    Takoyaki
    Qin Z.

Nice modern looking dining area with lots of natural light. The service is really fast and food comes out fairly quickly. Be sure to take a look at their specials too! Takoyaki 5/5: Certainly one of the best I've had in the city but definitely the best one I had in the NE. There is only 4 so on the pricier side, but they are slightly larger than ones you usually see. Super crispy exterior with a nice big piece of squid. The inside resembles more of an authentic takoyaki batter. Short rib ramen 5/5: It was delicious. The spicy tan tan broth paired well with the braised short rib. The meat was tender, juicy, and fell off the bone. Great marinated egg. Noodles are more wavy egg noodles but wasn't bad. Grande Chicken Ramen 4/5: Super eye catching as you have a huge piece of fried chicken with the ramen. The chicken itself is amazing. Crispy skin and super juicy; bursting with flavor! The broth is chicken broth but can use some more flavor. Overall: Great place, great service, and great food. Definitely a place to try!

I revisited Soho Ramen few days ago. Service was great. Food quality is about the same. This time I get to try something that was sold out on the menu the last two times I was here. Also, they did change up their menu a bit. The Japanese spicy wonton was alright, not too bad, but I have eaten better. The flavor is ok but the wonton skin is somewhat silky. This one have shrimps in it. Other places I have eaten before usually just pork. They seem to have upgraded their Chicken cutlet curry, which I think it looks better than the first time my dad ordered that. This time was a better size chicken cutlet, the sauce was not all mixed within the rice, and able to provide some better veggies. The overall presentation of the dish is better. Another dish got upgraded on the look is the Beef don or what used to be call Gyudon. This one came out to be a bit too much sauce. The sauce is too liquify like water rather than thick and semi creamy format. Now the rice are all soaked up and people are like drinking the sauce like soup. I believe if the sauce is thicker, it would be better. Their ramen still came out about the same.

Well first and last, clean place plenty of space, friendly staff food was actually not tried beef ramen and pork ramen , tasty filled us up. Also had steamed dumplings they were not bad. Now the bad parts sorry but many, server was so friendly but didn't know the menu or what's in the food, so many items scratch or mark saying out of stock, beverages what typical Asian style eateries sell can sodas and bottle of tea. The biggest disappointment was the prices $15-17 for ramen noodles OMG had to try it to see if worth and have to say no it's not won't go back.

Beef ramen- the steak was so good! Corn was an interesting addition, the broth was great, and overall would order this again!

Finally a decent ramen place around the area! I actually stumbled across this place while driving by and I'm glad I did! It's a great place to get your ramen fix if you don't feel like drive out into Philly for Terakawa. I had the yuzu ramen and the steak ramen. The yuzu chicken ramen was a bit sour which was expected since it was a yuzu ramen but I didn't expect it to be a bit spicy. I am not a fan of spicy food so it wasn't for me. I wish they would have included that in the description of the ramen. The Angus Beef ramen was delicious! The beef was the shining star, tender and yummy. They weren't stingy with the amount of beef either. The tonkotsu broth went well with the bowl. I agree with the other reviewer, I wouldn't come here expecting Terakawa but if you are craving ramen this is a good place to go to.

Soho Ramen is finally open! Popped in here for lunch shortly after their soft opening on 4/19. Ordered both the Cha-Shu Buns appetizer and the Tan-Tan Ramen. The Cha-Shu buns were delicious. The pork was juicy and well seasoned and paired well with a thin slice of crispy cucumber, spicy mayo that wasn't spicy (tasted more like Yum Yum sauce) and the pillow soft bun. The ramen was even better. Again, these guys know how to cook pork which, while slightly under seasoned, was tender enough that I could easily break it apart with chop sticks. The noodles were chewy and filling and the broth was thick, rich and just spicy enough. And, finally, the service was incredible. Staff were extremely friendly and were very helpful when I had a couple of questions about the menu. It should be noted though that they still appear to be in a soft opening mode as they aren't currently doing take out and there were a small handful of menu items that were not available. Overall, I'm very excited that Soho Ramen is finally open as Bensalem hasn't really had a ramen place before. These guys are off to a great start and I look forward to many more bowls to come.

Finally a ramen place in Bensalem! I decided to check out the food a couple days after their soft open. Atmosphere-First entering the restaurant- it was a nice atmosphere. Since this place is connected to the bubble tea shop customers are able to move freely between both stores without having to going outside. All of the decor and seating sets a great vibe. Food-There were a couple of menu options that were not available due to the soft opening. We ordered the chicken wings, tan tan ramen and miso ramen. The wings were really good. They were crispy and had a flavorful sauce. Would definitely recommend you try the wings- a bit comparable to Bonchon. For the ramen- they were very accommodating with changes. They switched the pork broth to chicken broth upon request and gave small chicken bites instead of the pork. The ramen tasted good but I've definitely had better ramen in the Philly area. However, considering that this is one of the only ramen places in this area- I'll definitely stop by next time I crave ramen. Service- As I noted earlier, they were very accommodating to my dietary restrictions. The staff answered all of the questions I had about the menu and were very very friendly. Overall, definitely give this place a shot next time stop by for bubble tea or if you're craving ramen.

They are very recently opened and its fairly good. It's not the best Ramen in the city. It's not Terakawa. But its pretty good and for the area, it's great. If I don't feel like driving an hour round trip and worrying about traffic and parking then Soho is amazing. The pork buns were good. Not quite great and I'm not sure why. Might be the pork, might be something else but they were enjoyable and I'll have them again. The Ramen was very good. The broth was good, the internals were very good. Thought corn was a weird add to their name brand ramen but it worked. Overall this was a really pleasant surprise. I love that there's now a Ramen place 10 minutes from me that is good. This has been missing for a long time.

