Ordered a baker's dozen of bagels and some other items. Spent almost $50. Picked up my order and made it to work to realize that I'm missing 10 of my 13 bagels. I called back and the young lady found the bag of bagels sitting on the counter. She told me to just come back and get a fresh 10 bagels. I haven't been able to go back due to work. I went in on a Wednesday morning to get myself some breakfast and to get half a dozen bagels and pastries to bring to a family member. Upon arrival the front lobby wasn't too busy and I was greeted immediately by a friendly employee. She rung me up and got my order out quickly. She was great at working the lobby greeting everyone which included a lot of regulars it seemed. I had a four cheese soufflé and it was delicious along with some coffee with almond milk in it. Really great experience overall. It 100% started and ended with the warm greeting from, Feemah. I may have misremembered her name. But she carried the entire vibe and service of the restaurant. The cashier was very warm and welcoming. Even though she was helping another customer, she paused to take my order so the line could keep moving, which I appreciated. When she entered my phone number for rewards, she greeted me by name and even joked about the Brandy & Monica concert, super personable and efficient. The restaurant was clean, and staff walked around checking on guests. I overheard several people being greeted, and one customer was excited that the cashier remembered her order from a previous visit, which was nice to see. In the past, Panera hasn't always felt worth the price to me, but this location really changed my mind. I ordered a Pick Two with the Green Goddess salad and tomato soup. My husband and I decided to try Panera for dinner as we love the breakfast however we were very DISAPPOINTED. When we walked in we didn't notice anything out of the ordinary in the entry way. We ordered our food for dine in. We got our drink and then we proceeded to find a table. This is when we became very DISAPPOINTED as all the tables were dirty plates were left on the tables, the trashcan was full. We were there for 30 minutes and nobody came out to clean. Before we sat down we cleaned our own table. The restrooms were very dirty as well. Had we noticed this before ordering our food we would have walked out. If I could zero stars, I would. I ordered online and told my order was ready at 10:34am. I did not see a bag anywhere for pick-up so I'm waiting at the counter for 15 minutes while every worker saw me waiting. I was only acknowledged after saying excuse me 3 times. They told me my order hasn't even been worked on.... Meanwhile everyone in the drive-thru were getting their orders. Customer support line did advise they have to manually put "order is ready" so they put my order was ready JUST to make their numbers look good...meanwhile, I didn't get my order until 11:15am and they still messed it up. As I write this review, my eyes swell up with tears... this Panera Bread has to be one of the best fast food places I have ever been to, their customer service shows that they do not just come in for their jobs, they are HAPPY to be there everyday and wanting to serve up smiles and satisfy customers. I have been a regular since 2021 and have always been treated with the uttermost kindness and compassion by the workers here. The food is delicious and the management are all amazing. Well, it would seem that Panera is trying to destroy itself from within. I now have the pleasure of writing yet another poor review that will likely add fuel to that fire. For years I have been coming to Panera for their Tuesday special on bagels. Living in Texas, it's difficult to find a good bagel. The only other choice really is Einstein bagels, and they have always been ridiculously overpriced, and their bagels to small. Paneras bagels were only a fraction of the price and much bigger, pretty much the normal size of a typical New York bagel, which is about twice the size of a lenders. But the last time I went in to Panera to get bagels, they raised the price of the special and the bagels are now HALF the size. H A L F!!!! I feel ripped off, honestly, and I'm going to start hunting for a new bagel place. read more

Almost no place to sit due to dirty tables, came here to try and study since this place is always empty. There are 7 tables with dirty plates and trash. This is the slowest Panera bread maybe. I ordered online to be in and out. Came inside and still waited over 20 minutes while they had on the screen my order was ready. So I proceed to to go ask if it's ready and her answer was "no we don't even know where the wraps are. " They continued to ignore me as I waited and served other customers after me. I understand it can get busy but when there is no other customers I see no one. While it had enough chicken, there were practically no noodles and one carrot piece. To top it off, a regular ice tea now costs more than $3. This Panera Bread is my go-to whenever I study at the Starbucks nearby. My usual order is the Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT with either macaroni and cheese or tomato soup. This time, I brought my cousins for the first time and we ate at the restaurant instead of going through the drive thru like I normally do. Instead of macaroni, I opted to get the tomato soup instead. I've always liked the food here but this time around was especially good because my cousins ended up liking it quite a lot. The service was also great and the employee who brought our food was nice and attentive. At one point, a child spilled her drink and it splashed on me and the employee asked if I was alright (I was). Nice clean modern Panera. They make an honest attempt to marry together a fast food concept with semi healthy food. Hard to beat their bread products. Just take off all the things from your menu then.
