The guy who works the drive thru on Sundays is terrible at his job. He has zero customer service, always has you waiting, takes your drink AFTER you receive your food, never provides a greeting or salutation, he's terrible. I visited Panera for lunch today with my daughters and immediately when you walk in the door it feels so cold inside line a meat locker. It was so uncomfortable that we could hardly stand there to place our order. The person taking our order said that it's always that cold and the customers complain but they still keep it cold We noticed that the outside patio are was full because no one could stand the freezing cold inside. If Panera wants to keep their customers coming back they need to put it at a reasonable temperature inside. read more

I don't know how with so many COVID precautions at hand they were able to pull off having some contamination of bacteria on my food but I literally threw up as soon as I finished eating it. Waste of $16 and worse of all they put my health at risk. Ordered a pick two salad,soup and a blood orange lemonade. Food tasted normal but the drink tasted rancid as if the orange or lemons had begun fermenting... it looked normal but It tasted like they might be mixing yesterday's leftovers with a new batch and have kept it going. Most of the time we come here, we go through the DT which is convenient. However the last few times they have been out of chocolate chip cookies which is super disappointing being that these types of items should NEVER be out. & A busy mom of 2 who works full time needs a cookie when she needs a cookie! I've been here at least three times since they opened, Typical Panera, lots of crumbs on the floor, a little too messy, but a great place to enjoy a lite meal without being bothered by a server, the one major flaw this location has is that their seating layout is too tight, there's barely e ought room to comfortable walk around tables going to the restrooms and getting sugar or re-filling fountain drinks...., this needs to be corrected, I'm sure the next Manager will solve this challenge. Girlfriend brings me a milkshake later in the day. Milkshake is too much for my stomach. An hour later it has separated in my gut and curdled. Projectile vomit in the bathroom while on the toilet.
