This is the best Panera in the area. The food is consistent and the service what I expect from Panera and a fast casual restaurant.

Place needs to cleaned and stocked. Panera bread but this place is literally always out of bread. I don't get it, food is good but I can never get what I want due to them always being out of something. I had to stop coming due to always being disappointed and beside who wants to pay $30+ for something they didn't really want in the first place. read more

my wife picked this place today 7-26-17 @ 3pm. check # 353812. two turkey avocado, bacon sandwiches @ $9.29 ea. and a bowl of summer corn soup for $$5.49 plus coffee Total $28.25. neither sand. had ANY bacon or mayo and a ridiculously small amount of turkey. the bread was good. very small amount of tomato and lettuce. I have had canned soup that was waaaay better than this. great coffee ! AND I get to buss my own table !! amazing? great food? rave worthy? I could not find it. over priced hype.. yep; found that. my $6. turkey sub at Publix is way better. should be ashamed for $28. this was a $9. snack not lunch. Ordered the ham and Swiss. Asked for itt hot. Was cold in the middle. The bread was overly dry. So bland I couldn't even eat half of it. Partner got the broccoli and cheese bread bowl. Tasted like it had been in the freezer forever. Was also bland tasting. Go elsewhere. The only thing good about this place was the gentleman that helped us place the order. Customers, please be understanding if we are out of your favorite thing to order such as the bread, the soup or the ingredient. Do not go all ballistic on us and try to make the staff feel bad and stressed because we already are when we get Lines all the way to the door! read more

I use to come into this location but it was awful from service to food....I recently went in and tried it again and there are definitely changes being made. It was much cleaner, the people were much friendlier, and there was a manager Angelo Barbero that was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work! read more

Just visited this Panera for the first time. Not the normal Panera experience. Started with the extremely curt and impatient person taking orders (9:10am) today. I did not get a buzzer for my hot food but they were not busy so assumed just not necessary. Went to the food pick up area to get food. There was one other person ahead of me. Good was put up that I thought could be mine. I asked if it was a power sandwich and again got an impatient answer. Nothing was said when he put the sandwich up. You never want to take someone else's food. Sandwich was fine. At 9:10am the coffee had been made at 7:05sm. Not sure what standards are but coffee sitting there for 2 hours is not very appealing. Will go to the HH store in the future. read more

Panara is usually a no brainier stop for lunch or dinner for me, I had the worst experience ever. Started off by smelling NOTHING BUT BLEACH. They then proceeded to tell me they didn't have half the items on the menu in stock, looked towards the back to see the bread bowls I had asked for. The lady taking my order was also very rude, then I went to get my usual fresca that they provide next to the soda machine, to find that they had emptied all of them and put most of the condiments away. This was an hour and a half before closing time. I went to get my food and they had zero customer service. I stewed all through dinner and went to get my pastry, the guy that took my order had earbuds in and didn't respond to me at all. Then I look back at the cook line and they all did aswell. I called to ask to speak to a manager when I walked towards the door and I watched as they ignored the phone. I will never return to the Bluffton location. read more

This is quite possibly the shi**iest service I have ever received at a Panera- or any restaurant- ever. It took me ten minutes to order because the cashier seemed high or at the very least extremely flustered to the point of bad service. My order came out wrong. I asked for the chicken sacchettini bowl with chicken. What I got was a bowl filled with filmy broth, quinoa and a lemon rind. I took it back and the manager asked for another one. He then proceeded to leave the building and it never came out. I was never given a refund. There were people not dressed in uniform going behind the counter and bullshitting with the staff and filling their cups with coffee they didn't pay for. There was shady stuff going on in the bathroom with the assistant manager and the previously mentioned strange man. Food took forever and was half-assed. I will not be returning willingly to this location. All on a relatively not busy Sunday night. read more

Absolutely not the best. It's upsetting to find Panera's that aren't great and that don't have friendly workers. The food was thrown together in a sloppy way and then thrown on the counter where you pick up your food. Won't return. read more

nothing is ever ready for rapid pick up. ever. and with a few exceptions, most of the staff just stands around and looks right through you ... even when you are waiting at the counter to order. today, five people saw me and just kept shuffling around doing nothing before someone finally came up to help me. read more

I have always been a lover of Panera, but my experience today was terrible. The staff at the registers were slow and seemed put out and annoyed at answering questions. For a lunch that costs more $10/person, the service should match the price. The food was mediocre and not up to the standard that I'm used to at Panera -- soup was not hot, sandwiches were slapped together and I had to ask for the bread that is supposed to come with my soup. A big thumbs down -- won't be coming back here any time soon. read more

Panera used to be one of my favorite restaurants. My husband and I stopped by for a sandwich the other night. We were very disappointed in the "new" menu. My favorite sandwich is no longer available and the sandwiches have gotten much smaller; however, the prices are higher. I won't be going back! read more

Panera used to be a clean place. My family and I arrived tonight around 8pm no one there but us. We wanted to sit at a booth but the whole place was dirty (trash on chairs, floor, tables not wiped off). All employees behind counter just standing around. I guess Panera gives much hype about clean eating, but how can that be if dining room is dirty. "Clean food dirty place to sit and eat." Panera clean up all the way. We will not be coming to this one again and maybe not Panera. We have to see. read more
