Great place, very cozy and warming, but the staff seems a bit inconvenienced. Thdey act like they are not happy at all, all of them. Just going through the motions. Tho the motions helped make my "All Nighter", tho a bit loosely. The food was good. I really like the breakfast bagels, so I can be a bit biased. This chain makes some good ones. This one was good, the bagel was well toasted and the egg and bacon, mmmmm. So good. If the staff was friendly and gave a small, this would be a 5 star review. read more

Bagels are very, very salty and the service is a little bit slow. Ordered an avocado bagel, and would not be back.

Food is good. Service is good. COLD COFFEE AGAIN AT 12 noon. Come on guys. Do you only make coffee once a day?

Tried to get bagels for work today and nobody ever came to the speaker in the drive thru so I ended up just leaving. They obviously didn't want my money. read more

This was not the service or food I remember. I recently ordered 13 bagels. 2 chocolate, 8 cinnamon , one plain, 2 Asiago. I was rushed at the window and received incredibly rude service. When I got home I opened up to see all raisin bagels . Use to love this place but their attention to detail and their customer service has went down badly. When I called to ask for a refund they don't even answer their phones. read more

Worst customer service. Instead of calling out customer's name, use order number to identify the correct order is received. If you give the order to the wrong customer, be more accommodating to the customer who is still waiting. I checked on status and was told it was being made so I continued to wait only to discover 5 mins later that instead it had already been given to someone else. I get mistakes happen. Apologize and be willing to go one step further to ensure customer will return. read more

I wish I did not have to give a star at all! I am beyond mad at these people. Have been here now three, THREE different times in the morning to be told they are out of wheat bagels. Unfortunately that is only one my husband enjoys and I try to make an effort to go get them for him. I suggest to the person everytime "maybe you should make more" and it falls on deaf ears. I'm done! One time they run out is acceptable but a third trip is either poor management or they just don't give a darn. Either way I am taking my business elsewhere! Sad! Update! I did as Robert B. Business Manager suggested. I reached out to Einstein's Corporate and sent an email explaining situation. That was last week have not had a response so double whammy. Shame Einstein's! read more

I visited the Einstein Bros. Bagels drive-thru on Friday, November 15th, at 5:35 AM and ordered a half dozen signature egg sandwiches for a birthday celebration. The employee was confused and asked if I wanted six sandwiches. I clarified and showed the app photo. He confirmed they could make it, and I was charged $54.87 without a receipt. When I got home, I found the sandwiches were not the signature ones I ordered but classic options (bacon & cheddar, turkey sausage, ham & Swiss). These were of lower value and not what I requested. The app shows half a dozen classic sandwiches at $41.39 and signature at $50.69--I was overcharged and given the wrong items. I couldn't return since we were celebrating. I'd appreciate a resolution as I didn't get what I paid for. read more

Over 1hr wait after "ready" time on a web order. Arrived and see multiple web orders placed after ours ready. In person orders are being taken care of even though we're standing there waiting. Nothing but excuses instead of someone actually grabbing our ticket and making the order, dumb AF. They wouldn't even cancel our order, like wtf, no common sense, holding us and our money hostage. BTW, got home and our order was made completely wrong. read more

I had a taste for an Everything bagel and pulled in..... Had a bit of a wait because the order taker was deeply engrossed in taping a to go bag shut... she told me "I'll be right with you" a couple of times. Finally, took my order. I saw 1 Everything Bagel left behind glass. Ordered it toasted with garden veggie cream cheese and a coffee with Equal. While I was sitting waiting, the woman who took my order came to my table and said they were out of Everything bagels. I knew I saw 1 in there but just ordered a sesame bagel. 4-5 minutes later a guy came and handed me a bag with the bagel in it. I asked about the cream cheese and coffee. He went back behind the counter and asked a couple of other employees about it. Soon, another woman came to me with a coffee saying she put 2 sweeteners in it. A few minutes after THAT the young man came back with a small container of cream cheese. I opened the bagel and found out they put the cheese on it already. I don't think it was toasted either. I felt like this was a grand opening with nobody trained, no one managing the chaos, and just a difficult "quick bite". I give this a "fail". read more

I think they don't change out their gloves enough. Uninterested in taking customer orders, more interested in socializing with staff member. Taking order incorrectly at register& reading incorrect totals. Not inquiring about rewards status. The same towel is used to wipe the knife down after cutting into a bagel sandwich that she's using to wipe down the food line. If they're cross contaminating with this I can't imagine what else. Not sure I would come back after watching the kitchen while eating my food. read more

Where do I start.. first I probably should have just went to McDonald's . However I wanted something different and hearty. I opted for the Turkey sausage cheddar cheese. First off I'm there at about 7:30 so for sure the food should be hot . This was not so. My sandwhich was definitely cold. I can tell it was microwaved. It was cut in half so I was able to start at the center .. COLD! You could tell from the cheese it was only warmed up. I feel they could have at least made it hot. Dave your coins people ! I paid 6.00 for a cold breakfast sandwhich. I'm gonna say this again.. people stop at these places to experience good hot food in exchange for our hard earned money. AT LEAST MAKE IT FRESH. Go to McDonald's at least it will be hot! Never again ! read more

