I usually stop by this Panera location when I am both hungry and in need of a cozy & reliable space to get some work done. The food itself is pretty standard cafe food: soups, sandwiches, salads, and baked goods. In all of my visits, it has been consistently fresh and satisfying. I will say that sometimes my orders take a little longer to be prepared, but again, it's always fresh and tasty. The price is a little steep, but I think the "You Pick Two" option has a pretty good value level. I usually order on the kiosk and overall, the availability of seating and consistently good food keeps me coming back.

I recently joined the Sip Club, so I have been visiting different locations more frequently. This particular one wouldn't be my first choice if you are planning to work or study. It tends to be noisy, and there are very few wall outlets. I only noticed one or two. It's just not a very study-friendly environment for me. Mornings are especially busy. There is a regular group of older adults who meet up, take a few tables, and catch up. Nothing against them at all -- just something to be aware of if you're looking for a quieter space. On the bright side, parking is never an issue. There's plenty of it, which is a plus.

I ordered from a kiosk but the staff is nice when I go to pick up. I joined the Sip Club here so I can enjoy a drink every 2 hours or if I eat onsite then endless refills. This place could use a better water filtration system. Plenty of parking and place is clean enough. Casual.

Nice quiet place to come have a date or read/ do computer work. The service is always friendly but they do forget things from time to time (like our dip for the French bread and our bread bowl... twice) The food is consistently good. They have THE best broccoli cheddar soup and lots of choices for different sandwiches . I don't like their tomato soup (tastes like marinara sauce, honestly). My favorite sandwiches are the chipotle avocado and the French dip sandwich; both pair well with the broccoli cheddar. 4 stars instead of 5 for not getting our order right more than once within the same month

My favorite seasonal soup is back at Panera. Squash soup in a bread bowl. My order was to go this evening. This location is situated next to a movie theater in a very busy populaepro I ordered online and the staff at the pick-up window is very friendly. Prices have gone up a little but these days most places have. This sourdough bread bowl was delicious along with my savory squash soup. If the temps keeps cooling off I see more trips in my future.

Fairly decent Panera bread. Came on a Friday afternoon and it was quiet, with some loud children and teens but it was okay. Unfortunately there was only 1 outlet available out of the entire dining room space, which was taken by one gentleman. Other branches are equipped with multiple outlets so it was disappointing. The seating is also very lacking in booths-- maybe 2-3 booths total? One table was half a booth and the other half had the wood hard chairs. Over time, it gets uncomfortable sitting on them. My laptop died as I worked on stuff I needed to do. I don't recommend coming here if you plan to be here for a long duration of time as it'z not really comfortable. Also ordered a bowl of soup, a cookie, and chips. We go to pick it up and the staff said wait, he needs to wait real quick for the cookie. "Ok!" We say, all excited. He puts it on the tray. We sit down and munch-- realizing the said cookie is hard and cold. We wondered why the staff even made a comment that sounded like he was making a fresh hot cookie when the reality was he just needed to grab a cookie to place on the tray. Food tasted yummy and my craving for the tomato soup was satisfied. Other than that, expect to come here as a casual eatery rather than a cozy spot to get stuff done!

1 Star - Absolutely Disgusting and Unprofessional Experience I've never written a Yelp review like this before, but what I witnessed at Panera Bread today was downright horrific. While waiting on my order--three sandwiches for me and my children totaling over $50--I watched Joel Ortiz, an employee behind the counter, drop a marker INTO the food right in front of me. Yes, a marker, as in the kind you write with. I immediately said something, expecting a prompt apology and for the contaminated food to be thrown out. Instead? He ignored me. I alerted another employee--also ignored. Their excuse? "He doesn't speak English." I'm sorry, but basic food safety is universal. A health violation is a health violation in any language. But it gets worse. Joel then proceeded to shove his hands inside the back of his pants to adjust his waistband--with no gloves on, no hand wash afterward, and then went right back to building sandwiches like nothing happened. I pointed this out too. Still, no urgency, no apology--just excuses. And after all that? He had the audacity to ask for my name and then cancel our order. We waited over 20 minutes just to be told to leave, handed a new refund receipt and absolutely nothing to show for it. The place wasn't even busy. This is not just poor service--it's a complete breakdown of health code standards, professionalism, and basic human decency. Panera, if this is your version of hospitality, it's no wonder your location is sitting at 2.5 stars on Yelp. And yes, I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and posting this on Google Reviews too. You can reply with whatever excuse you want, but the reviews speak for themselves. This was a disgrace. Shame on the manager who allows this behavior under their watch. Your name on the door means nothing if you let the operation rot from the inside.

