This has to be the worst Panera ever! They seem to mess up the simplest of orders. I've come to the conclusion that they just don't care about their customers. I ordered a simple grilled cheese and it was totally burnt...inside and out. In addition to that, they left my chips out of the bag, but it's listed on the receipt. I'm officially giving up on this location. I've ordered a bagel once and they gave it to me mangled....lol. I guess the toaster ate it up and they decided to just give it to me that way. Way too many bad service experiences. There are too many other restaurants to patronize around here than to deal with them. I visited Panera for lunch today with my daughters and immediately when you walk in the door it feels so cold inside line a meat locker. It was so uncomfortable that we could hardly stand there to place our order. The person taking our order said that it's always that cold and the customers complain but they still keep it cold We noticed that the outside patio are was full because no one could stand the freezing cold inside. If Panera wants to keep their customers coming back they need to put it at a reasonable temperature inside. read more

I don't know how with so many COVID precautions at hand they were able to pull off having some contamination of bacteria on my food but I literally threw up as soon as I finished eating it. Most of the time we come here, we go through the DT which is convenient. However the last few times they have been out of chocolate chip cookies which is super disappointing being that these types of items should NEVER be out. & A busy mom of 2 who works full time needs a cookie when she needs a cookie! I feel it's always a positive experience at any Panera Bread I go to, regardless of any events, because the food makes up for it all. It's casual and relaxing and you don't feel rushed to get out. There's plenty of people who have meetings here, bring their laptops, or just sit and read. The touch-screen ordering system is super convenient when it's a busy day. Unfortunately most of them seemed to be down yesterday so we had to go to the cashier which took a little bit longer than usual. It wasn't much of a problem though, as we grabbed our drinks and waited only a few short minutes for our food. The southwest chili lime salad was my go-to, and always will be on a hot or cool day. I've been here at least three times since they opened, Typical Panera, lots of crumbs on the floor, a little too messy, but a great place to enjoy a lite meal without being bothered by a server, the one major flaw this location has is that their seating layout is too tight, there's barely e ought room to comfortable walk around tables going to the restrooms and getting sugar or re-filling fountain drinks...., this needs to be corrected, I'm sure the next Manager will solve this challenge. A grilled cheese and a broccoli soup. They ask us if we wanted the receipt and we politely say no since we've never had a problem with panera. Figured we didn't need one but we should've taken it. The broccoli soup was literally just broth and so watery. Usually it's thick and has some broccoli with stems in it but not this one! It was just basically water seasoned. Then my grilled cheese was squished and folded Into the wrapper that when I tried to take it out it fell apart . I have never had such an awful experience at Panera. TL;DR - I am NEVER eating at panera again. Which is a shame because I love their muffins. 11/6/19 - 8PM Ordered Baked potato soup and Turkey BLT Started feeling an upset stomach an hour later. Stomach got worse, ended up throwing up to feel better. Stomach was empty but still felt ill. Woke up every hour from then on to throw up whatever my stomach could force out of me. 11/7/19 - 8AM the vomiting stops Start drinking gatorade non stop the rest of the day. Girlfriend brings me a milkshake later in the day. Milkshake is too much for my stomach. An hour later it has separated in my gut and curdled. Projectile vomit in the bathroom while on the toilet. I was at the drive-thru this past weekend 10/8/2022 and ordered a chicken sandwich along with other items. Unfortunately, when I got to the window they told me that they ran out of chicken. I asked if I could substitute with a different meat choice and they were able to accommodate me. A few minutes later, the manager Eddie, came to the window and apologized for not having my choice available and told me that they would refund me for the sandwich. He was so kind to even offer this, when they had already subbed the meat and even threw in a bag of chips.
