It's my first time here, the place is pretty big and was busy. The lady who took my order was super nice. While I waited for my food, I washed my hands in the restroom, and it was clean. People who worked here were super friendly and nice. This is the first time I placed an order to go, and the lady handed it to me. I was shocked. The bagels were fresh and nicely toasted, not burnt. I felt like the people who worked here took their time to make sure your order is done right.

this is after returning to Panera to get my sandwich made correctly. It's all bread sauce and tomatoes. No meat and a ton of rock salt on it

I've ordered from location store about six times in the last month. Three of the six orders have been wrong and caused me to back to get my order fixed. If you plan on ordering food from this location, plan on spending hours doing it! The worst thing is they don't offer you a coupon or a free sandwich for you having to spend 25 minutes out of your day going back to the location to get your food remade. Corporate better change this quick. Update: I just got back to my house with my sandwich and there was no meat on the sandwich and a ton of rock salt. I'm not sure what's going on at this location with the manager's name was Ari and she was extremely rude and seemed bothered that I came back because my order was wrong. You cannot have kids as managers. There's plenty of college graduates out there that can run a store properly and thoroughly. There's a very few 18 year-old kids. I can do it. I would demote this girl quickly.

Service was slow, food expensive for what was being offered. Every table I wanted to sit at was dirty, and it was early in the morning so they probably didn't clean them from the day before. Don't waste your time going there because you will be disappointed.

Cheerful greeting and delicious sandwiches made for a pleasant lunch en route to San Francisco

Here is the half sandwich with the "bowl"

Food is good. Not really any service because younpre order, and pick it up yourself ‍ But ordered a pickn2 with a full sized bowl of soup instead of a cup. So I got the "bowl" but not a bowl full by any means. I guess this was a learning experience. (A bowl means bigger charge, not portion). Ambiance? It's fine. But music is loud and nit pleasant. Just sayin

So I will preface this review by saying that I am an absolute fan of Panera anyway. However this location was very clean and well maintained... especially in spite of how busy it was. I was here On a Friday at lunchtime. There was a constant flow of traffic. Thankfully they had the bagels we wanted for the next 3 days and I was able to get them quickly before someone else did. The service was super prompt and the team members were very friendly. The manager was a hustler - she walked around continually working cleaning tables, serving customers, cleaning the dining room et cetera. Because of the coupon I had she needed to come over in assist and she was extraordinarily helpful. The food was fresh and served warm. I got the broccoli cheddar soup because it's my absolute favorite. If you're curious about the flatbreads the chicken bacon is really good as well. If you want a grilled or hot sandwich the frontega chicken is to die for. I also like the Asian chicken salad. The dressing is amazing you should try it. I love dipping baguette in the dressing and soup! You get a choice of apple, chips or baguette. I prefer baguette because they make bread fresh. The food is clean here i believe... Now I'm also a part of the sip club its worth it to me.. i stop by panera every day on my way to work back home. The Passion Papaya Green Tea... is... well... addicting. Adding room in this location is actually larger than I expected. Overall this location feels spacious and airy. If you're in the area give it a try.

    That right is IT!

Usually when I pass through this part of the road, I go to the store next-door. However, I have come to appreciate more of the style of service and food that Panera has. We were served with friendly service, and everything on the menu as well as the products behind the display were listed Very well for your convenience. There is the option to order with a cashier or to order on a device. I picked up the oatmeal and a cup of hot chocolate and that meal held me over well until I got into about four hours of my drive. The oatmeal was delicious! It was cooked to perfection and the highlights of fruits and nuts gave it the accent it needed to make it unique.the next time you pass through here, do yourself a favor and go to Panera instead of Starbucks. While Panera may not have a drive-through, there is less of a wait time and the food is way more wholesome than their next-door neighbors. Enjoy!

Black hair under my sandwich in the wrapper. Disgusting.

Gross. I absolutely got yesterday's soup. Tasted like burnt bottom of the pot. It was the chicken wild rice one. Don't order that today.

DELICIOUS!!! Absolutely delicious. The place is clean,…read moreorganized but the food is amazing!!! The chicken is freshly made - worth the wait. Great price for the combo plates. The baba ganoush is my favorite but the food was perfect! The woman was kind and attentive. Had asked her some questions about some dried herbs she had and she was patient in explaining. They had a sale of dried herbs for $1.50 which is cheap! They sell many other items that i dont know about lol

One of the best Mediterranean restaurants in south county!…read more The food at Olives is delicious- especially the kofta and the beef/lamb gyro plates. Their baba ganoush is my personal favorite- I only wish they were a little more generous with the serving size! I also really appreciate that they offer smaller appetizers like lentil soup and samosas, which makes it easy to sample a few things or build a lighter meal. Everything is flavorful, well-seasoned, and made with care. When you walk in, you order and pay on a tablet, which is quick and convenient. They've messed up on my order once or twice, so it's worth double-checking your food, but it was never a big deal and definitely wouldn't stop me from returning. The restaurant setup is a bit unconventional: the seating consists of tables in the middle of a small market filled with imported goods. That being said, it's actually part of the charm and gives the place a cozy/casual vibe. Can't wait to come back!

My favorite pizza spot in Gilroy!…read more This was our second time here and it definitely didn't disappoint. We ordered the 2-meat combo and the BBQ Hawaiian, and both were really good honestly, all their pizzas are solid. That being said, the Spicy Cowboy and the BBQ Chicken are still our top favorites. The flavors are always on point and the quality is great. If you're in Gilroy and craving great pizza, this place is a must.

Tried High & Mighty Pizza Joint in Gilroy for the first time, and I've gotta say--this place…read moreseriously impressed me. The pizza was phenomenal--perfectly cooked, non-greasy, and you can really taste the quality in both the cheese and the dough. The crust had a great texture, and everything just came together exactly how you'd want it to. The vibe is what really makes this place stand out. It has that classic, old-school family pizza restaurant feel--like something straight out of the '80s. It's a great spot to sit down with family, enjoy a meal, and even grab a beer while you're at it. If I had to nitpick, I do wish their large pizzas were a bit bigger. Prices are about average, but honestly, when the pizza is this good, it's not even a concern. I wouldn't call it New York or New Jersey style--but for what it is, it's really solid. I'd rate it an 8.1/10, which is a strong score from me since I usually reserve 9-10 for true East Coast pies. I'll definitely be coming back.
