Came to the store in the morning before work. I ordered their chipotle chicken, scrambled egg& avocado breakfast wrap . I usually purchase a Orange Juice with my breakfast . I was craving a tuna sandwich so I came here because I had a gift card. I ordered the half tuna sandwich. First of all, I'd like to say that is extremely petite even for half a sandwich. They didn't put much tuna in it either. It looks like they just slathered it minimally. It didn't even taste like tuna. It had more mayo than tuna. The consistency was very runny. Also, I asked it for it for to be toasted and they didn't toast my bread. I guess for the price what can you expect. it's a good thing that you buy something for five dollars or more and get another half sandwich free because that half a sandwich was just a bite/snack. I'd like to add that I didn't know where to pick up my food and the cashier never told me I had to pick up my my to go order/food on a side area of the restaurant. I kept checking several times for my food in the front area by where I ordered and no one who worked there bothered to tell me that it was ready or where to pick it up. Overall I'd like to say that the food is not very good in this place I will not be returning and I will be giving my gift card to somebody else. If I want a real sandwich I'm better off going to Ralph's and buying the deli tuna and making it myself. FYI Corner Bakery has excellent tuna sandwiches. Also, the soup is very salty. I think the only thing good in this place or the back potato chips. read more

We went to lunch to be disgustingly disappointed in this location. Long line to place order. Followed by ice machine broken, had to stand in line for someone to be able to serve ice off a bucket. ALL lemonades were unavailable/empty. To get our food which was an unmelted blob of cheese. had to go back to locate receipt and get sourdough bowl which was not included and finally absolutely no hot sauce and no effort to even look for more tabasco which was labeled in condiment box EMPTY after asking a couple employees. This was the worst experience by far! Truly disappointed. read more

I came in to order one of the new sandwiches that I had seen and was pleasantly surprised by the Chicken and Ranch sandwich. Rep Jonathan was incredibly polite and funny, and the order was done so quickly! I will definitely be ordering from here again I would recommend this Panera . read more

Panera hasn't always been THIS expensive, has it? About $6 for a SMALL Mac & cheese that literally had 25 little pastas. (But wowza is it good!) I used to love going to Panera but I never remember it being that expensive. The food is still good and the mango smoothie is top notch. This location is fairly new and closer to my house so I decided to try it. It's really dirty in there. Almost all the tables had dirty dishes on them (some that have been sitting there for so long that it got crusty) There's a lot of dividers which make it seem bigger and also make the spot you're sitting in more private! read more

My daughter and I stopped by this location the other evening, while out shopping for an outfit for her school pictures the next day. We ordered the chicken frontega sandwich, the macaroni & cheese to share and a grilled cheese. The frontega was ok, I wouldn't say it was good, or that I would seek it out again, but it was edible. My daughter liked the grilled cheese, though she said it was barely warm, which was strange because I went to the pickup window right after the text came through saying it was ready- the Mac & cheese though... ugh. It was incredibly bland, and was a tiny portion in a large bowl (so I guess when you pay for a large, they are solely referring to the dish it comes in). The best thing about the Mac and cheese was actually the bowl though, because it was literally cold in some areas- not tepid or even just warm... cold- cold, like it just came out of a ready made container from the fridge, was zapped for 30 seconds and not stirred, COLD. After dinner I began feeling sort of blah, it never escalated, but the food didn't sit well- my daughter seemed ok, so I figured I was just nauseous that I spent close to $50 for food that was pretty terrible. Flash forward about 2 hours and out of nowhere my daughter said her stomach was upset and within 30 seconds she ran to the bathroom and VIOLENTLY (and I don't use the term lightly- she literally had petechia [broken blood vessels] all over her cheeks afterward) expelled the entire contents of her stomach. Directly following, she said she felt much better. I can say without reservation that we will never go back. I thought about giving a second star because my iced tea drink was pretty good, but then I think about how my daughters school pictures are going to turn out, with broken blood vessels all over her face... and I'm pretty comfortable with the 1 star rating. read more

