Bravo Pho, you are pho-nominal! This was hands down the best pho I have ever had! My mom and I made plans to meet here for lunch on a Monday afternoon. We don't usually meet in Levittown, so this was a new territory for us. The strip mall that Bravo Pho is located on isn't the most eye appealing of destinations, however, we were both feeling Vietnamese food and we had a good feeling about this place. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and noticed a few other customers already seated for lunch so any speculations we had were immediately washed away. The menu is quite overwhelming. There are so many different options - pho, buns, vermicelli, rice dishes, and both meat and seafood entrees. Unfortunately, they don't offer any lunch specials, but everything is so reasonably priced that we really didn't mind. I ordered Mi Hoanh Thanh Xa Xiu (#23) off of the pho menu which consisted of sliced roast pork and shrimp wontons with an egg noodle soup. I was blown away by the quick service and impressive presentation. I always ask for chili oil to add to my pho, but no need to ask for it here because our waitress beat me to it! The pho was incredibly tasty. The broth was flavorful and the pork was tender. I was served a very generous portion of meat, noodles, and vegetables. There was also a total of five dumplings in my pho making this meal extremely filling! My mom ordered the Lemongrass Vermicelli and really enjoyed it. In fact, she's still talking about it days later! I tried a bite and thought it was delicious as well. I especially enjoyed the crunch the peanuts gave! Bravo Pho is a pretty compact restaurant with a very homely feel. Staff was friendly, courteous and patient. Good service makes such a big difference in a customer's overall experience and the staff here has that down to a tee! Special shout out to Thuy who checked in on us both during our meal and after we finished to make sure we enjoyed everything and to greet us farewell. :) I will definitely be returning to this place to enjoy more of their dishes. Found this restaurant by accident and am so happy we did. I was there with my brother and his wife. The service was excellent. My brother ordered quail and it was delicious. My sister-in-law had roasted pork chop and it was better than any pork chop I have ever tasted. I had salt and pepper squid and it was perfect! We had pork fried rice and something else. OH WOW this restaurant is a hidden gem! My favorite food is pho so I've tried lots of phos and am quite critical in how I rate pho restaurants. Their pho makes top 3 of all the pho places I've tried across the US if not top 1. The broth is very flavorful and clean (with minimal amount of oil) and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Their menu is really big with lots of Viet and Thai options and everything is very well priced and the portion of the pho was really big. Their Thai iced tea was great too! We were looking for restaurants that were open during Memorial Day and Bravo Pho caught our eye. It's located in a strip mall in Levittown and had surprisingly good reviews on Yelp, but I personally wasn't a fan. I ordered the lemongrass vermicelli with beef and ca phe sua da, and my friend ordered a bowl of pho. The vermicelli dish was huge, you definitely get your money's worth here in terms of portion size. I could taste the lemongrass but it definitely wasn't as flavorful as some other lemongrass vermicelli I've tried. My friend said her pho was OK but the broth was a bit plain as well. The ca phe sua da that I ordered came 2/3 full and there was so much ice in the cup that I actually had to take some out. I'm going to write this in two pieces, food and environment. As i surveyed the restaurant as it was my first visit my immediate observation was that the clientele was very mixed. My second was that the staff wasn't too warm. It wasn't until I got to the counter someone greeted me with "take out"? Most people were eating some type of soup either it be pho or wonton. In addition, as I ate, no one came over to ask how things were. It's a small place and they were pretty busy but still; felt like out on an island as I ate by myself. Now the food, I ordered spring rolls and #20 pork pho. The spring rolls were very tiny, reminded me of miniature cigars. However, they were good but the sauce made the dish. It some type of fish sauce. I thought I knew what I was getting in my pho since this is not my first rodeo. However, the meat was marinated and grilled and not in the soup. It caught me off guard, I had to ask if I should put it in the soup. When I did again it was an awkward conversation, not do to any language barrier just do to personality. Overall, soup was a little light in flavor, spring rolls were good due to sauce but mood in restaurant needs attention. Don't get me wrong, service was fine. It's only about 15 minutes from Trenton and they serve up an authentic and delicious pho as well as other Vietnamese dishes at a very reasonable price, especially for the amount of food that you get (note: HUGE portion sizes!). We ordered the basic pho, spring rolls, summer rolls which were incredibly fresh, and the steamed tilapia. The pho had a perfect balance of flavors and spices and you could tell the broth had been carefully made and had been simmering for some times as everything tasted beautifully mixed. Broth was delicious meat was so fresh and tender. Amazing!! I also picked up the Com Chien Bo #44. Which is a beef fried rice. Again, fantastic. This isn't any average beef fried rice, the beef is perfectly cooked sliced steak. Man I may have to go back now and order again just thinking about it. I love this place and try to order from here regularly even though it's not that close to my home because the food is awesome. I always get the Pho Tai, portion is huge and enough to be a full meal. We enjoyed our dinner last night and meeting the new owners of this restaurant! My son and I had Pho, mine chicken (Pho Ga) and my son's beef Pho! We had spring rolls as well! My granddaughter had a lovely noodles with broccoli, and green onions! The food was good and the owners lovely people! This restaurant is in a strip mall and the ambiance ,IMHO, was a warm family owned and oriented and authentic place! We love us some Vietnamese food but have always had to travel a bit to get to one of our favorite spots, not any more this little gem has it all, great food, great service and the typical strip mall ambiance . We ordered the grilled pork Banh Mi that came on a toasted baguette that was wonderful as well as the spring rolls, summer rolls and a super fine vegatable coconut curry.
