Vietnamese hoagie, beef pho, pork chop with jasmine rice
Sarah P.

Food was perfectly seasoned the smell of Star anise when you walk in is delightful! We started off for the recommended appetizer, which they called Vietnamese hoagies we got the pork and they were so delicious fresh veggies, soft bread, sweet and savory meat. We had the eye round pho was delicious and my son had the pork chop, which had the most delicious glaze on it. My husband tried the Tom Yum soup for the first time and it was a little bit on the sweet side for him so we added jalapeños and it was much better.

We ordered take out for pho, the assembling process was workkkk. But that's worth it for the soup, it was flavorful and hearty. The grilled pork was great, but I wasnt crazy about the pork chop, cause personally I'm not super into lemongrass. The summer rolls were freshhh, and the peanut dipping sauce was great. Grilled pork summer roll and shrimp summer roll had me so happpy. The big slices of thin jalapeños had me enjoying the pho till the last sip. and the beef balls were nice and bouncy, with no bad aftertaste. They take card.

This has been our go to stop whenever we go to Sesame Place. It's such a refreshing excursion after all the oily and heavy food in the park. The service here is super friendly and helpful. I personally really like the salt & pepper squid and the pork chop. However, haven't had a bad dish here yet. Highly recommend if you are in the area, only a 12 min drive from Sesame.

Date night destination - no. Place for great Vietnamese food - yes. The sign on the door as well as on their website says "Temporary Price Increase Notice effective 7th of June 2021" Each item on the menu is 10% more than what is shown. Still worth the cost. The menu is very large and in this case they nailed all 5 items that the three of us ordered. The 2 split Roasted Qual with house special marinade sauce was delicious as was the Grilled Pork Fried Rice. The Hanoi Deluxe Vermicelli (Bun) was very good, although it was served with cold noodles. It contained char-grilled chicken, shrimp, pork and spring roles. The Grilled Pork Chop was delicious. The winner of the night may have been the Salt and Pepper Squid. It contained lightly battered stir-fried squid with bell peppers and onions with a homemade sweet & sour sauce. On our next visit we plan to try a couple of the (at least) 8 different Pho's among many other items on the extensive menu. It's a Byo. For the above before tip the bill came to around $75. A place to definitively check out

I've been a loyal customer of Bravo Pho for years, and they never disappoint whenever I order their food! Whether I am dining in or ordering delivery, the food is consistently excellent and tasty. As a big fan of Vietnamese and all asian cuisine, I've recently been loving their Thai dishes. I highly recommend Pad Kee Mao or Pad Se Lew! The dishes have the wide noodles so if you like thick drunken noodles coated in delicious sauces I highly suggest these two! I usually dine in around lunch time and their service is quick, and the staff is always friendly. The staff really make the ambiance great and welcoming!! If you're craving authentic Vietnamese food or want to try something new, this is your sign to give Bravo Pho a try! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Hanoi Seafood Sautéed

I stopped at this restaurant a few days ago and enjoyed a delicious seafood dish called Hanoi Seafood Sautéed which is #70 in the menu. A wonderful blend of sautéed shrimp, scallop, squid, fish balls, bell peppers, and onions with a choice of Lemon Grass Sauce (SPICY) or Coconut Curry Sauce (SPICY). Served with rice on the side. I also had a cold Thai Tea which was pretty tasty. The gentleman who took my order, served my meal, and checked me out was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. I will be back!

This place is great! Although it's located in an older shopping strip, the food makes up for it 100%. There was plenty of parking and seating for social distancing. The girl who took our order was kind, prompt and very helpful with the menu. My buddy ordered the Chicken Satay for an app and I went with a pork Banh Mi. The Satay was moist, tender, lightly spiced and the sauce it came with was delicious. I devoured the Banh Mi, which were on small crispy rolls and had mouthwatering pork with jalapeno, carrot, cucumber and cilantro inside. For my main lunch I went with the number 23 Mi Hoanh Thanh Xa Xiu which is a roast port and wonton noodle soup. It contained sliced roast pork, stuffed pork and shrimp wonton with egg noodle soup. It came out quick and hot with wonderful aromas! The flavors were off the hook, the pork was fresh, there were over a half dozen wontons and the egg noodle was fresh. It was all in a flavorful spicy broth. For around $10 it was well worth it and the portion size left plenty to take home for a second meal. There are not many Vietnamese options around me so I feel fortunate to have found a place that is somewhat close that offers a food experience like these guys do! Keep up the good work guys!

