This place has gone downhill sooooooooooooooooo bad that I brace myself when I go in there. However, today was the last straw. I went in around 1:30 thinking the lunch crowd would be over and was happy to see there was no line. However, when I got to the register I was told I would have to wait 25 to 30 minutes TO PLACE MY ORDER! The cashier went on to explain they had to many delivery orders so they could not take any walk in orders. Oh, that makes sense. SO, I asked to speak to a manager and explained to him I was just released from hospital and could only eat soup and really only needed a bowl of baked potato soup and wondered if there was anything he could do. The service was terrible and workers were disrespectful and rude and it wasn't a very clean environment to eat in. I was yelled at by the worker because I didn't immediately fetch my food. I had to microwave my own cinnamon roll when I asked them politely if they could heat it up. Also, they messed up every aspect of my order such as the ingredients in my sandwich, it's temperature and the baguette. I asked for a water cup and they made me get my own cup. I normally LOVE Panera, however, this location is one of the worst in the chain. Old coffee (1 1/2 hour old dark roast, no light roast.) I came in at 10:00 am, the place was not busy, yet it took 15 minutes for a simple Mediterranean egg white sandwich! Plenty of workers, laughing and milling around aimlessly. I am a reasonable man that once worked in food service, so I'm familiar with what it takes to do your job. The past three times I have gotten carry out food they have messed up my order, and by messed up I mean completely left things out, not just put a wrong topping on a sandwich. If I could give negative Stars I would. I just got off the phone with the corporate office and reported this Panera. Every time I go in it is absolutely filthy. I have spoken to the manager about it but nothing is ever done. I let the corporate office know that there are too many great fast-casual restaurants opening in that area for Panera to have a restaurant that is so disgusting. I also encourage them to go on to Yelp and read the reviews for this particular location. Every time I go in there all of the employees are playing on their phones. I have actually asked them to please watch their filthy language because I've taken kids in before and I really don't want them exposed to that kind of thing while we're trying to have lunch. In my experience, the girls that work there also have incredibly nasty attitudes. They act like it's a chore to wait on you. I have gone through placing an entire order and they have not spoken to me once. They don't say hello when you walk in the door, they don't ask you if they can help you, they don't ask if you'd like anything else, they just sullenly stand behind the cash register and bang on the keys. I docked a few stars from this because I think it's incredibly tacky and thoughtless that the only handicapped spots are several spaces down from the "rapid pick up" spots. Went here recently, and both decaf and hot water canteens were out. The Montgomery road Panera in Cincinnati is the worst Panera I have ever been in. They consistently under staff the registers, have a confusing qui on which register is open and well over half the time my order is incorrect until I inventory the bags and get them to correct it. They run out of common items well before the end of a meal run. Pastries are incorrectly labeled in the showcase. Managers seem directionless during Heavy traffic times. read more

This Panera location is nicely located near Kenwood / Montgomery / Blue Ash. It can be hard to find parking on Sat am or other times due to shared lot with a fitness center but overall is decent service and good food. Literally the worst Panera ever. I work in the buildings behind this location and continue to keep going back against my better judgment. I was rewarded a bagel a day w through the rewards program so I ordered it online for rapid pick up. When I got there my order wasn't ready, I waited about 6 minutes as there was only one person working and she was yelling out names and telling people we don't have spinach, we don't have avocado, etc, I asked about my order, she looked on the counter behind her threw a wet ripped bag on the counter with my bagel in it. It's not worth it even for a free bagel. I've emailed Panera, in the past, talked to a manager in the past because orders are never correct but to no avail. It would be a huge help if they did it like Starbucks with one person taking orders and others putting them together. I don't know why this has such low ratings. My experience was great. It was noon on a weekday, very busy, and quick service. There weren't a lot of open seats, but the empty tables were clean. They are always way behind on the orders at lunchtime. Workers seem frazzled and under staffed. To the customers this means everyone is jammed up waiting at the pick up window. This space is very poorly designed. No one can get to the bathroom or drinks or garbage can or rapid pick up very easily. And there are 2 tables in this same area that are totally undesirable spot to eat. Also the rapid pick up parking spots are always occupied. And of course there is no way to police it. Parking here is difficult. My rapid pick up is usually not ready at the promised tone and I wait. Sometimes the sandwiches look like they are smashed together. read more

The is your standard location. However it can get pretty busy due to the mall traffic but they always seen to move you through quickly. The food is to be expected nothing bad but nothing spectacular. My go to is the French onion soup which is pretty good. The bacon turkey bravo is good as well. The coffee doesn't do much for me and the bagels are more like bread circles but the soups and sandwiches are decent. The salads are good too and a nice portion. The service is slightly above average for a place like this also considering the crowd. All in all what you would expect from a soup and sandwich chain. May of been a stand out when they first hit the scene but with all of the local options it's tough to go on a regular basis. Also the price seems to keep going up it can get high for a lunch menu. Easily can spend over 20 on 2 for lunch which in not great all considered. But they do seem to evolve the menu which is a great way to stay relevant. read more

Very disappointing. We used to go to the Panera in West Chester all the time and we were in the Symmes Township area and decided to have lunch. The "manager" taking orders rushed us through (they were not busy since it was after 2pm); he was short and rude. Very poor first impression. The sandwiches were sloppily put together and the potato soup, usually very thick, was watered down. To top off our "great" experience" one of the workers came over near where we were sitting and wiped off four tables WITH HIS BARE HAND!! onto the floor. Never again! read more
