I've been coming to this place for quite some time and always have a good time chatting with the young people in the drivethru. They're super friendly and often crack jokes, which brightens my day. But there have been a couple occasions when a girl with blonde hair, glasses, and a grey shirt, whose name I believe is Ariel or Aria (i don't remember!), has taken my order. She has consistently shown a negative attitude towards me, rushes me to order, gives me judgmental looks, and just looks like she hates her job and projects it onto the customers. Her behavior makes me feel uncomfortable, with her eye-rolling and overall negative energy, and this has happened 3 times. Not to mention, I've seen her yell at her coworkers in front of customers and it's not right at all. As a result, I've started going to other places to avoid this treatment altogether. If I could give no stars, I would. Waited over 20 minutes after being told to pull up. Truck came after, waited a few minutes and was served. When asking server to check on order, she was short with her response. Absolutely disgusted with the service. Nothing like you would expect of Chick-fil-A! Shift needs more training!!! read more

This is a great Chick-fil-A, but the line! Wow!! On May 31st, 2018, there was a HUGE double line that took quite a while to get through. Compounding the traffic problem is the fact that they allow cars to enter both from a shopping center parking lot, and through the road entrance. For more effective traffic flow, they should only allow cars to enter at one point. That being said, they did have a man in the parking lot, who was able to somewhat direct traffic after the two competing lines of cars merged. Once we reached him, the line began to move in a very orderly fashion, the granddaughter soon had her nuggets and fries, and we were on our way. read more

The person taking my order had fingernails long and dirty. It was really gross, he was short with me and not friendly. I personally Love ChickFila and have never given a negative review. I was so turned off that I had to say something. I would have done it privately if I could. read more

The food was hot , service was quick, but that's the least amazing thing about my experience here. An employee , Pauline, came to our table and asked if there was absolutely anything we needed her to do. She was so kind and welcoming. She is an amazing asset to this restaurant , and she completely brightened my entire day. Pauline needs a raise. read more

Took forever to have order taken. Got home home to discover over half of the order was missing. Drove back by and they had closed. Called numerous times to try and correct my order. Associated clearly ignored my call. Will not be returning. By far the worst Chick-fil-A I have visited. read more

The fries were soggy, unsalted, and the sandwiches were cold. In total we ordered 5 meals here and asked for "Chick-Fil-A" sauce for all 5 meals. This staff gave us 3 sauces for all of us,. I love Chick-Fil-A but I will never go to this one again. read more

The last 3 times in a row I've gone, they have forgotten something in my order. The first time, it was my grilled nuggets. The second time, it was literally all the salad toppings and dressing. The third time, which happened 5 minutes ago, they literally forgot my 12 nuggets from my 12 nugget MEAL. Three times in a row, man, come on now. Get your $h!+ together. read more

I hate even posting this, because I love Chik-fil-A, but this location was absolutely horrible. We stopped here while traveling for a quick bite. I was stuck in a drive-thru line for 24 minutes - there's no way to exit the line once you're in it - and nobody bothered to tell me why or even acknowledge that there was an issue. When I finally got to the window, the woman at the window did not actually speak to me, but rather thrust her hand out the window for the money. When I asked for napkins, I was handed ONE. The fries were undercooked, the chicken nuggets were overcooked, and the shakes were thin. It's the first time I've ever thrown food from Chik-fil-A away. All in all, very disappointing. read more

Not even a sit down restaurant could compare to the service my family and I received at this chick-fil-A. Although my food arrived 'not as ordered', the staff was both polite and professional in addressing my concerns. In fact, three different staffers (Cassidy, Kenny, & Trina) approach while I was dining to offer customer services, all within a 15 minute period. Too, my food and condiments were delivered to my table (promptly) without waiting in a secondary line. Most noteworthy was the attitude of the manager. First, she took the initiate to apologize and accept responsibility for the mistakes made. Second, she made and delivered my breakfast food order request despite the (in-effect) transition to the Lunch/Dinner menu. We drove way out of our way to get to this place, because we were en route to the beach and needed a quick bite. Dirty. Not like any Chick Fil e I've ever experienced. I felt like I was dining at any other dirty fast food place. Service felt like it was rendered by little fledgling chicks, trying to build a proper nest, but not doing it quite right. We were with another family and their food took so long to come out, that all of our food was cold. The bathrooms were very disgusting. This place needs work. A lot of it. Great staff and delicious food that is always fresh. :-) Great place to take the family. The only downside is it is closed on Sundays.
