Filthy men's bathroom, not cleaned in weeks. Smells like the sewer. The employees here aren't working, fire the manager.

FILTHY and TERRIBLE. Fire the manager. [[HIGHLIGHT]]the air smells like old food when you walk in and then I used the bathroom, where it hasn't been cleaned for weeks and smells like raw sewage.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] when I walked in the manager was gossiping with her staff, all three were standing around and not working as this store literally smells and sits in filthy goo. I would not eat here, as is unsanitary and the workers could give a damn. Panera Management, please step in here!

I asked the drive thru person (female) if there was any cheese or bacon on the salad she said no. Guess what was in my salad?

Went here on 6/2 for a Rapid Pick up order I had place online. On my way out, I thought I'd grab something sweet as I saw that they have new brownie cheesecake bites. So I placed the order with a guy at the register for one brownie, an order of the brownie cheesecake bites and one candy cookie. The total was $9.57. The guy that took my order, I'm not sure if he was new or what, but he took about 5 minutes to get everything. Having worked at Panera myself back when I was in college, I know for a fact it doesn't take that long to bag up a coupe of bakery treats. After I finally received my order I left and got in my car. Down the street I open the bag and everything was there but one thing stood out. Now as I mentioned, I worked at Panera before. I know how cheap the company can be when it comes to food costs. This is a place that takes a single piece of bacon, breaks it in two and calls that two strips of bacon for one sandwich for instance. And I know costs are high right now. But I also believe this guy messed up. Like I said, he could have been new with how he was working, but there was also a manager there who he could have asked if that was the case. But anyway, the only thing that stood out about my order was the fact that there was a single brownie cheesecake bite in the bag. Just one. And when ordering online it says an order should come with three. So I basically paid $5 for a cheesecake bite smaller than the size of a toddlers hand. Suffice to say I won't be back here.

My order - so sad and disappointing , there is almost nothing on it.

Visited this location on Saturday. Ordered a pick 2 with soup and an Italiano sandwich and then I ordered the toasted garden caprese sandwich. The caprese sandwich was super disappointing. I was unable to return to the store so I sent an email to the company and hope I hear back. I expected more from a $9 sandwich. This location should be ashamed of serving something like this. I really like Panera but this is so disappointing. The soup and Italiano were delicious.

I come here daily for sip club. The kitchen sink cookie is so good and I enjoy their menu items. It's clean in here and the staff are nice. Shout out to Zach, he's a great worker.

I ordered a grilled cheese and there was nothing grilled on this sandwich. It looked like they put cheese between 2 slices of bread and microwaved it to melt the cheese. Disgusting!

Horrible. This is the worst Panera because of their horrible service I won't return. Really bad for such a well known place.

Tucked in a food court, there's plenty of seating and you order at the counter, and they bring out all of your food on a cart. We always get a medium beef tofu soup, galbi, and recently their bossam. The food is hearty and the soup is HOT, but it's pretty tasty. Galbi is a bit inconsistent, sometimes it's tender and has char marks, and other times it's chewy, but the flavor is nice. Their bossam is good, but comes out lukewarm and a bit underwhelming. Their salad though is super delicious, whatever vinagrette they use I wish I could have on hand all the time! Two tofu combos with their most expensive options rang out to around $75 with no drinks, which is definitely on the pricier side. We had leftovers, but this isn't a regular meal that you can go out for often. I'll continue to keep this spot close for when I'm craving tofu soup and purple rice nearby.

There seems to be inconsistency in the flavor of dishes, last time we ate at the food court and the soup had more flavor but it was salty, this time it was spicier with less flavor. Would be better if they double checked the orders before they go out, there's room for improvement and hopefully they do, this was our 4th time eating here since we just moved to the city and would hate to cross it out of my list.

I spent around $77 including tip which was 2 drinks, an appetizer, and 3 main plates. Actually, they don't have just a side of fried rice, so we were forced to buy it as a main plate. Everything tastes good. I just finished my leftovers and I'm already craving the noodles since they were so soft. The restaurant is clean and modern with big windows and an outdoor patio. If it weren't so hot (We came on a 100F day) it looked like a nice place to eat under the umbrellas. I accidentally spilled a jar of hot sauce which for some reason had a loose removable lid and one of the waitresses was quick to clean it up for us. She was nice about it, too, like she could've easily copped an attitude with us about it, but didn't. A man next to us said he accidentally did the same thing which makes me think they need to find a different container for that sauce. There's a huge parking lot, so that wasn't a problem. However, the area directly in front of the restaurant and the other shops near it were sectioned off with yellow caution tape for some reason and my sister said it looked like a murder scene, which made me laugh. I'm fairly sure that wasn't the case, but I don't know why they did it. The only reason I knew the restaurant was open for business was because I saw people eating inside through the windows.

The banchan was delicious and had a nice variety, including radish stem kimchi, cucumber kimchi, fish cakes, soybean paste with nuts, fried eggplant, and more. Everything tasted fresh and well made. We started with the fried dumplings, which were crispy on the outside and filled with really tasty filling. The soybean stew was packed with flavor and had potatoes, onions, and zucchini--super comforting. The short ribs were juicy and flavorful, especially with a side of rice. The pork cutlet was perfectly crispy, and the dipping sauce added just the right touch of sweetness. Even the salad was good, with a dressing that wasn't too overpowering. They serve hot barley tea and water, and you can buy canned soft drinks if you want something else. Everything we had was delicious--honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like. Prices were fair, and the customer service was great. Our waitress checked on us several times to make sure we were good and even showed us how to make rice porridge using the hot barley tea and the crispy rice at the bottom of the pot, which ended up being really good too. We successfully created our accounts and were excited to enjoy our meal. One of my friends was trying ramen for the first time, so we wanted to make sure she had a great first experience. The ramen was delicious, and the matcha lychee lemonade was so refreshing! After we finished eating, we ordered dessert and asked to redeem the free mochi ice cream. Our waitress had trouble finding our rewards accounts, so we gave her our phone numbers. After waiting for a while, she came back and told us we couldn't redeem the reward because it had to be done through the app. That was disappointing because we had signed up exactly as we were instructed. I've worked in the restaurant industry, and I understand that sometimes promotions have restrictions. However, I also know that great customer service means finding a solution when a guest follows the directions they were given. Since our waitress watched us sign up, I wish she had honored the promotion or at least spoken with a manager to see if an exception could be made. Overall, the food was excellent, and I'd definitely come back for the ramen and drinks. I just hope they improve their customer service and make sure their staff clearly explains how the rewards program works to avoid disappointing future guests.
