Their menu has a mix of cutlet sandwiches, cheesesteaks, burger, tacos, quesadillas and burritos. The man who took my order wasn't much for words, but the food more than made up for it! My wife had the Chicken Quesadilla $15 (comes with fries). I had the combination tacos $16 which had one hot sausage taco, one chipotle and one birria. All three tacos were stuffed and bursting with flavor. The double tortillas were awesome and made the overstuffed tacos easier to handle, but were also fresh and had a nice crunch to them. I enjoyed the birria most with the chipotle coming in a close second. The hot sausage taco was decent, but I needed more heat and flavor from it. The birria had a tasty combination of cheese, cilantro and onion to go along with the seasoned beef. The chipotle chicken partnered with pineapple, cilantro and onion hit the spot as well. The Chicken Quesadilla had a perfect portion of melted cheese and lightly seasoned chicken. It also held together extremely well. The fries were forgettable, but the main event was delicious. I'd seek these guys out again! Aristaeus has them on their website calendar once or twice a month and Newtown Brewing has dates on their Facebook events page. Thanks guys!

There are no cashiers, but instead several touch screen kiosks laid out for you to place your order. There is a small window where you can visibly see the cooks in the kitchen. I ordered the Veggie Legendary with the Beyond Meat patty. Not kidding when I say the brioche bun makes it better, but overall this is one of the best tasting burgers I've had. It was hard to resist eating the whole thing. The patty had bbq sauce and mushrooms piled high on it. The cheese was melty and the fresh greens oozed out. Fries were hot and crispy. Their table setup is quite interesting - it's like a doctor's office where you remove the disposable paper from the bed after each patient, but in this case, from a table after each customer that dines. We did it ourselves and it was easy. We found seating for 4 pretty quickly, but it may be tricky for groups of 5 or more to find seats together. Cutesy artwork can be found on the walls along with a frame TV that had the Tiny Desk concerts playing. Prices were a little higher than usual, but it is New Hope so that's to be expected. We asked a woman in the kitchen for a to-go box and she provided one right away. The ratings here are accurate! A really great place for burgers and fries.

A lovely, easy going experience for a Sunday lunch so I highly recommend giving it a go next time you're in town!

They do smash burgers here, and the finished sandwich looked like a half pounder in an oversized bun, with plenty of heat from cherry peppers, jalapeños, onions, topped with spicy mayo and creole cole slaw with a hint of mango to offset the flames. It needed no ketchup nor additional contributions, and was delicious from bite one. All the parts played very well together. A little drippy to be sure, but easily managed. This was a very enjoyable meal, that would only be complemented by the house being better suited for eating in, right when everything is at its apex of perfection.
