Wow, how disgusting this place is. First noticed there was trash on the floors, on the tables and on the drink counters. There was a very large puddle of water near the drink stand, just an accident waiting to happen. Could not believe how slow the service was and the line was really not that long. Waited almost a half hour just to get to the counter, again not that crowded. Decided to sit in outside seating area since it was such a beautiful day. Trash everywhere there as well. I'm a longtime patron of Chipotle. This was the saddest Chipotle experience I've ever had. When you first walk in you can't help but recognize the dirty floors and tables. It was disgusting. Then you walk up to the queue to order and you notice how dirty the serving bar is. Different ingredients scattered along the top of the bar. Ingredients mixed with other ingredients due to the sloppy food service. The staff's clothes had food stains on their shirts and on their clothes as if they had been in a food fight. The bathrooms had not been cleaned in quite sometime and needed urgent replenishment of paper towels, soap, and toilet paper. I've come to know Chipotle to hold a certain standard of cleanliness and quality. This location misses the mark by a large margin. I hope that this location's manager takes the constructive criticism to heart and turns this establishment around before someone gets sick from eating here. The chicken was nicely marinated, the carnitas were juicy and moist...but I had placed a mobile order with a pick up time at 1pm....at 1:17pm my order was still not being brought out...this place is busy busy...long line and many people waiting for their mobile pick up. Went in with a big group for a work stop and we are very kind people and are willing to work with places but this was awful. They yelled at us from the door and said they would be out of rice for the next 45 mins (brought out rice the second our group had gotten our food 10 mins later). This is a poor location. They're always out of ingredients, which is a sign of bad planning from leadership and their service from management is horrible! I took advantage of a promo that was emailed to me. When I picked my order up I informed the manager (Taylor) missing free item. I tried to give her several possible ways to resolve it (refund it and rang it back up or just give me the item). Instead of resolving what was a very small issue, the manager told me I could buy something else to get the item and she wasn't arguing over it. It never was an argument and the fact that she tried to insult me for requesting the item INCLUDED in my purchase shows that she's not suitable to manage. I'm Chipotle'd out but my wife swears this chain is her favorite, not this particular location though. We've been here about 6 diff times, it is next door to Buffalo Wild wing. The first time we came here my wife and the employees got into a verbal back and forth over cheese topping. They were out of shredded cheese on prepare line but did have cheese available for online orders which everyone could see. We held up the line asking for the "online cheese" multiple times but they wouldn't budge. It's a roll of the dice whether it will be good or bad trip based on employees working. Let's see to begin the store was filthy ,not a single table was clean , those that didn't have food on them from the last customer ,was sticky . One of the trash cans was overflowing abd the other was close to overflowing. There were at least 6 that I saw working ,yet none went to clean up the dining area . Also boxes of unpacked napkins were left on a table in the dining area . The food was terrible ,overly spiced and just awful . The kitchen wasn't particularly clean either . The soda fountain was sticky and ,I assume water from the ice machine eas all over the counter. I think someone tried to mop it up with napkins ,but they just left them there. The food station is always a mess, no matter the time of day. I've been getting to-go orders so I don't have to stand and see things that make me question my daily choices. Lately, the online orders are never accurate. Stuff is missing or plain wrong. They used to put the names of the order and the selections on a sticker for each bowl, now it's a gamble. God help you if you have more than three bowl orders. It's a wild ride to decide who has what. Often, the to-go orders are not in the to-go shelf, but are behind the counter. Sometimes the staff will try to find out if it's yours. Usually though, the to-go orders stack up behind the register and they could not care less if you show up or not. Usual complaints about portion sizes, but getting the online orders incorrect is wildly silly. It's on the receipt without the rush of a customer staring you down. I know it's a corporate thing, but get a handle on the red salsa. Hot is fine, but if you can't keep it consistent, it's dangerous. I'll have some that's an excellent level of spicy and next time I'll have the same amount and feel that I'm close to death from the scovilles. read more

