The food was good as usual but the service was lacking. We went inside to redeem our rewards points and explained to the lady that helped us that was our intentions. We placed the order and were told to scan our rewards app. No rewards were redeemed. I told the lady and she could careless. We were charges full price. So we still have all these points. Well, what can you really say bad about Chick-fil-A? They just seem to do everything right. There's chaos in the dining room and what appears to be chaos behind the counter. I'm not huge Chick-fil-A fan or fast food fan in general but as much time as I spend in my car it is sometimes my only option when I'm pressed for time. This was one of those times. Basically, I would have stopped at any of the chains but this one was close enough to I-95 that I took a chance. The drive thru only had a few cars and I went through quickly. My Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit came out quickly and I was on my way. The service was good but the food was mediocre. The biscuit was ok but nothing special. I pre-ordered for my way home from work. Thought I would drive thru but the line was CRAZY. Like 30 cars, backed up on the road around the mall. Switched upon arrival to pick up in store and walked in braced to wait. The guy packing my order said my name to confirm the order he was packing was mine, and I got my food within about 60 seconds. They got the order right and it was packed with all the condiments and plastic ware. I can't understand why people refuse to get out of their cars to have a good, fast experience. read more

It has healthy options and great salads. You can't go wrong and the place was clean and friendly. Best fast food joint ever. Have the lemonade and the strawberry salad yummy! Everyone knows the line is crazy so I decided to walk in. Thank goodness the were open to walk in. I had just driven from Swansboro NC and still had to drive to Seneca SC so I ordered the spicy chick sandwich, nuggets and a strawberry shake for the rest of my road trip. The staff was pleasant and my food was great. The only complaint is that the floor was sticky. Don't know why I was sticking to the floor, there were only three of us in there and it didn't look like many people were actually walking in. Other than that everything was great. Too slow and order takers and cashier don't go out and service cars in line they wait on cars to come to them which is ridiculous.

The slowest drive thru in the country. Try doing what many Chick-fil-A's do and have one mobile orders line and one regular. Accuracy of order and Food was correct. Food tasted fresh, but I would avoid the drive-through. read more

Chic Fil A always gets 5 star because they are so efficient. We went on a road trip and stopped by here for a lunch and "potty break"... they had a sign outside that they were closed... The line was booming and busy but we left and did not eat here since the restrooms were closed. There was actually another lady in a van with her toddler on a little potty in the parking lot. read more

Ordered the Chicken/Bacon Club. Very disappointing. Bun was borderline stale and cold. Fries were also cold and dry. It was as if the food had been sitting around. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Azariah was our cashier and she had an attitude, was not helpful, got our order wrong, and I have never seen someone so young move so slow. Very obvious that she does not care about her job. We got a to-go order and I've never seen a more disorganized bag of food. Everything was thrown everywhere, there were too many forks, not enough sauces or napkins, just absolutely ridiculous. It also took about 20 minutes to receive our food and people around us were getting their food and drinks WAY before us. So thanks to Azariah, we have left with uneaten food (because of the messed up order) and about 30 minutes off track from our 12 hour drive. read more

