I was really happy to see Panera come to town, but after multiple visits I must say that the crew here needs to step it up. I regularly go to Panera on travel and have much better experiences elsewhere. Today, light roast was out. It's Saturday morning, so that shouldn't happen. Lady in line in front of me tried to order oatmeal and was told they were out. Sandwiches were put together sloppy, although they tasted fine. I've been in here before and treated kind of rude by front end crew and they don't seem to ever have more than one cashier at busy times in morning. My family and I were on a road trip and thought that Panera would be a familiar place to grab a few bagels for breakfast. We placed a rapid pickup order on the Ap, we arrived 10 minutes later and quickly realized that the term "Rapid Pickup" does not exist at this location. After waiting 10 minutes past the pickup time, listening to several other customers become agitated over their wait, and watching an employee stare at the wall for several minutes I asked a manager about my order, she said they were just finishing it up and it would be ready momentarily. Well, another 10 minutes later and another couple of conversations with unhappy customers and I asked the same manager for an update on my order, only to find out they hadn't even started my bagels. Finally, a couple of minutes later my bagels were tossed in the bag and I was given a slight apology and an extra cream cheese for my troubles. The location is brand new and tucked right in front of Academy Sports. The parking lot that is immediately next to the building is very small. The outdoor space is really nice with the tables and chairs. The main order area is a little small compared to other store. The bring the food to your table pager is pretty unique. The food is tasty and cooked exactly to order. This is always great place to stop for a quick bite to eat. read more

Why 3, well I'll tell you. This Panera is brand new and for those who don't know much about them this was not a good run. The menu is not very intuitive you are really just guessing. Tomato soup is tomato soup but other "signature" are not so obvious. The staff was not very confident either. Very scripted and robotic. Store was clean (new) with a nice atmosphere. Lazy employees. Restaurant is by the interstate and they closed down the drive-thru an hour before closing!?!Inside dining was still open though. Makes zero sense. When I pulled around to the window and kindly asked them to let me order from the drive-thru because I had a sleeping infant in car the employee said "no" and walked away. read more

By far the worst Panera I've ever been to. The service was extremely slow. The employees had no urgency in their step. They spent more time talking to each other than taking my payment. The cold brewed teas were empty and seeing as how it was 8:00 am you'd think it would be close to full. My avocado and egg white sandwich was cold. The spinach and tomato were refrigerator temperature. The restroom was dirty and had no paper towels. They had a container of something soaking on their soda dispenser station. Tried Panera for the first time today. Word of warning. This is not a burger chain people. The menu can be complex. So read a menu before hand. The food was outstanding. The service through the drive thru was courteous and fast. In and out in 10 minutes with 4 cars ahead of me. read more

Worst panera i have been to. The service was bad with the employees having bad attitudes. The high chairs were filthy with all of them having food caked on them. The bathrooms were disgusting with no toilet paper or paper towels. Do not recommend. read more

I come here pretty often and the food is consistently of poor quality and/or presentation. The drive thru is nearly pointless as you'll have to come back inside to swap your food out for something actually edible. They often press the breakfast sandwiches to a black crisp, the bbq flatbread is often rock hard and more than full of those onion things that come inside. The muffins either come out good or will have a big hard layer of sugar covering the top. Anyone with eyes would see that most of this stuff should not be served at the price Panera likes to charge, but I don't think the staff really cares (and why should they, I guess). read more

I did the rapid pickup and selected it to be ready in 5min-it's a 9 min drive from my house. It wasn't ready when I got there and I waited there for a while. Not a huge deal. Except when I drove back and opened it, the coffee drink was wrong and so was the sandwich-it was a completely different sandwich. I called and explained I had the wrong order and they didn't even apologize. They offered to redo the order if I drove back. Came back and they asked to see my food, like they didn't believe me. Still no "sorry about that", but instead acted annoyed I was there. The manager made my order correctly this time, but he also did not apologize and I did not get "a free treat" for them screwing up like the giant sign next to the window advertises. So now I have my food, but have literally wasted 50min from the time I put the order in online to the time I got the correct order. read more

What the actual fuck is this place? It screams hipster. Also it's over priced. It is a fast food restaurant that pretends to be something deeper. The food is so "light" I think I lost weight by the time I was done. The main customers are flannel wearing vape smokers. Enough about the customers, the decor is confusing. It's a fast food restaurant that's healthy, comfortable, and over priced. All things fast food is not. There are enough people who think they're doing themselves a favor, who think it's cool and hip, who think throwing random ingredients together would taste good to keep this place in business. Worst panera bread ever. First, they ran out of large to go bowls. The issue was no one told us so I called not realizing the 2nd bowl of mac and cheese was under the half a sandwich. Should have checked for everything before I called about the Mac and cheese. We recieved no side of bread and my half a sandwich was turkey BLT with avocado. No avocado. My husband and I just ate two meals (we should have know better after the first meal!) at this Panera Bread. We have eaten here before because it is convenient to the hotel we stay at both ways from Pennsylvana to Florida every year, and the restaurant was adequate. It is now just awful! There was NO DRESSING on my husband's salad last night, and the "toasted" bagel I had was INEDIBLE for being hard as a brick -- I don't know how I didn't break any teeth! Then my husband's early morning barely toasted breakfast bagel, was so hard they must have given us yesterday's leftovers. Now, hard is it to screw up a breakfast sandwich order? I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, and replied, when asked, that I'd like the egg over easy. Once back in the car and on our with my sandwich, I discovered that the egg was scrambled, not over easy. REALLY???!!! The service was mediocre at best, and the restrooms were not very clean and had no paper towels (or air dryer). We have been Panera Bread loyalists for years, but we will NOT be returning to this location EVER!! read more

After going three separate times to get a cinnamon crunch bagel when they were sold out I finally got one today. Unfortunately it tasted like they stuck cinnamon on an everything bagel and was topped off with a worker's hair. Until this location is better managed I won't be going back. read more

Ordered a bowl of soup that looked vegetarian. After halfway through the soup I noticed something strange inside. Turns out the soup actually had pieces of meat in it. I asked for a new bowl and they got me a vegetarian one for no extra charge. The bread that came with the soup was great and my waitress was very polite but the meat inside the soup was a huge letdown for me. Other than that, the bathrooms were pretty clean though I did find a few pieces of toilet paper on the floor. I would give it two stars but the fast service and the cleanliness of the place earned it another star. read more