Over priced! over $12.00 I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and a ice tea hoping for a quick satisfying meal. I would not recommend this place for breakfast. The prices were to high for this mediocre food and limited menu. It would be better to go elsewhere for a full breakfast meal with better options and value for money. read more

worst place to work at. New store manager "Sarah" I think was her name, super rude and doesn't care to train her workers. Expect workers to know the whole menu and how to do it by themselves without any help by the second week as if they don't have a lot of things on the menu. So overall just a job not worth it since they don't care about their employees and don't even give people their 10 min breaks. read more

I go to this Panera bread everyday of the week. They have very very high prices for sandwiches but the sandwiches are not that good. I paid $13.13 for a half a sandwich and it was not good. By the way this included no drink. They have too many homeless people that actually just hang out there at Panera bread all day long. I live a few blocks from Panera bread which is why I go there to get coffee. I also get coffee there at night time, which is why I notice that there is a homeless guy that's there literally from open to close. He walks around the restaurant all day long even going to the area where customers pick up their food. The managers do absolutely nothing in fact he gives them candy bars through the window. It's almost like they're running a soup kitchen there. Customers that go there and dish out 30 $40 for a meal don't receive the respect they deserve, but homeless people get respect and admiration. This is a bizarre place to spend money. read more

The food is good! I had the flat bread pizza and some tea. The restaurant was also clean.

The food of Panera bread is always decent but expensive. I wish I could give A negative rating. This place gets a -5 out of 10. The servers here have an attitude issue and no respect for customers. The manager comes out and says OK and does nothing about the issue. I would never ever ever ever come back here. The worst place ever. I rather starve than eat here. read more

My takeout experience was very poor. My salad had a kitchen plastic glove turned inside out hidden under the lettuce. It was sandwiched between the mixed greens and the tomatoes so you couldn't see it through the clear container initially. My husband drove back and the manager declined to speak with him until he ran into him incidentally. All he could offer was a new salad, a lousy pastry and a weak apology to make up for it. What was worse is that there was no staff accountability for their actions. For a staff of 7 people working that evening, he could not tell us who was responsible for it. I find this to be disappointing but also concerning. I do not recommend this location and would encourage you to avoid it too unless you want to risk eating poorly handled food. read more

Team lead was doing her best to fix all the issues the other employees were causing and she was the only one who wasn't begging to be fired. Our order was wrong, no problem team lead fixed it. (This all went down on Fri Jan 28th 2022 @ 1:30-2:00pm) Once we were done with our meal, I stand up from the table and bash my head into the low handing light thats meant to be centered over the table, not the chair. It was directly over the chair. We go up to the front to let them know the tables were improperly positioned and no ones there for at least 5 minutes, the girl who took our order must have been done with her shift cause she was packed to leave and the replacement showed up. We tell the employee (glasses, dark hair, has a minnie mouse backpack) the situation and she interrupts and says "Unfortunately, Panera puts them thats way." No lady they clearly are meant to be centered over the table not where anyone over 4ft tall stand up. Then she goes "Oh, yeah well you can go tell her about that." Referring to another employee. We say "Um, how about you do that we ate and are leaving." and she says "Well, I need to go back to the freezer." With the most dismissive annoyed horrible attitude she could possibly have. Clearly lying about "the freezer," completely annoyed we are just trying to tell her something messed up in the dining area, and essentially telling us to "F off I dont care." Someone is going to get hurt at this location and its this employees fault. Wish we got her name / a picture. read more