Mansfield is about 20-30 minutes from where I live, but every time I get over that way, it's an absolute MUST that I stop for some Einstein Bros bagels and shmear! So many varieties of both bagels and the shmear that the possibilities are endless. Bagels are always so fresh and have just the right amount of chewyness while still remaining soft and fluffy. They also have a nice coffee selection, healthy and naughty breakfast selections, and ice cold fountain drinks. I would have given 5 stars for this location, but today they got my order wrong and I didn't realize it until I was driving away. For that, I'm taking a star. But with the friendly, helpful service and the excellent bagels and coffee, it deserves 5 stars really. Love this place!! read more

I've never had someone be so bitter when taking an order. Middle aged lady with brown hair. Her name starts with a k and was in a blue shirt. My friend and I saw a blended drink in a picture on the menu and asked for that, she replied "this isn't McDonald's". Along with a bunch of other short, sarcastic comments. Went thru drive thru around 11:20am on a Saturday. There was one car in line ahead of us at the speaker to order. 2 cars behind us. So, we were stuck in line. Sat there for about 20 minutes until car in front moved. Ordered 2 items. Young man taking order seemed new or extremely confused. Repeated our item 3-4 times and finally drove up. Lady in front of us drove off with no order. We looked inside and place looked dirty. Young man repeated our order again and still didn't have the simple order correct. We cancelled and left. I'm sure our order would have been completely wrong. Horrible service. read more

I come to the location all the time and there has been three different times I've been overcharged. On all occasions I was basically "recommended" to keep the food. I guess to prevent them from the inconvenience of having to give a refund. Then, before my money was handed back was told oh we took out 2$ since you wanted cream cheese on the side. Saying that to say customer service is always terrible . read more

Having lived in the NYC-area for over a decade now, I guess my expectations of a bagel place have risen dramatically over that period of time so I'm going to temper my review and give Einstein Bros a little break. That's because I do the same when I check out a BBQ joint in the NYC-area after having enjoyed (way too) many BBQ joints from having spent most of my life in the GREAT state of Texas. First off, kudos to them for the wide selection of bagels, shmears, sandwiches, etc. they offer. If you're in a hurry and are not a regular of Einstein's, I'd strongly suggest you look at the menu beforehand and try to decide what you want. That is doubly so if you are ordering for a group. There's just way too much to choose from and that can be a good thing but it can also be a bad thing. On this occasion, my bro picked up an order for about 5 of us so we had an assortment of bagels, shmears, and breakfast sandwiches. We were all pleased with what we ordered. Like most food, it's probably best eaten immediately, on-site, but the 10-minute drive back to the house didn't ruin the food. Einstein Bros is a good (if not great) option for your bagel fix...even if you're from the Big Apple. read more

Simple order: A blueberry muffin and a poppy seed bagel with peanut butter; medium chai latte and a medium black coffee. Ten minutes later I have my black coffee and my bag after they have to fix the order of the customer before me. Return to get my chai latte that they forgot to make. Drove half mile before realizing they forgot the peanut butter so I drove back to get it (after all it's a buck-79). Any I'm sorry? Any apology at all for messing up an order that took 10 minutes to put together? Nope. Got an excuse they were behind, even though there were six employees behind the counter. And when they handed me my peanut butter, it was, "Here you go." Seriously? Here you go? From the manager? The employees are always very nice here, but I have visited 5+ times and never once left this location with the right order. Always check your bag, especially in the drive through. It is very frustrating to have to go inside to get my order re-made every time. Today, both of my bagels that I ordered were wrong (although I only noticed one at first), so I went inside to ask them to re-make one. I got the re-make and checked it in the car and the re-make was still not right after I told the employee exactly what it was supposed to be. Very disappointing. read more

This place sucks. How do you have no bagels on a Monday morning?! I waited on line inside for over 10 minutes to not be acknowledged and told that it would be an hour wait for speciality bagels. They had 10 everything bagels that I assumed I'd grab for the 13 in the box. Nope they gave them to drive thru people. They had none being made and yet empty bins... They also made the drive thru line the priority when I was standing in line for a long time. How about you make more bagels or put them on as you start running low. NOT when the basket is completely empty. The management here must be real winners..... I'll never come back to this lousy location. Nothing like going to a bagel store and they have like 8 bagels in the bins with NONE being made. Freaking idiots.... read more

The staff was rude and I felt unwelcome. I asked for cold coffee, and was given a cup to get hot coffee. Disappointing first experience!

Absolutely delicious! The bagels are bursting with flavor and look stunning. The service was great! The people were nice however they didn't seem like they knew what to do totally. That will come with practice however so I'm not holding it against them. The ambiance (for you Yelp) was later back and chill - just how it should be when eating bagels. 10/10 business, came after church and loved it! read more

In person, I ordered 3 items consisting of 2 plain bagels toasted with a smear and 1 plain bagel with butter. The cashier only rung up 2 bagels! I brought this to his attention after looking at my receipt. Was then charged for the 3rd bagel. When I received my order you guessed it, only contained 2 bagels! Each and every time they manage to get my very simple menu item order wrong. Enough! Never returning to this store. read more

It's always good to stop by and order a quick bagel.. They have a large selection of many different kinds of bagel.. From blueberry to jalapeños and my favorite the thin everything bagel. If you order a dozen it even include a tube of cream cheese with your order. They even carry different items on their menu for breakfast and lunch as well, just not bagels only. So I decided to go thur the drive thru today and pick up a dozen of my thin everything bagel. Yummy, I got my breakfast fix for myself and my staffs as well. I got to my office and open my bag ... The bagel was slightly hard. Does this mean that the bagel is overlooked or was it a day old. I never had this happen to me at other location but this was my first time visiting this one.
