Asiago roast beef is now asiago steak sandwich. Did the half a sandwich and soup combo and picked French onion soup. The asiago steak sandwich was awesome, the French onion soup was so-so. We came her after going to church with my fiancee's step mom. It was about 11:30am and it was not crowded whatsoever. We ordered right away an our food was ready almost immediately. My fiancée gets the bacon turkey bravo almost every time. That is here go to sandwich just as my go to sandwich was the asiago roast beef (which has now change to steak, as I pointed out above). For her soup, she chose broccoli cheddar. We were both happy with the speed, service, cleanliness, and food. It is Panera, a chain, and there is little variety from one store to the next, and nothing spectacular about this visit that causes me to boost the rating above 3 stars, not drop it down below 3 stars. Panera has excellent bread, soups, and sandwiches. It is a tad bit pricey for what it is, ordering 3 soup sandwich combos and drinks will run you about 30 dollars, but you will leave with a pleasant full feeling and the food is quality. read more

I went there today . I wanted to get a Cobblestone muffin And a cinnamon swirl . To my surprise Both were discontinued . They had regular muffins . That u can buy at Sprouts at half the price . Not really sure what's up with that . One thing I do know . I be drving by no stopping. U can get a good cup of coffee at wawa . A muffin at wawa .for half the price . I did like the cobble stone muffin and cinnamon swirl because that was something good ,not fond anywhere else . I never ate lunch there . Nice location, across from Countryside Mall, plenty of parking, and nice size dining area. They seem to have a good assortment and I love that they normally have my favorite soup, Tomato Basil. I love their Pick 2 and normally get half sandwich (asiago roast beef) and cup of Tomato Basil soup. Very filling! They have the My Panera card you can register and earn rewards, this is great if you dine there alot. read more

The foods and service are going down to the hill. It isn't good as it was and very tiny portions. Asking for tip plus we have to put the tray away. There are many places we can go like Einstein bagel, Camel kitchen, Starbucks. Hopefully the CEO can do something to make it better. read more

Fast forward to August 2019. We don't go to Panera as often as we once did, but we were pleasantly pleased the past few weeks. The dining area has been clean and the coffee station well stocked. Food is ok and satisfying but pricey. Coffee is awful. I do eat here quiet often as it's convenient and better than fast food burger options. Wish they would learn from Starbucks brewing coffee. I usually get a you pick two meal 1/2 sandwich and soup or salad. If you get a reward card, after every few visits you get some small reward. read more

Consistently a bad experience- coffee is not even warm - at 8:00 am! There is always at least one ingredient omitted in the breakfast sandwich. Today it was the cheese - so disappointing. I have always been able to count on Panera for hot coffee and decent food. But not at this location. read more

First of all I have to say I am not a big fan of Panera bread that being said though since I'm on able to do any cooking at this time due to a broken wrist people are bringing dinners to me last night someone brought us Panera bread and it was a southwest chicken salad without the chicken I call Panera bread and asked if it was supposed to have chicken out and they said yes. I said mine has no chicken. They said I could come by and pick one up Or they can send me a coupon. Since I cannot drive the only solution is to send me a coupon but that means I go with a salad no meat for dinner. Also the person who brought the salad had asked for extra dressing which was very nice of her since the dressings were filled a quarter full. I appreciate my friend bringing dinner however I will never purchase anything at Panera bread. read more

Worst service of any Panera. Staff constantly talks to each other and ignores customers. Your buzzer goes off and when you get to the counter no one knows if the food is finished or what they are waiting on. To go orders often miss utensils. Sheer convenience of location keeps me dropping in but now that whole foods is down the road...I would rather spend my money there. read more

I did the rapid pickup for lunch today, and although my order was ready right on time, it had the wrong sandwich. I would have gladly waited another minute or two if it meant getting my entire order right. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I got home. I have been vegetarian for 3 years now. I asked specifically for NO meat whatsoever in my salad. (The manager is the one that took my order btw) I start eating my salad and find at least 5 little pieces of chicken as I'm eating it. I go to pour the bowl out since i could no longer continue to eat it, and find MANY more pieces at the bottom. I was disgusted. I went to tell the manager because they should be informed so they don't make a mistake like that again. Her response was, "okay." Didn't offer anything. So then i tell her again how serious it was and all she says is "do you want me to make you another one or something?" I am highly disappointed. Good sandwich but the receipt says "accuracy matters", not really. Didn't ring up my order correctly and the server insisted I was wrong. Well check your receipt to ensure it's correct since simply telling the person what you want isn't good enough. Won't visit this location again. Poor customer service.. Cashier skips over me and takes the next guest. Doesn't seem to want to wait on me. Big spill in front of where you pick up food. Someone mops it up but doesn't put the wet floor sign out. I slipped on the floor. Cashier didn't listen to my order correctly so when I picked it up I had to have them change it to what I ordered and the lady got annoyed with me. Not big on complaining, but this situation was pretty ridiculous. My girlfriend orders online for rapid pickup, shows up 15 minutes later and then waits for nearly 30 minutes. Finally she was asked if she was waiting for a rapid pickup order to which she replied 'yes' they quickly realized someone else had taken the order, and the manager was rude and acted as if she were annoyed by the situation and my Girlfriend. Finally they bring the order and it is missing a drink, The manager say oh...we don't have that juice anymore but do you want something else? As if no, we were hoping you would just keep the 2 dollars and some odd cents for the juice, why not just tell us you don't have it instead of charging us and sending us on our way. After being offered a cookie for her inconvenience my Girlfriend left. Gets home and learns that the no onion request had been glossed over and the bread bowl she ordered wasn't included either. Again, normally not a big deal but given the circumstances she was going to call. Well, now she gets the manager on the phone. In a condescending manner the manager informs her that the bread bowl is only a $1.09 without soup...but I'll go ahead and send you a voucher..We'll even include the soup. I used to eat at Panera frequently, but was disappointed because I felt it has gotten very overpriced for what you got. Today I ordered a large Asian Salad for Take Out. The price was close to $9 I was missing the almonds and the wontons and the salad was so small I couldn't believe my eyes. Also the piece of bread they gave me was so small I ate it in 2 bites. It's the morning hours that I experience poor service. The light roast coffee is consistently empty, if not that, the creamer is empty. This morning there were no breakfast souffles and they were out of coffee. I was told it would be 15 minutes before they would be available. Who has 15 minutes to wait when you on on the way to work.