What is so special about Panera bread? I paid $10.41 for a baby salad. When I say baby salad, I'm talking that I finished my Greek salad with 10 bites. At least I had a side of bread with it otherwise I would've been starving. As a matter fact, I'm still hungry. And I'm not a big eater! This is the problem with America. We came to Panera Beard last night since it was in the plaza we were at. You would not have trouble finding parking because there ton of spots. This was my first time going to Panera Beard so it was a good experience to see how well everything is organized. When you walked in there signs that tells you to order at the kiosk or at the cashier area. I chose the kiosk since there were already people in line. My girlfriend just wanted the chicken noodle soup so I got her that and I got myself a large soda. I chose pick up but it was confusing because right next to the kiosk it said to pick up a buzzer. I was never assigned a buzzer number so I asked one of the worker for help. They said they would just yell out my name when my order was ready. I was confuse because I never inputted my name but it took my name off my credit card. They also display your order status on a TV. 15 minutes went by and no one yell out my name so I was looking where to pick up my order. It wasn't until I saw a worker refilling the fountain machine when I asked them for assistance. They said to go to the side of the counter and walk down to see the pick up area. I then saw my order just sitting there, so I had to flag down the lady working the window for my drink bottle. She first give me a regular size cup when I ordered a large so I had to wait for her to come back since she just walked away after handing me my cup. I likely won't be coming back to this location again. read more

Generally I have great experiences at Panera, but this one was not good. It took over ten minutes to get our order placed at 4:30pm, because they had only one cashier and apparently a ton of question filled customers. When our orders arrived we only received two of our three pieces of "side bread" that came with our meals. And they didn't bring a butter knife for any of them. Not sure why they don't just leave the flatware out? Finally my "Bacon Turkey Bravo" half sandwich had almost no bacon. A little less than one slice of bacon was included. And it was cold, was clearly from a precooked package... read more

Normally I am not so picky about minor things, but I am going to write few minor details. I ordered small coffee and my friend noticed that cashier charged for medium coffee price. I asked why and the response that I got was stunning. (We dont have small cup and the smallest cup we have is Medium size). If I was told before they charged it... Then I would be okay... Only ten cents difference im price. But the fact that I was not told when I asked for a SMALL, then the cashier should at least tell me that they are iut of Medium cups. Second thing is.... Taking the order took forever. This is not an busy location since it is fairly new location . When I got there, there were only one cashier working helping this lady who was asking thousands of question before she made decisions what to order. Then after abiut five mins, finally another cashier opens up the second register. By then there were abiut ten people behind us waiting to order. (I counted total of 5 cash registers). Third is. We arrived there just after 8am on Sat. I wanted to have Creame of Broccoli soup. And was told that it wasnt ready. If you don't have it. Maybe pullnit off the menu all together. I like the location. Very clean and bright. Will I visit thisnlocstion again? Well, if I am in a hurry.. then. NO. To study or do some work. Yes. read more

The wall maze makes it seem less crowded. A neat way to set up a small space. The ordering kiosk is pretty convenient. But it's not super obvious that you're supposed to go around the side to pickup your order. I bet the employees are getting tired of having to direct every other confused customer to that area. There doesn't seem to be any standard here regarding the amount of food in an order. You can order the same exact bowl on different days, and the amount you get can be wildly different each time. I swear my portion tonight is half of what it normally is! read more

This review is based on my experience of me doing the rapid delivery. My coworker suggested that I go online to order and pay for my meal in advance so we wouldn't have to wait since we were on our lunch break at work. I'm so glad that we did that because when we entered our food was already to go including drinks in our little individual cubby in a bookshelf-like display. This place is very modern and my only gripe is that the food is a little pricey. It was over $11 for a side of very delicious mac & cheese and a half Cobb salad. It did come with an apple. read more

Poor service, employees complaining out loud about customers and it jobs, unhappy people providing service. Sorry to be here....

I just moved back around the area, decided to stop by here with my family. I ordered a half sand-which half soup. I got the grilled cheese it wasn't that great... I've had better and paid less. The other half was Mac and cheese, this is my favorite food from Panera, However the Mac and cheese was served cold. I was very disappointed but was starving to even complain. When my plate arrived it was missing my baguette. All of orders were missing something. The staff isn't very friendly, they all seem to be too busy to help anyone. Also, that same day the water in the men's restroom was running and running. I made them aware, but again they didn't seem to care. read more
