To be fair I ordered and paid online and that was a decent experience (the online part). I placed a 'curbside order' for a dozen bagles, and pulled into the specially marked spot, still good. I clicked on the e-mail that I had arrived, as the e-mail requested, still flying thru. Five minutes go by. Nothing. I call inside, no answer (people are going in and out of the store). So, I decide, oh well, first world problems, I'll go inside. I look around for my order in the usual spots for order pick ups, nothing. I decide I need to get in line, and they are painfully understaffed. Another 10 minutes of waiting, I get to the cashier. Mind you, this is at least 20 minutes post arrival. Half of my order is in a bagel carrier, close to the cashier. She tells me the other half is in the oven, should be out in 5 or 10 minutes. And, to her credit, she was truthful about that. Long story short, the store operations were a DISASTER, and the on-line ordering was easy and simple. Also, I had not been to Panera in some time, and the cream cheese packet, that I paid extra for, barely contained enough for a single bagel. See you in another 2 years, Panera, when I'm forced to order from you. Horrible. read more

This place is INFESTED with flys. I've never seen anything like it! It's disgusting!! Service was slow, inaccurate and sloppy. Zero stars!!!

I was served by a sweet young girl called Hannah, she was very uplifting and helpful, the service was rather quick and the food was quite nice (Hannah was especially helpful because I am lactose intolerant). I like how a gentleman by the name of Jordan asked me how my food was, this was customer service unlike any other Panera I had previously visited. Overall the customer service I received was exemplary and I will be making more detours to visit. read more

This Panera is run so poorly. Food orders take forever to fulfill. Sometimes there are 5 people working and yet no one waiting on customers. It's always busy, but I just don't understand how they can't get it together. And,the bathrooms are always dirty. read more

Terrible Panera. Can NOT get orders correct. Always get home with the wrong order and I never learn to check my order before I leave the restaurant. I should not need to do this but apparently I should! I get no satisfaction when I call to complain. The manager always wants me to bring the order back in but once I am home I really don't feel like going back. Tonight I ordered a FULL salad with chicken. 3-Star rating will keep any fan of Panera Bread returning. The question is will it bring in a new customer who is "just passing through",... maybe staying at a nearby Dublin hotel? A-OK is the best I can do and that's solely based on staff. Panera's soup are tasty (get 'em in a bowl because those bread bowls are a rip-off in this Yelper's opinion). The soups I've had seem fresh and hot. But why not give some other options instead of..... BREAD? The Mac & Cheese is pretty unique as you get mini pasta shells in gooey white cheddar cheese. I'm a salt 'n pepper guy so the M&C gains character with every shake. Staff? The staff always seems to be mulit-tasking which takes away from the ordering experience. They grab stuff before your done ordering..... talk to other staff while you're ordering..... it kinda goes on and on. I've had it happen just today (Leap Day) and it was at 2PM - not normally a rush hour. I am a fan of the Panera wild blueberry scone as well as the asiago bagel (on days when the baker puts cheesy+cheesy in them). And while I've never had their bear claws..... HOLY HUNK OF SUGAR, Batman. Those things look killer good. Oh,... I like their coffee selections. Too many people surfing the web in this location.... its become common place everywhere though so no biggie. read more

Went to the one in Dublin Ohio. Portions small. Sandwich soggy not made well. Just thrown together. Little piece of turkey. Wait time long. Staff rude. Not worth the $$$$. Did not place utensils needed in bag for take out. read more

Food is Ok. People working there suck. About 8 out of 10 orders are messed up. Mostly items missing from the order. I don't understand why can't they be more careful and double check everything. read more

Awful. ALWAYS too crowded for comfort. They run out of everything in about 5 minutes during rush time. Waited for 20 minutes for a rapid pickup and it was behind the counter the whole time missing 3 items and they were going to pawn it off as ready without offering to substitute anything after I already paid for the items. Service today was horrible. Took forever to ring me up. My sour dough bread was just tossed in the bag. When I asked the manager for a bag he said give me a second and never came back to help. I had to ask another cashier. I am very disappointed and would never go back to this location. I was a paying customer. read more

I went to this location on 3/2/2017 and had the worst Panera experience. There was only 1 register open, I had to wait at least 15 minutes to place my order and then wait another 15-20 minutes to receive my food. Additionally, there was only 1-2 people making food. Two customers before me received wrong orders, the restaurant didn't have all the ingredients ready to make sandwiches and salads and customers were just walking out due to the wait. The person preparing the food kept apologizing to the customers, I felt bad that she was prepping food by herself and that she was dealing with so many unhappy customers. The manager was running all over the place and didn't seem to have a good command of the environment and didn't seem effective at all. If service continues to decline, I won't be going to this location anymore. read more

Quality decline alert. At one time this was a great Panera. Not so much lately. We order salads from them every couple weeks, online & to be picked up. They always got it right. Four weeks ago, they screwed up the order, leaving some items off, the lettuce was wilted, the chicken shredded in tiny pieces (Chicken Cobb & Apple Chicken Salad.) We called and were told sorry, but thats the way the chicken comes now. We didn't believe that since we have always thought Panera represented good quality. Manager did refund what we had charged, which was nice. So we tried the same salads at a Panera in Maine while on a trip. Terrific. Last night, we ordered from the Dublin Panera again. Apple salad had no apple chips, which was strange because the apple chips are the main feature of this salad. When I called, I was told, sorry, they were out of apple chips - but they would be in tomorrow. They had my phone number so they could have called and suggested that I order something else. They did not. Getting part of your salad on Monday & then going back for the rest of it on Tuesday is not real appealing. The Chicken Cobb was even worse - the tomatoes looked like someone had sat on them, the lettuce was wilted, there was very little romaine, and long hard stems from the lettuce were in the mix. I can't imagine anybody eating that salad. Oh, and the chicken was shredded again. So we took the salads back, got a refund and went someplace else for dinner. Manager (Kathleen) didn't really seem to care and said that most people really were not bothered by the lack of apple chips on the apple chicken salad. I'll bet. Duh. How about leaving the noodles out of chicken noodle soup? Or the turkey off the turkey sandwich? Something is seriously wrong with this Panera. Quality is way, way down, and management doesn't seem to care. To the corporation's credit - I also talked to the 800 number, they listened to the problems, seemed to understand, didn't make dumb excuses, and said they would look into the matter. I hope they do but I would avoid this Panera until it gets fixed. read more

When I order a $9.00 salad I expect it to be restaurant quality, not a few chunks of lettuce with a few pieces of chicken. Pathetic! Next time, save the baguette and give me more of what I paid for!! Oh, and you are way overpriced. read more

I ordered a nice stawberry banana smoothie and it took 30 MINUTES!! Ridiculous. I am fed up with this place. Better yet... One of the workers asked me to show them my keister! Definitely do not recommend eating here. read more
