I just had the most disgusting onion soup from the Panera in Levittown, PA. It had what appear to be shreds of processed cheese product, and some sort of wilted green thing (lettuce? Spinach?) mixed in. I checked the menu and neither is listed as an ingredient. Do they just not clean out the containers when they switch soups?

The photo on website looked yummy and I was looking forward to trying. Disappointed! It had two tiny slices of tomato, barely any cheese (certainly did not look like the photo) and the lettuce was sparse, warm and wilted. Terrible:(

Work dinner at Panera last night and everyone was very satisfied. Food was delicious, no one complained, came with a lot of extra bread and really good cookies. Also, the Panera potato chips were amazing! Super salty and super good! I went with the half sandwich and half salad option. I love the Fuji apple salad. Super refreshing, but sweet and tastes amazing. I love the added apple chips to the salad! Napa almond was extremely heavy on the dressing that one bread was soaked so I had to remove the bread and replace it with the free bread given. Sandwich was still full of flavor and I would still order it again. My colleague was raving about the flatbread and broccoli cheddar soup. I'd come back and order from here again!

The bathroom needs some work. Clean paper towels are hanging into an overflowing garbage bin.

I'm a fan of Panera's hearty salads and my kids love the soups and mac and cheese here so we wind up visiting every few weeks or so, typically after local kids activities when nobody can agree on what to eat. Panera is always a happy medium it seems. The dining area is reasonably clean and there's plenty of seating options, though the booths are particularly hard to snag, especially around lunch and dinner rush. The noise level is pretty good, neither too loud or too quiet, so it's easy to converse with your party. That's a nice plus. The staff here is great. Even when it's busy, the prep team does a nice job with getting the meals out. I also like that the roving maintenance staff is very courteous and come by to take your trays for you if you want. I do have some minor criticisms, first and foremost the bathrooms. They are barely acceptable and usually in less than ideal condition. At times we walk in and see whats going on and opt not to use it because it's just too disgusting. Not the end of the world, but pretty gross. Aside from bathroom hygiene, their inventory system can be off at times. More than a few times I've ordered something, only to have it omitted from the order without the staff mentioning it. After realizing the error at the table, I then have to go back, chit chat about it with the staff and finally wait on a different line for a refund, which is a waste of time and annoying. Having the inventory correct on the order screen would be a much better way to do it! Flaws aside, this Panera branch is a nice place to have lunch and it provides a comfortable environment to eat in, especially for families. Four stars from me.

Came in with some family from out of town for a good lunch. We placed our orders at the register with a fairly pleasant employee. There were five of us, so he did make the effort to clarify and make sure our orders were taken correctly. We all ordered some form of "You Pick 2." I ordered a half Spicy Thai Chicken Salad with a half Steak and Arugula Sandwich with a side of baguette. The 5 meals were ready in about 10 minutes, which I think is a reasonable amount of time. Despite the cafe being busy, all of our orders were accurate. Overall, we had a decent experience at this particular Panera. I do frequent this cafe, and this was of the better experiences I have had. The staff were decently friendly, and the meals were decent quality. I see myself revising in the future.

Horrible Panera. My order was sitting here and someone finally asked for my name and then gave me the bag that was ready on the counter for the last 5 mins. The original ciabatta was out, so I ordered it on a focaccia. I then come home to this... why would I ever order a sandwich with toast I can make at home. Mind you, I ordered an hour before closing and they were also out of their French Baguette and chips. It's 7:50... you close at 9. Why is everything out of stock constantly? They could've at least asked or let me know they were using this bread. If you can avoid this Panera, do so.

Every time we come here they are out of basic ingredients like chicken or cheese. How does that happen? Not coming back.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right--the environment was warm and inviting, the food was truly exquisite, and the team was impressively wonderful. I truly cannot say enough about the food--my daughter and I were blown away (and I wish I had taken pictures!). She loved it so much she ordered a second dish to take home for the next day. As someone who eats carb-free, I was incredibly grateful for how gracious and accommodating the kitchen was--no fuss, no awkward substitutions, just pure, delicious perfection. My daughter absolutely raved about her veal, the rotini salad, and the mushroom barley soup to boot. And a special nod to the BYO--near and dear to my heart. I'll happily bring a lovely bottle of wine for $12 rather than pay $20 for less impressive options. Five stars all around. Cheers to you, Carlucci's Grill--you've earned a loyal fan.

This is there second shop in the area (Princeton is the other), and a third is near opening in Ocean City. The ambiance is blond wood, lots of windows and growing succulents on every table and shelf. It is bright and cheery, inviting a long hangout for work or conversation. Power plugs are plentiful. I walked in intending to grab and go, but was quickly seduced by the attractiveness of the room and friendliness of the two women who interacted with me. I ordered a Blue Royale Smoothie, and as the only customer in the house, took a table in the corner overlooking the entire operation and the sunny world outside. It was primarily a blueberry concoction, with several other healthy ingredients mixed in, and presented after blending as a deep purple slurry. It was cool and delicious and encouraged a slow pull on the straw to stretch out the enjoyment. I took a final suck 30 minutes later; that's how good it was. I will return in the morning for their steel cut oatmeal and perhaps the avocado toast. Just wish they brewed organic coffee for those of us with caffeine needs. Too, Pure Green would be an unchallenged social benefit if they found a way to reduce plastics in their products. At $10+ for a smoothie or bowl, that should not be so difficult to work into their environmental footprint. Otherwise, Pure Green has a lot of nutripromise.

On both visits the servers were friendly and very attentive. My son and I enjoyed watching Wheel of Fortune on our pizza visit. The place wasn't packed, but you can tell everyone there were regulars. Food wise they are just ok. The cheesesteak comes with a toasted roll, it had a decent portion of meat and cheese, but it was just ok. It wasn't overly greasy or bad, but flavor wise it wasn't a wow sandwich. My wife felt the same way about the grilled chicken caesar salad. The greens were fresh, the dressing was fine, but the chicken was just meh. The fries were worthless, undercooked and not good at all. Pizza wise on the second trip my son and I asked for well done. It came out with a crispy crust, the sauce needed more flavor, cheese was thick and had to be a blend. It was just below average, nothing bad/nothing great. The garlic knots may have been the best food I experienced. They were fresh, soft and crispy on the outside. There are far better options in the area, but the service was great and the people were nice.
