Last few times my experience has been excellent. Management has been on the ball as this location is run impressively well. Workers were cleaning each table and floor...it was very clean. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious. Condiments were well stocked and nice choices. It is a very busy location and as we sat at a window table near the drive through we could see the very busy line of cars move at a steady good pace. It is a pleasure to have a fast food restaurant where employees seem happy and you feel your business is appreciated. Plus, I love their cob salad. read more

While my kids and I really enjoy this place for a quick and delicious meal, their order accuracy is frequently poor. It seems like every other drive through order is either wrong or missing items. The kids get all excited about Chik Fil A and by the time you get home and see the wrong order, everyone is bummed out. Then what are you going to do? Drive back and wait for a replacement? Or spend 10 minutes on the phone? Neither option is very fun or practical and what is supposed to be a big convenience is now a pain. Ordering in store is problematic at times too. For example, I recently ordered a Cobb Salad with grilled nuggets and got a Market Salad with cold chicken. When I mentioned it, they then gave me a sad looking Southwest Salad with grilled nuggets. By the way, neither of these is a Cobb Salad with grilled nuggets, which doesn't seem to be that complicated of an order. Nonetheless, the staff couldn't seem to get it right. The guys and girls that work here are actually quite nice and the company is very customer oriented, so I'm not understanding the disconnect between all that good stuff and the low accuracy order fulfillment. This is the worst Chick-fil-a around! My coworkers and I only come here out of convenience because our office is 5 minutes away. Line is always long and angry people are constantly cutting off your spot in line or beeping their horn. No matter what you order I guarantee it will be overcooked and tough. Black, burnt edges and rough meat that you need a power tool to cut into. Fries are always cold and half filled. The lemonade is always off too, once it was so sugary I couldn't even finish it, and now today I was drinking it when I swallowed some hard piece of lemon? I got breakfast last Saturday as a reward for graduating college and ordered an egg white grill and chicken minis. I was given 3 chicken minis so filed a complaint (to make them aware) that I got 3 out of 4 minis. The owner Bob Montgomery replied today saying "this didn't happen. This isn't credible." Well, it is credible and with that poor of customer service and how you speak to customers when they are telling you a mistake you made... looks like you all need work. My family and I went to a local winery and we did not eat much food, and needed a place to absorb all the alcohol and Chick-Fil-A was the place we decided on! It was in a convenient location and the line was not too long waiting to get food. The employees all seemed pretty nice. As for the food, it was all nice and fresh and really hot when we got it! So they have a functioning drive thru. Too bad the owner does not have a functional brain. They turn a one lane drive thru into two so that way the kitchen is easily overwhelmed and you have to park to wait for the food. They place people before the menu to take your order so you cant easily take a glance and just hold up the line instead trying to figure out what you want. I think they are trying to make it more personable. Or the intercom is actually broken and the owner is such a penny pincher he rather pay a small strike team to take the orders outside in a very inefficient and wierd solution. They seem to be completely incapable of getting an order correct and there is ALWAYS something missing. I'm finally fed up enough to give up on this location and additionally give up with door dash. Tonight, ordered dinner for the family through door dash and the kids nuggets were missing. Despite dealing with the exorbitant fees of this service, there is absolutely no recourse to fix this. You can't get in touch with anyone at door dash: you submit a form, they review it, and get back to you in 2-3 days! How does that help with screaming toddlers who now have no dinner? Chik fil a said they will credit us for a future order so, again, how does this help tonight? So now I have to go out and pick up the missing items, despite paying the bloated door dash middle man, which defeats the purpose of placing the order in the first place. This particular location, despite being the closest to my house, just can't seem to get it together enough to keep me coming back and I'd rather go to a chik fil a on the moon or Afghanistan than Newtown, to avoid dealing with another screwed up dinner. I've never had any issues going to the Newtown location of Chick-Fil-a. Love this Chic fil a, people who work here are amazing. Also met some great people here from crossing community church who were doing face painting as we ordered food for our kids. One time I ordered food for my family and realized I didn't grab my wallet. The manager who was at the register told me it's ok no worries, it's on the house. I am suffering PTSD from my experience at this large joint. I ordered some chicken for my fellow party goers to munch upon. Instead of giving me nicely cooked golden nuggets, I received a tray of small lumps of meat with the simple instruction to "put it in the oven" that is all. The uneducated teen that gave me such terrifying lumps of Meat basking in oil looked at me like he was going to "curb stomp" me (as my grandkids would say) when I asked for further directions. I had to fend for myself and my entire party ended with everyone having fold poisoning from this chicken I had to cook. We threw up into the new year!! We used to go frequently to this location for breakfast sandwiches, but with the new menu changes we will no longer go there. We enjoyed the breakfast sandwich on the sunflower seed bagel that was excellent. But since that is not an option anymore, we tried the breakfast sandwich on an English muffin and it was not good-- the muffin tasted like cardboard or really no flavor at all. It is very disappointing that they took away the sunflower bagel option for breakfast plus they no longer offer decaf coffee. Some of us can not drink regular coffee; seems very unusual to drop decaf coffee in the morning from the menu. My wife and I frequent the Newtown, PA Chick-fil-A especially for breakfast. Not only do we enjoy the food, the friendly and helpful service is exceptional. Rarely do we have an issue with our order but the few times we did, they replace it quickly without any hassles. This location is also especially efficiently run with very short wait times even if there is a long line inside or in the drive-in. If the drive-in line is long, they usually have an employee taking your order outside to keep everything running smoothly. Except for the least time I dined here, Laurinne, the lady at the cash register, was giving me the hardest time ever when I asked for Sauces, she denied me of my request and only give me 1 sauce when I asked for multiple due to the fact that I only ordered 1 sandwich. I asked why i couldnt get more, and her response was" Your order was already free due to the coupon, you dont need anymore sauces." This branch doesn't support veterans and first responders, something that this company typically prides itself on. This is the only Chick-Fil-A I've ever heard of that doesn't participate in Veterans Day and other military specials. When I came in on Veterans Day with my father, the staff was rude to me.
