The food here is pretty typical for a Panera branch but the service is very pleasant and the manager actually walks around and asks how you are enjoying your meal, which is almost unheard of these days and a nice touch. My baked potato soup was nice and creamy, and served piping hot with an asiago bagel, per request, which was a perfect dipping vehicle. I paired it with a half roasted turkey and avocado club as a part of the You Pick 2 option. The sandwich is usually served on sourdough but they were more than happy to make mine on sesame semolina. This was my first time trying this sandwich, and I did like it a lot; the turkey was tender, the bacon was smokey and flavorful, the bread was soft and fresh, and the avocado was creamy, although I wished that there had been more of it. Because you can never overdo avocado. Seriously. It also came with a mayo-based spread, which I'm not sure was necessary considering the fact that the avocado already gave it a component of creaminess. I might ask them to leave it off next time should I order this again. I didn't actually finish the entire half sandwich at the time because the soup and bagel were pretty filling, but it made a very nice afternoon snack. Overall, a pleasant cafe to grab a bite for breakfast or lunch. It's Panera Bread. Same as every other location. The people here are always very nice and service is fairly quick. I like the fact that you can sit by the fireplace and enjoy a snack and relax for a fee minutes. I've been here for many business meetings too and having wifi is nice. Even better there's a Starbucks right next door. Parking is a challenge to say the least. I avoid the sweet stuff as much as possible and have been really enjoying the new quinoa stuff. I do wish that more of these chains would get involved with the local service organizations more, we could really use their help. read more

We went to this location mostly for coffee on Sunday morning and left very disappointed. Dark roast coffee had no flavor and was very watery. I had ask several employees to make another one. This location could care less about customer satisfaction, unless this is new quality standard for Panera Bread in general! read more

Absolutely the worst Panera I've ordered from. Each time I order from this Panera I never in my past 5 orders have gotten exactly what I've asked for. Is it that difficult to take off bacon especially when the person is kosher. Also, they assume just because you order a soup and a sandwich it's automatically a U pick 2, so it just makes things worse. Overall do not recommend this panera. read more

I ordered from panera's online curbside pickup. When i ordered online i was happy to see that the kitchen sink cookie was in stock, which it hadn't been for weeks. I ordered two. when i got there I had to wait an unbelievably long time for my food. All I ordered was a soup and the two cookies, in which case it should not have taken so long to make. i was told the order would be ready at 11:38 and it did not come out until about 11:52. When i got my order i was not given the kitchen sink cookies that I had anticipated so much. Instead I was given 2 chocolate chipper cookies. I was extremely upset so I got out of my car and went in to ask for the right cookies. During a time like this, it is very important to know that I did not wish to get out of my car, which is why I had selected curbside pickup. After I went in I was informed that they were out of kitchen sink cookies. It is a disgrace that they had not updated this on their online ordering. I took the chocolate chipper cookies and went on with my day. Out of curiosity I wanted to make sure that I was not over charged. The kitchen sink cookies are huge so they are $4, however, the chocolate chipper cookies don't even compare in size and when I looked it up they were only $2.50. I had already left, so i did not get my money refunded. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will not be returning to this location and will not recommend it. read more

first let me say this was the first time I went to a Panera bread store. ordered a turkey with provolone cheese pannini. for the price it was small and lacked a enough meat in it. the taste was average at best. I can get a larger and better tasting one at a local pizza shop. like starbucks over priced for the quality and quantity you pay for. would not recommend to my friends. won't go there again. read more

The office where I work gets their catered food takeout once a month or so. It's very tasty and it feels healthier than all of the fast food I usually get. Everything is bagged and labeled and is very organized. There's 14 of us and we've never had a complaint. We've even gotten a free item each time. Highly recommend. read more

Panera's bread is a decent slightly above average and notch above fast food eatery chain that specializes in baked breads and bagels on premises and freshly prepared soups, sandwiches and salads. Supposedly made with higher quality healthier ingredients. For example, they advertise all meats are made antibiotic free. Who knows? Anyway, I like their food, not love it. I just find it to be no thrills and blandish but sometimes that's ok! The sandwiches to me, are skimpy. They appear to put more emphasis on the bread it's on, and it's usually top notch and excellent, but I'm sorry, rather have more meat! pretty good breakfast sandwiches. bakery items are good to excellent , try the cherry pastry, maybe the best I've had! The Salads are OK, some say above average, but ehh I guess I'm not a salad lover to notice the diff. Soups are good. Creamed are the best but again nothing spectacular! Coffee is good (dark roast) never tried the smoothies or other specialized drinks but they look decent! A little pricey for me, unless you find that spending 13 bucks for a soup or salad and half a sandwich and beverage reasonable? If you like Paneras, you probably should get their membership card, as they will give you freebies and discounts once a month, so it's a little break there. This particular location is always clean, and usually quiet. Nice place to work or browse the web for the Wifi crowd. Much more roomy, private, and comfortable compared to Starbucks. Service is usually nice and efficient college age kids, so never an issue there. All in all, I find to be slightly above average but I can see where some folks might love this place, your call! read more