I don't often give a single star review but this was based on an accurate portrayal of a truly terrible experience. First of all, when we walked in we noticed that the place was not clean - not even close. Every table had something on it and the floor had all kinds of junk on it. The line was long (about 8-10 people) and the time we were there it never really caught up. The one star is for the young man preparing the meals. He was quiet but efficient and the food is generally good since it's prepared on site and usually fresh, as was the case. However the rest of the staff were milling around, not really doing much. After our meals were ready we waited...and waited...and waited. Finally I spoke up to the 2 employees with their backs to me asking if they could please check us out. Neither acknowledged me or even turned around. In fact the young man that was cleaning the grill walked past me, never made eye contact, walked to the back kitchen picked something up and walked by me again and shot me a look. After waited for another minute, a young lady finally checked us out. We had to clean off a table, there were no napkins anywhere to be found, and the large pitcher of iced tea was empty. Was so excited to try Chipotles new cauliflower rice, but that excitement ended when I saw it being served to me. It obviously had been sitting there for a while as it was burnt and was super dried out. So, I immediately asked if I could get some new rice that was cooking behind the gentleman serving me. I waited a while and even let a couple of people ahead of me. So, when I tried the rice a few moments later I was expecting it to be really good, but it was not. It was crunchy and had no flavor at all. Definitely different than my previous Chipotle experiences by far where the rice was soft and had a nice texture and taste--the lime on the white rice hits the spot. I know that the cauliflower rice is a new product for Chipotle so it may take sometime to work the kinks out, but I hope it is soon. Great customer service! read more

Extremely unprofessional and verbally abusive service tonight. When we arrived, the line was to the door with about 20 customers. My husband loves Chipotle, so we decided to wait. Not a big deal to us, the line usually moves quickly. EXCEPT that there were 5-6 employees in sight and only ONE was serving customers. He was hustling as fast as he could, but each time he called out what meats and toppings he was running low/empty on, the other employees ignored him and he had to stop what he was doing to refill them himself. One employee stood there with earbuds in, on his cell phone, and the employee who stood at the register - when she wasn't talking to other employees near the back in plain site - was doodling on a piece of paper at the register, drawing a picture of a girl with long hair. She saw how long the line was, and stood there not helping at all. Just simply waiting to open a bag and ring up the customer before walking away again. This caused customers to start feeling frustrated. After the employee serving the food completed our order, I offered him a $20 tip as a thank you for working so hard. He declined it, saying he's the manager but he's sure the employees would appreciate it. When I did not put the money in the tip jar, the girl at the register then angrily told me that he wasn't the only one working, they all were working. I attempted to explain that from a customer's view, he appeared to be the only one hustling and attempting to take care of the customers. She continued to defend her poor work ethic, and another employee with multiple facial piercings came from the back and started yelling at me that I don't know the kind of day any of them have had, and there were dishes to be washed and I needed to shut my mouth. I attempted to explain that I'm sure there was work being done in the back, but from what the customers can see of the 3 employees up front, only one of them appeared to be focused and have the customers in mind. Both employees then raised their voices and became verbally belligerent, yelling at me even while the manager was telling them to stop. They refused to listen, and the one with the facial piercings even threw up her hands at me before yelling at me to get the fuck out. This was the first time we've had terrible service like this. Our other visits have always been rather pleasant, although no napkins/forks available, and having to wait for an employee to check us out at the register. But this time, the employees were mentally "clocked out" even though it was well over an hour before closing time. The entire restaurant was a complete mess with trash all over the floor behind the counter. I have worked in the food hospitality industry for many years, so I can appreciate and respect how difficult the job can be sometimes, and how difficult customers can be, but I did not disrespect these employees by simply explaining - KINDLY - what I experienced as a customer, nor would I have NEVER been so blatantly lazy in the presence of customers, nor would I have become belligerent when a customer chose not to tip me for work I clearly was undeserving of. Yelling and cursing and causing a scene is incredibly unprofessional and immature. The correct response would have simply been, "We are sorry you were not satisfied with your service this evening. We will try to do better next time." And I would have probably responded with, "Thank you so much, have a good night." And would have no problem bringing my business to this chipotle again. Now, my family will no longer return to this establishment. And for the employees who became belligerent, my family and other customers got not just your outburst on video, but also evidence of your poor work ethic while we were standing in line for 45 minutes and I will be sending those to the store owner/upper management as well as contacting corporate, as your behavior was not in alignment with Chipotle's values and standards, and can be potentially very damaging to Chipotle's reputation. First impression is, dirty. It did not appear as if anyone had wiped tables or swept the floor since the dinner rush. The counter where they prepare the food was covered in food. There were multiple people standing around talking who could have picked up a rag or started cleaning. The girl who prepared our food (no name tags or I would give her a shout out) she has the dirty blonde/light brown hair in a bun. She was very sweet and did a great job.
