Panera used to be reliable, but lately it feels like you're paying full price for half portions. Today was another disappointing visit. My wife ordered an iced coffee through the app, simple enough, yet it showed up warm. We also ordered a steak and white sandwich with extra steak and added avocado. They charged almost $5 extra, but the avocado was barely a quarter of one, and the meat was practically nonexistent. The oatmeal wasn't any better. It came with almost no strawberries or fruit and was only filled halfway. We also ordered a bagel, which was the only thing they got right, but considering it's premade, it's pretty hard to mess that up. While I was waiting, another customer also had part of their order missing, something they had paid extra for. The manager seemed to give them a hard time about it instead of just fixing the issue, which came off as unprofessional. For what Panera charges, the portions, accuracy, and customer service just aren't matching the price. This location is consistently hit or miss, and unfortunately, it's mostly a miss. read more

I've ordered from location store about six times in the last month. Three of the six orders have been wrong and caused me to back to get my order fixed. If you plan on ordering food from this location, plan on spending hours doing it! The worst thing is they don't offer you a coupon or a free sandwich for you having to spend 25 minutes out of your day going back to the location to get your food remade. Corporate better change this quick. Update: I just got back to my house with my sandwich and there was no meat on the sandwich and a ton of rock salt. I'm not sure what's going on at this location with the manager's name was Ari and she was extremely rude and seemed bothered that I came back because my order was wrong. Panera is another formerly decent restaurant that has succumbed to kitchen corporatization. They used to make their food onsite and now it tastes like everything is made elsewhere packed in plastic bags and reheated onsite. The grill cheese sandwich was a hot mess smeared all over the paper wrapping and the bread is huge, and no longer sourdough. The tomato soup was tasty. The turkey avocado BLT was made with the same gigantic white bread, I took a slice of bread off to even out the bread to innards ratio. The bacon tasted like the precooked type from Costco. I had the onion soup which was decent but did not include toast ( but considering how much bread was on the sandwich I guess it's for the best... So I will preface this review by saying that I am an absolute fan of Panera anyway. However this location was very clean and well maintained... especially in spite of how busy it was. I was here On a Friday at lunchtime. There was a constant flow of traffic. Thankfully they had the bagels we wanted for the next 3 days and I was able to get them quickly before someone else did. The service was super prompt and the team members were very friendly. The manager was a hustler - she walked around continually working cleaning tables, serving customers, cleaning the dining room et cetera. Because of the coupon I had she needed to come over in assist and she was extraordinarily helpful. The food was fresh and served warm. I got the broccoli cheddar soup because it's my absolute favorite. If you're curious about the flatbreads the chicken bacon is really good as well. If you want a grilled or hot sandwich the frontega chicken is to die for. I also like the Asian chicken salad. The dressing is amazing you should try it. I love dipping baguette in the dressing and soup! You get a choice of apple, chips or baguette. I prefer baguette because they make bread fresh. The food is clean here i believe... Now I'm also a part of the sip club its worth it to me.. i stop by panera every day on my way to work back home. The Passion Papaya Green Tea... is... well... addicting. Usually when I pass through this part of the road, I go to the store next-door. However, I have come to appreciate more of the style of service and food that Panera has. We were served with friendly service, and everything on the menu as well as the products behind the display were listed Very well for your convenience. There is the option to order with a cashier or to order on a device. I picked up the oatmeal and a cup of hot chocolate and that meal held me over well until I got into about four hours of my drive. The oatmeal was delicious! It was cooked to perfection and the highlights of fruits and nuts gave it the accent it needed to make it unique.the next time you pass through here, do yourself a favor and go to Panera instead of Starbucks. While Panera may not have a drive-through, there is less of a wait time and the food is way more wholesome than their next-door neighbors. Enjoy! read more

I went to Panera today after having not been in a while. I was disappointed to see that my favorite sandwich (Turkey/Avocado/BLT) has been replaced by a chicken, avocado,bacon, aioli, greens and cheddar sandwich. I decided to give it a try. It was absolutely terrible!!! The chicken wasn't sliced...it was small chunks, which immediately fell out of the sandwich as soon as you picked it up! The bread fell apart and after 2 bites everything fell out! The avocado wasn't even sliced through. It was just a big "clump" of avocado! Literally everything fell out of the sandwich and I had to eat the chicken bits, the tomato, and the avocado separately. I recommend that you steer way clear of this sandwich and way clear of this Panera! Better off going to the Togo's on the other side of town. At least there you get a great turkey and avocado sandwich that doesn't fall apart when you try to eat it! This is one of those instances where you wish you could give negative stars! read more

Ordered through the kiosk since the female employee that saw me didn't approach to take my order. I waited over 20 minutes for two pastries. After I ordered she helped everyone else out including ones that ordered from the bakery side. I ordered the "you pick two" combo. 1/2 bacon turkey sandwich $5.39: I wonder if there was an option for bread because I wasn't asked. I would have preferred wheat rather than the white I was served. Sandwich was good, turkey was fresh and bacon was crunchy. 1 cup chicken noodle soup $4.09: The main reason I was here but was disappointed. I hate canned soup and always want soup made from scratch. What I had looked and tasted exactly like Campbell soup. It was salty. The chicken meat and vegetables aren't fresh. The combo comes with either Chips or apple. During a busy time they have only one cashier running the register and for the longest time there wasn't even anyone there. Overheard her tell someone that they don't accept cash currently. Ridiculous. Out of the many Panera's we have been to this is amongst one of the best. The services is amazing. The manager Daisy is awesome! Daisy went above and beyond to help us as customers when we at the last minute needed to order a large amount of sandwiches for a party. Her staff that answered the phones were also very helpful. You can tell this is a well managed Restaurant when the staff is working together as a team. Panera Restaurants endured and survived Covid when so many restaurants went bankrupt. The manager is great. But she has NO control of the expensive prices! The new chicken sandwich is only Ok. The bun was only room temperature and too thick, the lettuce ear was chintzy and the dressing was barely in the middle of the bun! I eat the edges also. . Why no dressing on the edges? What a ripoff..... there a sign that says free drink if you order the chicken sandwich, but the cashier charged is for both of our coffee's, I asked for a refund of one coffee!
