4 Stars for a fast food joint. I rate them for what they are and not everything is fine dining. So the while debate about who has the best chicken sandwich is still pretty heated, Zaxby's throws a wrench into the gears and comes out with their Signature Sandwich which you can get in a spicy version if you like. Hands down, this isn't even close, Zaxby's has the best sandwich by far. Sorry Chick-fil-A, they have you by a mile on this. This sandwich tastes like they took a fresh chicken breast and breaded it right after I placed my order and put it in the fryer. It comes to the window, albeit 15 minutes later, hot and tasty. The bun is soft, the chicken juicy and the spicy sauce delicious. You'll wait a little while for your sandwich but it's well worth the wait. read more

Had the Zen salad. It was good and had a very generous portion of chicken on it. The salad dressing it comes with was just ok. The egg roll on it was a bit over cooked. Wife had a fingers combo. It was good except bread was ice cold and she did not like the cole slaw. What the real bummer was the restroom was a filthy disaster. Kind of ruined the meal. Such filth. read more

We haven't been to Zaxby's in years so we decided to have a late dinner there when we came back to town for a visit. It was interesting to see that it was pretty much the same, from the slightly greasy floors to the slightly sticky tables. The staff was friendly, the food came quickly and was as delicious as we remembered. The wings were well cooked with the right amount of mild sauce, the fries were nice and thick and the onion rings were crispy. I wouldn't want to eat such greasy food on a regular basis but we will drop back by when we come back to town. read more

Terrible experience. Spent 30 minutes sitting in the drive thru and haven't even placed our order yet.

Trying to understand why I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru when the dining room was closed, therefore the drive thru should have been extra efficient.. why was the dining room closed at 5pm? Every employee was just standing around inside having great conversation and playing on their phones, food was cold, no seasoning on fries, and was not very fresh. Terrible management. Rather drive across town than waste money on this garbage. read more

Company is out of Georgia and basically a southeast chain/franchise. This location is on the corner of Hoffmeyer and Evans, so getting in an out can cause problem in heavy traffic. The menu is all chicken. The house salad is a healthy position that satisfies a lunch or dinner appetite. Grilled is best. When using the drive thru during peek meal hours, example lunch crunch, gibe your self ample time. Orders are not prepared ahead, like the burger places and many cars order multiple items. Sometimes it is easier to park and order inside. The chicken fingers/ tenders are top quality juicy chicken meat. Not processed pieces. And to top things off, they carry rich brownies. read more

Just a tip. Tell your male employees not to harass customers in the drive thru. Saw this today at 12:24 pm. An employee was hitting on a girl who was in her car at the drive thru. He stood at the back door breaking down boxes while making lewd comments. She ignored him. He then proceeded to make rude comments about her appearance . How disgusting. read more

The food is good, fast, and relatively cheap. I usually use the drive-thru for my orders at this establishment, but almost every time I do, something is wrong with my order. Usually it is nothing too major (missing a sauce packet I requested or extra fry seasoning for example) They have since gotten better at getting the orders right. If it weren't for the constant wrong orders, I'd give 5 stars. read more
