I just had the most disgusting onion soup from the Panera in Levittown, PA. It had what appear to be shreds of processed cheese product, and some sort of wilted green thing (lettuce? Spinach?) mixed in. I checked the menu and neither is listed as an ingredient. Do they just not clean out the containers when they switch soups?

The photo on website looked yummy and I was looking forward to trying. Disappointed! It had two tiny slices of tomato, barely any cheese (certainly did not look like the photo) and the lettuce was sparse, warm and wilted. Terrible:(

Work dinner at Panera last night and everyone was very satisfied. Food was delicious, no one complained, came with a lot of extra bread and really good cookies. Also, the Panera potato chips were amazing! Super salty and super good! I went with the half sandwich and half salad option. I love the Fuji apple salad. Super refreshing, but sweet and tastes amazing. I love the added apple chips to the salad! Napa almond was extremely heavy on the dressing that one bread was soaked so I had to remove the bread and replace it with the free bread given. Sandwich was still full of flavor and I would still order it again. My colleague was raving about the flatbread and broccoli cheddar soup. I'd come back and order from here again!

The bathroom needs some work. Clean paper towels are hanging into an overflowing garbage bin.

I'm a fan of Panera's hearty salads and my kids love the soups and mac and cheese here so we wind up visiting every few weeks or so, typically after local kids activities when nobody can agree on what to eat. Panera is always a happy medium it seems. The dining area is reasonably clean and there's plenty of seating options, though the booths are particularly hard to snag, especially around lunch and dinner rush. The noise level is pretty good, neither too loud or too quiet, so it's easy to converse with your party. That's a nice plus. The staff here is great. Even when it's busy, the prep team does a nice job with getting the meals out. I also like that the roving maintenance staff is very courteous and come by to take your trays for you if you want. I do have some minor criticisms, first and foremost the bathrooms. They are barely acceptable and usually in less than ideal condition. At times we walk in and see whats going on and opt not to use it because it's just too disgusting. Not the end of the world, but pretty gross. Aside from bathroom hygiene, their inventory system can be off at times. More than a few times I've ordered something, only to have it omitted from the order without the staff mentioning it. After realizing the error at the table, I then have to go back, chit chat about it with the staff and finally wait on a different line for a refund, which is a waste of time and annoying. Having the inventory correct on the order screen would be a much better way to do it! Flaws aside, this Panera branch is a nice place to have lunch and it provides a comfortable environment to eat in, especially for families. Four stars from me.

Came in with some family from out of town for a good lunch. We placed our orders at the register with a fairly pleasant employee. There were five of us, so he did make the effort to clarify and make sure our orders were taken correctly. We all ordered some form of "You Pick 2." I ordered a half Spicy Thai Chicken Salad with a half Steak and Arugula Sandwich with a side of baguette. The 5 meals were ready in about 10 minutes, which I think is a reasonable amount of time. Despite the cafe being busy, all of our orders were accurate. Overall, we had a decent experience at this particular Panera. I do frequent this cafe, and this was of the better experiences I have had. The staff were decently friendly, and the meals were decent quality. I see myself revising in the future.

Horrible Panera. My order was sitting here and someone finally asked for my name and then gave me the bag that was ready on the counter for the last 5 mins. The original ciabatta was out, so I ordered it on a focaccia. I then come home to this... why would I ever order a sandwich with toast I can make at home. Mind you, I ordered an hour before closing and they were also out of their French Baguette and chips. It's 7:50... you close at 9. Why is everything out of stock constantly? They could've at least asked or let me know they were using this bread. If you can avoid this Panera, do so.

Every time we come here they are out of basic ingredients like chicken or cheese. How does that happen? Not coming back.

Five Four Bar & Grill has a large U shaped bar, stage for live bands, pool tables, booth seating,…read moretable seating and an area to have a catered event in a private room. They can hold 20-500 people for private events according to their website. The inside is dark and could use a bit of a refresh, but I wouldn't say it's close to the level of dive. It's certainly on the larger side compared to most bars in the area. The staff has always been nice, but service can get slow when the crowd size grows. Just the nature of things. Food wise the menu has a typical mix of pub grub - apps, soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers and several entrees. A friend was eating their jumbo Buffalo Shrimp off the starter menu and raved about them. I stuck to a Cheesesteak which was average but a deal at $9.50 -- the chopped steak was decent, cheese was good just needed a bit more. Hot peppers gave it some kick and the long roll was fresh. Their beer menu has around a dozen beers on tap. They dabble in more mainstream big beer/craft beer like your Goose Island IPA's/Lagunitas IPA, but do have a decent show of locals like Yards, Victory, Troegs and Weyerbacher. Bourbon wise I had a Knob Creek neat which was average price wise. The pour was on the generous side. Each time I've been here the crowds have been friendly and having a good time. The band we listened to was great and the sound was crisp. Five Four is a family friendly grill during the day and a fun place for adults later at night. Thanks guys!

A couple weeks ago she had the nerve to comment on my face in front of the entire table. She claimed that I "always give her dirty looks" and "always look so angry when I'm here". For one, I don't know her personally, we have never had a conversation outside of her taking my order and quite frankly it's none of her business how my face looks anyway. Second of all how embarrassing is it to be called out in front of a bunch of people like that? I couldn't believe the words that came out of her mouth. Before I left I politely told her I didn't appreciate her calling me out like that and she got very defensive. Not an apology from her, she didn't care one bit. She started arguing with me and acting like I was overreacting and like she didn't do anything wrong. She should take a look at herself in the mirror and think twice before she speaks. I'll never step foot into this bar again.

The guy working behind the counter was pleasant and knowledgeable about their coffee offering which comes from Homestead Coffee Roasters of Upper Black Eddy. Their drink menu consists of hot/cold coffee, tea, lattes, and espresso based drinks. I tried the drip coffee and would highly recommend it. It is a private label version of Homesteads Darkness - dark & bold with notes of rich, smokey chocolate. I enjoyed the dark roast, rich chocolate and its bold full body. The cortado and espresso I had were ok. I found them to be a little too bitter, but there was a strong roasted earthiness flavor that I liked. On a return trip I'll have to try their Vietnamese coffee. Food wise I've had the sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. They are simple and decent sized with simple folded egg patties and cheddar cheese on average bagels. The sausage had a little spicy kick and the bacon was pretty tasty (NOTE: they do offer pork roll as an option). I was given some hot sauce packets to go. You can also get sandwiches on a croissant. The rest of the menu is simple - toasts, sandwiches, salads, some items for the kids. They do sell their private label coffee beans in retail bags and will grind them for you. I'll stop in again if I'm in the area. The coffee and ambiance is great, the food is ok to good, service great and the idea of a non profit that supports community is commendable. Thanks!!
