Iced chai tea latte & Candy Cookie
    Lynnsey O.

I had a lovely experience today at Panera bread in Edison. The staff were extremely friendly and nice. I sat there for hours doing school work and there was no time limit to sit which was really nice. The cookie was absolutely delicious!!!! It tastes like a sugar cookie with m&m on top. My chai latte was very good too. I also thought it was reasonably priced both items came out to less then $10. Very clean inside as well. Staff even came around and picked up small things like napkin off the floor. I'll definitely be back

Pulled off interstate for a quick bite to eat... Congrats this location has earned a fat "0" from me. Horrible customer service, foul language being used amongst each other. Employees need hair nets when working with food. I nicely asked employee to disregard the chipotle sauce on pizza, her response " we don't have any sauce and it's made already anyways". My response: None....I refuse to match low class energy. To owner: I chose to take the high road and not match rudeness with the educated. Please train your staff, let them know customers are the reason you have a pay check. I would never ever have employees in my place of business with this type of attitude. BTW the reviews are the truth, my mistake for not checking them first. Tip: skip this location, read reviews before entering. Pic is proof of what was purchased.

Wow people hating on Panera. It's a Panera, the food is a bit overpriced, buying Panera gift cards at 15-20% off makes it better. Sip club is good cuz cheap caffeine. (Cancel before renewal to get like $6/mo offers for 3 mos). This Panera is rly big and has this cool fireplace, food is the same as other Paneras. Convenient location. S tier Panera, highly recommend.

    "Full" Greek Salad

I love Panera Bread's Greek salads, and I'm normally very happy with them. But today I got skimped on the salad for sure. Basically was half full...and I paid $10+ for it. The only reason I didn't return it was because I was on my lunch break and had a meeting I needed to attend. Otherwise I would have.

25 minute sitting in drive through. Had to beep the horn multiple times for someone to come to the window. They said "sorry this location tends to be very slow" it took another 4 minutes to get my food. Do not recommend.

I don't know...supposed to be a sandwich of some sort.

What a horrible experience. I never complain but this place is disgusting. My daughter had a grilled cheese and the cheese wasn't melted. I ordered the toasted steak it looked horrible. It looked like they took the meat and threw it on bread from across the room. They forgot my salad!!!!!!! My bread was so hard and stale. I paid over $50 for this food. I'm calling and calling trying to get in touch with someone and no answer. Must of closed early. I don't know. What kind of people work here? My daughter could do a better job. Shut it down!!!!!! The one I go to in Piscataway so much better.

You Pick Two: Broccoli Cheddar Soup, Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, and Whole Grain Baguette

I love that Panera Bread is located close to Menlo Park Mall. It's nice to be able to grab a quick and healthy lunch before taking a stroll around the mall. I am a fan of Panera's You Pick Two. You can choose 2 of the following: a cup of soup, half sandwich, or half salad. Their Broccoli Cheddar, Creamy Tomato and New England Clam Chowder soups are some of my faves. They taste great and are well prepared. I have been a big fan of their Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad since I was a teen. The chicken is seasoned well. I love the cheesy croutons and Caesar dressing. I really wish they sold their Caesar dressing in stores. With the You Pick Two, you also get a choice of a side item (ie. Whole Grain Baguette, French Baguette, Potato Chips, or an Apple). If you like green tea, definitely try their Iced Green Tea. It's really refreshing on a hot day!

Just like any other Panera... This happens to be in a former Sizzler shell ----- Time for some stream of consciousness: Like any other Panera Tasty soups, sandwiches Free coffee refills Slow as he** wifi (i think all internet traffic is routed to St Louis, MO - the headquarters of Panera Bread), with annoying 30 min timeout during peak hours, along with lack of wall outlets Unique to this Panera Spacious back room - a sun room that was probably a Sizzler salad bar in its former life Easy access off route 1 southbound in Edison

We decided were never goingback and are on the hunt for a new Pastrami palace. Since Harold is not around to run it like he always has done so fo so many years; the folks running it cannot deliver the Deli experience I have craved for. I won't be surprised to learn they went out of business.
