Turkey bravo sandwich without turkey. I guess that costs extra?

Purchased a turkey bravo sandwich from this location and received this. Try to fix with customer service and got nowhere.

I love this place as an excuse to leave work & meet up with friends from time to time. The place is always clean, & the workers are always friendly and smiling. I love that there are tables & booths to sit at and no one bothers you if you stay for awhile. My favorite thing about this place for lunch, is their pick two options, you can get soup and salad or salad and half a sandwich. I absolutely love their Napa Valley Chicken Salad. Depending on the weather I'll get soup or salad. They also offer an extensive amount of pastries and fresh bagels in the morning. I love the super cinnamon bagels. If you like cinnamon raisin you will love this! They also have catering that I have ordered for work events and a funeral luncheon. They will deliver it to for a $10.00 fee, what's $10.00 when you already have so much to do. They are always on time & I have never ever had any issues with my order.

Love the tomato and French onion soups. Cookies and pastries are good. Food is a bit pricey but I think it's worth it.

The food is great and uniquely made. I had the combo platter of grilled kielbasa, 3 perogies and…read morestuffed cabbage. The perogies didn't have a smooth mash inside that I am used to, but the flavors were still there and deliscious. I really liked the shop next door where they had a number of frozen ready to boil perogies to go.

Lots to see in this Polish Market! Shelves to the left had polish medicines and toiletries. I was really enjoying seeing shampoos I have never seen before. I want to try these! I did see all the cookies and sweets! Dried fruits too! I enjoyed two of the mini fudge treats! This area also had a huge assortment of tea bags! To the right side are all the food items like bottled juices and beverages. I bought some beet juice! I love beets. Soups, pickles, sauerkraut, cabbages and soups! Everything looks yummy! I also purchased a container of borscht. In the back ... the pierogies caught my eye! So many kinds! I want to try them all. The lovely employee let me know that the kitchen was open and give me a menu of all their offerings. I did order a bowl of fresh borscht soup. It was yummy in Fresh. They have a little dining area to the side and that's where I sat. They gave great service, and I felt very welcome there . I will definitely come back.

The khachapuri was perfectly baked, the khinkali were juicy and delicious, and everything was beautifully presented. Can't wait to come back and try more from the menu. If you are not familiar with Georgian food, this could be a nice starting point. Each item on the menu has an English description. We enjoyed and shared each of our choices. The Pkhali Assortment brought a plate of spreads made from spinach, beets, leeks, eggplant with walnuts and spices The Chicken Satsivi was chicken pieces served cold in a rich walnut and garlic sauce. The boat shaped bread (Adjarian Khachapuri) filled with cheese and topped with an egg yolk is something you must try. Our main course was the delicious Shkmeruli which was roasted chicken in a creamy garlic sauce. (So good I forgot to take a picture of it !) We shared a sweet jelly-like dish for dessert. BYO and a place where you should make a reservation, at least on the weekend. (Small note: they added a 10% tip to the bill. You can pay with cash or credit card, with cash being slightly cheaper.)
