Jersey Mike's but even with the coupon this place is super pricey. So be prepared to open your wallet but the food is good. I got the 13 and am always a fan. Best Jersey Mike's in Cincinnati period. This store was recently purchased by new owners and they re-did the entire place. Not only that, the staff is extremely friendly. Right when you walk in they ask how you are doing and start conversations with you. The sandwiches are of course the best. It is more expensive than Subway but everything is fresh and sliced to order unlike subway where the only thing fresh is the bread... and even the bread here is better still. read more

Great sandwich! I was a little let down with the final bill. Sign out front said "$6.99 Sandwiches," but that was only for the "old Italian" sandwich. I had the Italian sandwich, which was about $2.00 more. Closer examination of the tab revealed I also paid 0.18 for a cup of water. So, be prepared to pay a little more than normal. The flip side is, the fella behind the counter actually slices your meats and cheeses in front of you, so it really doesn't go it really doesn't get any more fresh than that.