Vermicelli deluxe with shrimp and pork and spring roll with a left over spicy chicken wing inside
Rob C.

Im not a fan of Pho at all. I tried it about 7 different times. In Houston TX where there is a giant vietnamese population. Came here with group of friends and tried a few different things. I tried to play it safe by ordering the roast pork wonton noodle soup. The broth was basically a Pho broth. I didnt like it at all. I dont like the pho broth seasoning especially lemon grass flavor. However i typically get the vermicelli bowls when every i go to Vietnamese restaurants The vermicelli bowl at this place was very good. All the grilled meats were very good, the spicy wings were awesome im not just a fan of Pho broth.

Hanoi Delixe 33. Hanoi Deluxe Vermicelli

The Hanoi deluxe Vermicelli was absolutely delicious. I only ordered it because another yelp reviewer highly rated it. Nice friendly service and absolutely delicious food.

2. Three Piece Spring Rolls Beef pho deluxe
Ellen C.

Food: Spring rolls: 3/5, crispy but the inside was a bit dry Pho: 2/5, the broth was fine and there was a decent amount of food but the meat was way too thick and maybe it had been cooked beforehand because it was tough as well. There were also a ton of flies which threw us off and I'd highly recommend they get a fly zapper or something. Overall maybe we're spoiled because we normally eat viet food in south Philly but brave pho didn't impress :(

The pho was excellent! The place was busy, but it was a Friday night. Food came out very quickly. We will definitely return for pho!

Great food. Great service. Worth the drive to out-of-the-way location. Ask for homemade chili oil.

For example, appx 8 oz Vietnamese coffee here was $5, whereas you can get like 12 fl oz for 4 buckaroos in the city at most places. The service was great and on point. I mean, the staff gave me literally a tablespoon of water just to keep my glass 100% full. He even asked if we wanted to keep any sauces from our apps when we was clearing our plates away. Spring rolls were standard, as well as the grilled pork spring rolls. It's worth a try if it is your first. Pho: while flavor was fine, I'm not accustomed to seeing cloudy pho. I took leftover home, and there was not a layer of fat that formed (which I didn't mind)... so while the broth is leaner, that would explain the flavor being slightly compromised. The bo luc lac I did not like as much. It was more "beefy" flavor than a chargrilled flavored I was looking for. We were also bummed they wouldn't serve it over a bed of fried noodles instead of lettuce, even though we said we would pay extra. It's much better than I was expecting for suburbian pho.

Their distribution channels are still rather meager, but Organon the health food store on Route 413, Wrightstown, PA, has a selection in their back room frozen foods department. I picked up the Vegetarian Vietnamese Pho and Roasted Butternut Squash to sample a couple of flavors I normally love. Each plastic package was 12 ounces, enough for one meal. Stovetop or microwave for a few minutes and recycle the sleeve container. I slurped the pho today after shoveling the heavy fresh wet white precip that fell from early this morning. While it lacked the rich spicy lemongrass base of long time pot simmered stock found in Pho 75 and other good VN restaurants, and the thick nest of noodles and fresh pinched Thai basil leaves, it was pretty good for what it was - healthy nearly instant soup with only wholesome ingredients. A squirt of Sriracha for an extra kick and it was bowl rim to lips; bottoms up! Who had time for a spoon? BowlFace! I'll be back here after trying the Butternut Squash, but wanted to review the Pho while it was still warming my stomach. Gotta say this is a bit of a homer epistle, as I am very happy that Newtown's entrepreneurial spirit is thriving even in the Age of Covid.
