I don't understand what is so hard about serving bagels. I waited 15 minutes in a drive through line that should have taken no longer than 5 minutes because there were 2 cars in front of me. I ordered the cinnamon crunch bagel with cream cheese and was offered plain or honey walnut cream cheese. Pleasantly surprised by the flavored cream cheese, I chose the honey walnut. I finally get my order and drive off because I am now late to my doctor's appointment. Look in the bag and get a plain cream cheese. Serving bagels can't be that hard!!! Let me start off by saying that the food was good. It's always good here and especially the coffee. I think it's the late afternoon and evening service that's lacking. I think there's maybe a loss of oversight or management. It all started when I was at the register and all I could hear was rap music from the kitchen area, it was very loud and full of vulgar language . (Real nice for the kids in line behind me to hear) I went and found a seat after ordering and sat down, thinking I could have a quiet evening and just enjoy my soup and some bread. Once I sat down and tried to relax all I could hear was loud Ozzy Osbourne music playing from the kitchen, overtaking the music that was being played in the restaurant. Went here on 6/2 for a Rapid Pick up order I had place online. On my way out, I thought I'd grab something sweet as I saw that they have new brownie cheesecake bites. So I placed the order with a guy at the register for one brownie, an order of the brownie cheesecake bites and one candy cookie. The total was $9.57. The guy that took my order, I'm not sure if he was new or what, but he took about 5 minutes to get everything. Having worked at Panera myself back when I was in college, I know for a fact it doesn't take that long to bag up a coupe of bakery treats. After I finally received my order I left and got in my car. Down the street I open the bag and everything was there but one thing stood out. Now as I mentioned, I worked at Panera before. I know how cheap the company can be when it comes to food costs. This is a place that takes a single piece of bacon, breaks it in two and calls that two strips of bacon for one sandwich for instance. And I know costs are high right now. But I also believe this guy messed up. Like I said, he could have been new with how he was working, but there was also a manager there who he could have asked if that was the case. But anyway, the only thing that stood out about my order was the fact that there was a single brownie cheesecake bite in the bag. Just one. And when ordering online it says an order should come with three. So I basically paid $5 for a cheesecake bite smaller than the size of a toddlers hand. I like coming to this location to redeem my Unlimited Sip Club drink. They now have a new charged flavor BLOOD ORANGE. It is supposed to have zero sugar but I hate to admit it, it doesn't taste good at all. In fact if I want to intake less calories, I order the Mango Yuzu and fill it 1/3 full and add the rest with their sparkling bubly water. Taste better and quite refreshing. Staff is nice here. Food takes awhile to be made so you have to wait somtimes 10-15 minutes for your order to arrive. Their kitchen sink cookie used to be $4 but now it is close to $6. That's too much for a hearty cookie. They do make their bread and bagels here fresh so that is a plus. read more

Went here a couple times this week to get my unlimited sip club beverage and it is so quick and easy. All the cups are by the check in area so it's super easy to grab and go.
