The oils that the mushrooms and artichokes were soaked in thankfully flavored up the salad just enough after cutting it all up. Online they show an authentic Caprese Salad, so I was quite confused. I got there and they only had 1 Mojo flavored tissi left. I felt like that was God winking at me, saving this bird just for me and rewarding my hard work. When you work hard, he throws you a bone sometimes. I got the bird and took it down to the water, and began tearing into it. On the first bite of the breast, I completely understood the hype. Tender, flavorful, great skin, etc. The leg followed suit, and this was truly an elite bird. I sat there in the Florida sun, seagulls circling me like vultures, appreciating life and the calm Tampa energy. It was a beautiful little moment, idk. I love Tampa.
