Hurricane Chicken Katsu 10/10!
Macy S.

Dang, this food was SO good!! We ordered on the website then ate our food on the porch of the visitor's center, it worked out well on a blazingly hot June day! It inspired me to make panko pan-fried chicken at home, I just need to get the sauces right!!

Came back to get the spam but it was sold out yet again ! I can never catch it ! Decided on a patty melt which was very flavorful with the signature sauce! The decor is still the same with plenty of room to sit in or out on the patio. The cashier was friendly and got me order out quickly.

The food is amazing, of course! The service is friendly... since I was greeted with a smile ... ya feel the Aloha! So glad I found this little hidden gem in the middle of this country area. It's right next to the Farmers Market. Love this cute little place!! I want to keep it hidden all to myself. Haha.

As you can tell from my "clean plate" it was delicious!

Saw the review on Facebook & knew I had to try this place next time I was in Flo-Town...it was worth the visit! Very friendly staff (great recommendations/suggestions), clean, comfortable & inviting dining room. I decided on the "Sampler" of Hurricane Katsu Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, pulled pork, rice & Hawaiian macaroni salad & I had the passion orange juice. Everything was delicious & paired well! I stoked that I took the time to frequent Aloha Kitchen. It's a great spot conveniently off I-95 & definitely worth your time & money!

Delicious!! Everything was a 10/10 and the staff was so friendly. They gave us great recommendations for a first visit.

I recommend Aloha Kitchen to whoever is down to try Hawaiian food. Food was delicious! It was nostalgic because it made us miss home (Hawaii) more. Cash, debit/credit payments are accepted. Dining in or dining outside is available. We ordered four (4) musubis (spam wrapped in nori/seaweed) and that was the main dish for us. Ha! We recommend volcano chicken katsu, loco moco with an over-easy egg, 2 sodas, and hurricane fries, 4 musubis. The lunch plates come with 2 scoops of rice and mac salad. Anyways, we'll be back to try the other dishes. Aloha and support local!

Got the hurricane chicken katsu with fries and mac salad. Pro tip we got a side of tsunami sauce on the side and mixed it in with the Mac, sooooo good. Food was so delicious. So easy to order online for pick up.

Stopped here on my way through for dinner! Not very busy on a Thursday evening around 7:45 pm. Was able to go in and make a to go order. The worker was friendly. Had to wait about 5 minutes for my food but it was very delicious. I ordered the tsunami chicken katsu. It was very yummy. Sauce had great flavor. Chicken was moist with a crunchy outside. The portion was large! Very full afterwards. It came with rice and some veggies and the macaroni salad. The inside was small with some tables. But overall very happy I stopped here! Yum! Price was pretty good ~$14.

Good food right next to the farmers market. Large portions. A lot of rice / Mac for the sides but good chicken. The teriyaki was our favorite over the volcano. Nice cold air conditioning on a hot day.

I don't know how we discovered this place, but I am so incredibly grateful we did. Being from Seattle I consider us to be absolutely teriyaki snobs, we know good teriyaki. Folks I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is! I will be eating here in a regular basis, I don't care if it's a 40 minute drive ONE WAY! Worth every minute and drop of gas. Oh and that's just on the food, which every bite was nothing shy of delicious, there were two people in there working. Super friendly and welcoming, which is always a huge question whether or not you'll be receiving upon walking into any business in 2025. Baffles me. I digress. This place left me happy, and excited to come back and try more!

I didn't dine in this time, I ordered my meal to-go but I still got a good feel for the space. I ordered spring rolls and shrimp and scallop hibachi. The veggies was definitely the highlight of the meal. The seafood was cooked nicely, but it was the fresh, crisp veggies that really stood out and gave the dish its balance. The portions were generous, big enough that you're not leaving hungry, and maybe even with leftovers for later. The spring rolls missed the mark for me. They lacked the veggie crunch I was hoping for and didn't have that crispy, golden snap that makes spring rolls irresistible. Instead, they leaned a bit on the soggy side, which left me wanting more texture and flavor balance. Overall, Hawaii Steak & Seafood House is one of those spots where you'll walk out full and satisfied portion-wise. The hibachi veggies shined, but a few other items could use a little fine-tuning. Clean space, big plates, and a meal that's worth a try if you're in the area.

My wife ordered the Roman and loved every bite. My daughter went with the salmon bento box, which was both beautiful and tasty. And me? I couldn't resist the "Sexy Girl" sushi roll--tempura shrimp and crab fried just right. Yep, yep... YUMMY! From start to finish, everything was flavorful, creative, and well-prepared. Here's another one from my few months ago visit to Myrtle Beach, SC. So for the longest time, my…read morefolks had wanted to bring me to the Polynesian Fire show at one of the nearby hotels and to be honest I don't think that they had ever done this themselves in the years that they had been there. My folks are not the photo takers that I am so if they did this and I didn't recall the mention, there is no photo evidence to the matter so here we go. Presented at the St. John's Inn, the event takes over what appeared to be the entire inside event space. Once the line moved the crowd inside we were greeted by staff in traditional garb and handed leis. Another person played a ukelele to welcome everyone and it set the mood. Inside were all the tables, the stage of course and a small gift shop with items that had an island flare along with a pay per drink bar. The food was set up as a buffet and there was some pork, a fish dish, chicken along with a couple of vegetables and some rice. Some have balked about this being all that was set up to eat but I was actually okay with it. I admit that I thought there would be more along the lines of seafood but I am fussy about that stuff for the most part. The emcee/host was also a part of the musical group that performed a few radio hits with an island flair and I got a kick out of this and then it was time for all of the island presentations. It's difficult to describe it all but there was lots of hula being done by lovely dancers, along with a menacing Haka dance. Then a pause in the night happened while a protective netting was set up between the stage and the patrons and this was done to prevent any accidents with the batons and assorted other items that were used during the fire performance. This was a super exciting part of the night and I give credit the performers for their skills and amazing display. My high rating was mainly because I had a really fun time and had never been to anything like this before in my life. If you're visiting Myrtle Beach and can secure a spot at this show its a worthwhile event. I was able to be sitting closer to the stage which made it all the more thrilling. Thanks for reading.

The atmosphere was amazing, a cozy quaint spot in a what seemed to be a great part of the city. The bar was nice and overall decor of the restaurant was eclectic without feeling overdone. Our server (I believe her name was Havvy), was pleasant as well. We started with the crab rangoons and spring rolls. The crab rangoons were a 10/10, and the spring rolls were solid as well. I'd definitely order both again. I ordered the pad kapow, which is my go-to dish I like to start with at any new Thai restaurant. The presentation of the rice was really cute and the dish itself was rich and full of flavor. My husband ordered the pineapple fried rice with beef, it was phenomenal, just as flavorful and satisfying. We ordered cocktails as well, which were made perfectly, and since it was our anniversary, we treated ourself to the coconut cake. After the first bite, I wasn't sure about the cake, but by the second bite I was SOLD. If you're looking for a laidback, non-pretentious spot to enjoy a great meal, cocktails or even just a small bite, I definitely recommend.
