This location has excellent service. My wife and I both enjoyed a Two egg farmhouse and a cinnamon bagel toasted with the Honey Almond shmear. All of the food was hot and tasted very fresh. I am pleased with the service and recommend this restaurant to all who would like to enjoy a tasty coffee and bagel sandwich. I have no photos to post this time because we were both hungry and devoured our sandwiches. It's always good to stop by and order a quick bagel.. They have a large selection of many different kinds of bagel.. From blueberry to jalapeños and my favorite the thin everything bagel. If you order a dozen it even include a tube of cream cheese with your order. They even carry different items on their menu for breakfast and lunch as well, just not bagels only. I usually like going here for the bagels and cream cheese, and occasionally the Nova Lox Brunch. I opted for the latter today, but did not get the hashbrown or muffin that I save for later, and the bagel was turned into a sandwich. Favorite bagel shop, I love how they provide the bagels already cut in half. I also joined their reward program and I receive plenty of discounts over email. Recently it was the 13 bagels with 2 tubs of shmear for $9.99 now this was amazing!.. since we were visiting my family, that was an unbelievable great breakfast option and... we were voted heroes for the day. they also have breakfasts sandwiches with cage free eggs, you can pretty much customize your bagels and have them made to your liking. There's also a great selection of breakfast coffee , and espresso drinks. This place is located next door to a Starbucks so I normally just go to both locations, it's very convenient. The "shmear" (cream cheese) is amazing! They had this jalapeño salsa and that was delicious and hot! Also the plain one was double whipped so it was easy to spread and frothy like. I wonder why many of the Einsteins have three star ratings, so I stopped into this one. It was a fair deal - Asiago bagel with the garlic "schmear." Along with the tea of the day. Five bucks or thereabouts. It was just what I was looking for. Free wifi. Very comfortable environment. What's not to like? I notice that this particular Einsteins has a 4-star average, so I didn't get to examine the complaints of the others. 4 seems about right. I will visit again. read more

I love this Einsteins! Perfect place for bagels, bagel sandwiches, fruit, and a smoothie. I love this one because it's right next to a Starbucks so the Starbucks is usually more packed so my wait is shorter at Einsteins. Plus their food is always made hot a fresh. The things I love from here: bacon egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel, cinnamon bagel with butter, and their fruit smoothies. If you're like me and you love bananas you can get them here as well. The staff is always so happy and friendly so it definitely brightens up your day. Come here for you early morning breakfast! read more

This is my 2nd time coming to this location, each time they've been out of majority of the bagels. Both times I have asked for/ paid for extra shmear and both times I have not received it. Both times my food was barely warm, and both times the workers treated as though making my breakfast/lunch was an inconvenience. There were 7 people working (from what I saw) and Shauna, a young teenager, was the only one who was cleaning up the pigsty of a dining area. All the other ladies stood in the back talking/ participated in a one person job just so they could pawn off the cleaning jobs on Shauna. Hopefully they can iron out the kinks because flavor wise Einstein's does a great jobs but some of the employees are taking away from the pleasant Einstein's experience. read more

The manager in place has NO CONTROL OF THIS PLACE. I went in to order and I saw the lobby empty and drive Thur only had 2-3 cars and the lady making my food was just walking back and forth acting like she was doing something. I came in last week too and the same lady was talking to another older man employee and she did the same thing she saw my order pop up in the screen and walked to the back of the store. This all happened on Friday or Saturday and today when I went in the lady who made my order was so fast and sweet. Welcome to the ghetto. The employees are extremely loud when talking to each other, they act silly and ignore customers. It's not the type of coffee shop that you can go to and enjoy peace and quiet, visit with a friend or check emails. The best part about this place is leaving. Killer bagels. Love the plain smear, I know it just whipped cream cheese but it's so light and fluffy. We usually get a half dozen or more. I always go with plain, can't fail on the plain. I got an everything bagel once thought it was to garlicy and got an Asiago cheese bagel once the cheese tasted off. I got the bagel and loxs, it has capers which I don't like, uncooked onions which I can't stand and tomato which was out of season so it was mealy and nasty. Don't get me wrong who doesn't love Einstein bagels. I would always stop at an Einstein if there was one for breakfast. However that was usually drive thru where you don't see the inside. I came in on a Wednesday morning and the person taking my order was friendly. The girl who handed us our food seemed like she had a chip on her shoulder. No greeting. She just spatted out the food order. My salmon was dry on the edges and I asked if they could replace it with fresh salmon. She gave it back saying. Is this what you want and I was like yes thank you. With a big smile on my face! The inside floor was disgusting. This was around 10:30am. The drink section needed to be wiped down like bad. The sad part was I noticed the lady not using gloves as she was refilling the food stock on the counter. There were only 5 other people and 2 tables being used. Not busy at all. Long story short. The customer service at this location is the worst I have ever seen. Every time I go to this location the person taking the order ALWAYS get the order wrong. The Management team at this location really needs to monitor the staffs performance. I have witnessed many customers orders be incorrect as well. After waiting an inordinate amount of time in line, we noticed that there seemed to only be 3 employees working. It took an incredibly long time at the window to be served. Excellent option for a great bagel. Einstein's always has a great selection. I prefer whole wheat, chocolate chip and blueberry with regular cream cheese but they have many flavored cream cheese and other options. Sandwich options, other baked goods and an excellent selection of coffees are also offered. If a bagel has too many carbs, ask them for a "bagel thin". They slice their regular bagel to give you the best parts without all the carbs and calories. read more