We came to Panera for a quick, easy dinner after a long day of work. We ended up waiting 35 minutes for our food on a to go order and when we asked, our food was just sitting on the counter not bagged, and our soups weren't even poured into the cups yet even after receiving a text almost 10 mins prior saying our order was ready. When waiting at the pick up window, we were blatantly ignored for 10 mins before being served. Hoping the food isn't cold by the time we eat it. There was also a guy working walked back and forth in the hallway carrying a bucket that said 'poop bucket'. Not super appetizing UPDATE: croissant sandwich had normal bread and it was cold

A while back, I had a run-in with some undercooked pork BBQ but, perhaps it was just a fluke; and I must update my review. I gave it another visit a few years ago and my experiences thereafter have been nothing short of amazing. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The food is consistently good and never disappoints. My husband is non-Filipino and even HE gets excited when we make plans to eat there. You know a place is universally good when they're successfully serving a diverse group of happy patrons. In addition to their meal service and offerings, their catering is SO GOOD. my party guests never fail to make compliments when House of Grill is served. Even my sisters now order from them for party trays/platters. This is most definitely one of the BEST Filipino restaurants in the NorthWest Valley area. Plus, everything is freshly made and reasonably priced. Please stay affordable, House of Grill! The community appreciates it . A few things to consider: 1) When ordering catering online, I never receive an email confirmation (perhaps you need to set up an account or something), but if you're ever unsure, I recommend calling them sometime after your online order to confirm. 2) My dad used to be a chef at a Filipino restaurant, and House of Grill's BBQ is the closest I've experienced to my Dad's BBQ. Their pork and chicken BBQ sticks are top-notch and can be thoroughly enjoyed by even the pickiest eaters. Their caldereta also rivals our own family recipe. Highly recommended. 3) My little one is born and raised in the U.S. but she absolutely LOVES their dinuguan, bicol express, Filipino spaghetti, and ube suman (sticky rice). 4) My husband is a southern boy and his favorites are the lumpia shanghai/shrimp & fried chicken. 5) My own personal favorites are the pork sisig, bistek/beefsteak & onions, and palabok. The menu was on laminated paper which must be a few years old and felt disgusting to touch. I started with hot tea and it was served in a metal cup. I wish they served it in a nice ceramic container for customer's enjoyment. For lunch, we ordered chicken chow mein and their pork and crab dumpling (like a xiao long bao). The chicken chow mein had a boatload of cabbage and probably 10 strips of chow mein noodles. It should have been called cabbage noodles (lol). The pork and crab dumplings would have been a hit, but the dumpling shell had a "soapy" smell. The meat inside was soft and tasted good, but I couldn't get over the smell of the shell. We would have also wanted to try seaweed salad, but it was unavailable on this day. The parking at Northern Cafe is plenty. The staff is also courteous. But given the state of the food and overall feel, I give it only two stars. Truthfully, you can find better Chinese food close by this area. There's Maru Ramen on Reseda and Nordhoff, or Silverlake Ramen on Rinaldi. And no, I don't work for either of those places. All of this feedback is based on customer experience.

Over the years, the place has a good customer base for good reason. The issue is that they are ALWAYS understaffed. Don't let the hiring sign on their door fool you. Owership intentionally understaffs even when they have people hired to cut cost. They are so understaffed that customers wait over an hour on average to be seated during typical dining hours on WEEKENDS with half the restaurant seating capacity available and unused. Then ordering, the staff is so busy that they do not take in restaurant orders and ask the people seated in the restaurant to place online orders for pickup which also forces you 5o pay gratuity upfront unless you carey cash which most people no logner do then take their receipt to the cashier. Then you have the issue of this rule being selectively enforced. The staff seems to pick and choose who is forced into placing an order online vs who is not. Today we arrived at the restaurant around 6:20pm. Despite half empty, we were seated around 7:45. 10 minutes later of not being aknowledged, i wave a familaor face and he tells me that it would likely be faster if we place the order online. The order was placed by 7:57. it should order compelte by 8:28 but by 8:38 our food had not arrived. i get frustrated and ask what seemed to be staff that was already frustrated where the food is and before i even get to the part that it shows online our food was already served, he tells me: Dude, we are really busy. it will come out when its ready. a few minutes later the food came out and i asked the person bringing the food who us the manager. he said he was and i told him the situation. he took full accountability and even offered a refund saying he recognized we were regulars. i said i recognized him too and said I will not accept a refund. It is not fair to make food for people and not get paid but I told him that that someone whether it was him, the manager before he took over the shift, or ownership is accountable. This type of experience and standard of service is horrible for a business. He kept apologizing snd isnisted on a refund to his credit. I refused but thanked him for the courtesy. I made sure that above all, respect for customers should be prioritized when other service variables fall short. its the one thing that can mitigate this type of feedback and the one person that tipped this in the wrong direction leading to this review was the last straw that broke the camels back. But to be clear this is not a one incident occurence. This is the third and likely final time I come to Tasty Pot.