    Delicious, piping hot, Takoyaki!

This restaurant is very clean and spacious. Customer service is outstanding, friendly and quick. The food is very delicious and hot and fresh when served. I really love the takoyaki and dumplings. Both are my comfort foods if I decide to eat Japanese cuisine. The yakisoba had fresh flavors and lots of shrimps and veggies. The sauce was perfect and not too overwhelming. I will definitely come back again.

My hubby wanted to try a more local neighborhood Ramen spot as we have tried the more raved about places in Chinatown etc. So we both ordered the tan tan (pork) Ramen combo. Which comes with a soda and bao bun! It was really yummy! The portion was spot on as I am about to explode while writing this. The waitresses were very sweet and friendly as well. The restaurant is very clean and modern. They have good music playing too which was nice. The prices are comparable to what we would have paid at a place downtown as well. We stopped next door and grabbed a Boba tea from T cup al we couldn't resist. The shop is absolutely adorable with the sweet love phrase on the wall and kitty statue. We will definitely be back to both again.

i tried the chicken wings for the first time.sauce was ok but a tad too salty for my taste.but cooked perfectly. i also had the soup dumplings, which are one of my favorite items on the menu. as for staff, I loved chatting with the manager! I'm a big fan of this place so the main hostess/server recognizes me now she's sweet All in all, delicious food and a great dining experience in a simple yet elegant restaurant

First, I didn't realize until I googled afterwards, they failed 14 FOOD INSPECTION VIOLATIONS in 2025, I wish I had found that out before going. They've raised the prices SO MUCH, in some cases 30-45%. It's easy to tell because they just used a marker to write over the old prices on the menu?! You can see where the ramens went up $4-9 dollars per bowl! And if you build your own it's worse, they're charging $1.50 for a tablespoon of green onions on your bowl!??? They've lost their minds. We also ordered the "crispy chicken" for the ramen, and I have to say I did not know a piece of chicken could be pounded this flat. If you held it up you'd be able to see through it. I added a photo, there can't be more than 1/3 of a chicken breast pounded so flat it's unrecognizable as meat. Also we were both absolutely CONVINCED they're watering down the soy sauce. I've had Asian all over the world, I've been traveling and eating in Japan since 2005...I have never seen any soy sauce this watery, thin, and transparent. Absolutely pathetic. So disappointing to see this place hike up the prices and fall off in quality. The nickel and dime-ing, cut corners, and failed inspections are unacceptable.

Last night, I made up my mind that I was going to head out to the place he recommended. That was last night at Musashi in Trevose/Feasterville area. Now, before you gather up your crew to head over there, let me tell you, this place is TINY. But there's a reason for that. Read on! The decor of the place was so nice, with mixtures of Japanese knickknacks, t-shirts and lots and lots of books. It really felt like someone's home. Now, do keep in mind that this decors does take up spaces, but it really as to the ambiance of the space. There are signs that clearly state that if you are eating here, that the food will take some time to get to your table. I respect this. Good food should take time. That's what makes it worth the wait. Have I had bad meals? Yes. But all the ones I've had that were worth it, were worth waiting for. The waitress got me a table and was seated within 10 minutes of coming in. There was a clean menu and chopsticks already at the table. I asked for green tea, and she brought it promptly. When she came back to take my order, I ordered the Gyoza -- which were so succulent!, and the Charshu Pork Ramen bowl, which was just like I had in Japan. (Both pictured below) After I had paid, I got up and took some photos of the place. So homey, quiet, comfortable, as well as affordable and delicious. Usually depending on what restaurant you're at, Japanese food can be expensive. But not here! For what I had, the bill was $25.00! I was talking to the waitress, as the restaurant was getting ready to close, when one of the cooks came out with the broom. I immediately use my Japanese to let him know how much I loved his food. He bowed deeply, and asked me where did I learn Japanese. His face lit up when I told him I was teaching myself. We talked for a few minutes, he thank me for coming, and told me to come back. That, won't be a problem! This place gets 5 stars from me. The food was excellent, the service was prompt and the staff are willing to get to know their customers, which nowadays is really missing in many other restaurants. Mainly in the name of "efficiency". This place is an example of a restaurant being efficient, affordable and delicious.

Parking was easy to find, the lot is shared with the rest of the small strip mall anchored by a CVS. The young lady who took my order over the phone also greeted me when I entered. She was so nice, helpful and detailed when explaining the menu. The inside of the restaurant appeared clean and welcoming for dining in. They offer chilled and room temperature Chinese flavored waters, Japanese marble sodas, Thai tea, soda and sparkling water. My wife and kids wanted Chicken Teriyaki $10.75 - the lunch portion came with veggies and rice. The portion was small, but they all enjoyed the flavors and said the chicken was fresh. I had ordered the Shoyu Ramen (Chashu pork) Corn, nori, boiled egg, kikurage and scallion at $14.75. The noodles were a big glob and had to be broken up. The broth was spicy, delicious and made up for the noodles. The pork was two thinly sliced medallions that were juicy and flavorful. I made three bowls of soup with the portion, so it was plenty for a second/third meal. I also ordered the Yummy Yummy Roll off the special roll menu $14.75 - Shrimp tempura, cream cheese, avocado, salmon, eel sauce, spicy mayo & tobiko. It didn't hold together well and was ok/good. I would try another roll if I return. Their menu is pretty extensive with Japanese offerings of soups, salad, yakitori, sushi/sashimi, gyoza, hibachi meals, bento box meals, udon, ramen, etc. If I have a return trip I would eat in if having ramen, but the take out experience was good. I'll say it again the young lady working there was patient and an absolute pleasure to deal with! Thanks guys!