In all my days of going to glorious chick-fil-a, to say i was disappointed is an understatement. I have been on the road with my basketball team was ready for some chick-fil-a hospitality. I did not get that, especially from Ty. Very cranky and seemed very unaware that our team was trying to figure out the line and come in accordingly. I felt very uncomfortable with being in there as the workers working the register seemed mad at our existence. and they gave me no sauce to top it off. The drive thru line was long and I am really surprised they did not have more people taking orders. Once you placed your order, paying it and getting it was a breeze. I think it would be more efficient if more staff came out. Let's just face it, some cars are just slower to order. Don't let those anxious to order here get frustrated with the process. Ok, I get it, rating a fast food restaurant is not a major change but considering this place should provide better service then others should be a standard. I stopped by for lunch and was hoping to enjoy a cob salad, large waffle fry, and a diet lemonade. Don't judge just listen. I received the food and said my blessing and took a fry and then realized it was ice cold. I left my table , told the young manager, I guess that's his job, and he apologized and returned with a new set of fries to my table. But, as expected, they were also cold and unable to enjoy. I drew the line at that point to stop my lunch and ask again for a serving of HOT fry's. Heck, even McDonalds give hot off the fryer frys when you ask for new ones. Needless to say, this will be able chick fil a that I will not be returning to. Yes, no matter how many times I was told, my pleasure, did they ask ask if the food was acceptable. The food came out so fast and the service was good. Their dine in area is okay and their kids area is okay. We've ordered at this location twice in one week and both times they have messed up our order. First time we ordered two pimento cheese Chick-fil-A sandwiches and they forgot one of the main ingredient, the honey. Was okay, honey would have made it much better. Our second time this week we ordered the same thing again giving them another chance. Bad mistake. They left the honey out AGAIN. Also, they left off the jalapeños. So not only the honey was missing, the spice of the jalapeños was missing. We also ordered a regular chicken sandwich, but it was the pimento cheese chicken sandwich. Even the order sticker showed a regular chicken sandwich. As much as it cost per meal, they could have gotten this right. Twice in one week, you've got to do better. This is my third time stopping at this CFA passing through on a road trip. Food is pretty standard. Service is, in my opinion, very substandard. Employees at the drive thru are too quiet and not the usual "chick fil a friendly." Takeout orders are picked up inside, but restrooms are closed, which is stupid. How does that keep you "safe" from the China Flu? If they can't control numbers of customers inside, perhaps take one of the outside employees and give them a clicker to count at the door. There are enough employees to do this. There were 4 standing at the drive thru window outside, with their backs to the drive thru customers in line, bullshitting with the inside employees. That was pretty shocking given the normal customer service received at chick fil a. I won't be returning. read more

Don't be surprised by bad, slow service, even from Chick-fil-A. The location is a drive through only, with 2 sides. There is no indoor area. But it is busy, and I get suckered into stopping here just because of the chicken. Last visit on 5/27 Wed night, 7pm, I was about 4th in line, completed my order and then it stopped. No movement, just sat in line. At one point I saw 2 managers come out the back door, but not to attend their guests, they needed supplies. Not sure why, no explanation, just waited and waited about 15min. Then it finally moved and no sincere apology, here's your order, thanks. Other issues here include forgetting items, running out of their signature lemonade, and running out of salads. But I keep returning, because of the chicken, not the service. read more

If I lived near this location, I would try to avoid it, and drive further for better service. Both lanes were backed up at the drive-thru, and there was a short line at the front carry out window (there is no dining room). For some odd reason, our lane was moving at twice the pace of the outside lane. I kind of felt sorry for them. We had a simple order, yet I had to park and walk up to the carry out window twice to have them fix mistakes on the order. The two cashiers at that window were very nice and helpful, but I would have rather had the first cashier get it right so I didn't have to walk up to the window to meet the other cashiers. Did I mention that after we were finally able to drive away and get on the highway, I got out my sandwich and they had given me somebody else's special order? It was very good! The food was super good, it was a little slow to come out but that's okay because it was a Saturday night (I'm writing this the next morning). I ordered the Chick-fil-A Sandwich and Grilled Cool Wrap and both were excellent. We talked with an elderly employee by the name of Denise and she was super nice! Donye worked the register and even though he was in training, he did an excellent job getting the order down and double checking to make sure everything was correct. Since this Chick-fil-A has upgraded, its good and service have taken a fall. Tonight, I ordered curbside because it's usually the fastest way to get food; however, even after it said my food was being delivered, I waited almost 20 more minutes. When o got home to my dismay, the fries seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. They were warm, but definitely not fresh. The spicy chicken sandwiches were also very dry. They also forgot a large fries. On a good note, the gentleman that brought my food to the car was very nice. Jamel was his name. I did call and was told my name would be put on a list and next time I came in they would give me my fries. This Chick-fil-a has really gone downhill which is sad because it is one of my family's favorite places to eat. I guess we will order from the mall from now on. read more
