I went with the veggie chili (gluten-free and dairy-free), and the grilled chicken salad (sans croutons and cheese) with honey mustard dressing. I added a bag of Baked Lays chips for an extra $1.25, and an unsweet tea for $2.15. The chili was warm and delicious, and the salad was super fresh. It was the perfect combo for a chilly, rainy evening. Everything came out exactly how I'd ordered. The honey mustard dressing was soooooo tasty, too. Definitely my new favorite salad dressing. The tea was pretty good, but it was towards the end of the night, and I could taste that odd metallic taste of the canister. It wasn't musty, but it didn't taste fresh like the McAlister's tea we all love so much. My husband ordered The New Yorker sandwich, which came with a side of potato salad for $9.49. He also ordered a Coke Zero for $2.35. This is his favorite sandwich at McAlister's, and it was prepared just as wonderfully at this location as it is back home. Their sandwiches come packed with meat and are a great deal for their price. It sucks that you end up paying an additional $2.00+ for a drink, but the portion sizes are huge and the food quality is definitely worth what you would pay for a sit-down chain restaurant meal. We will definitely be back to this location when we come back to visit- I may just end up getting a soda or asking whether the tea is fresh. During my visit, I was impressed by the quality of the food and the exceptional service. Both met high standards, reflecting a well-trained staff and a commitment to customer satisfaction. However, the seating area presented a noticeable issue that detracted from the overall experience. The lobby, while functional, is outdated and carries a lingering odor, which significantly impacts the atmosphere. It appears that the furnishings may be the source of the odor, likely due to their age. Although the restroom was much fresher, suggesting attention to cleanliness, the lobby's condition does not align with the otherwise well-maintained environment. A renovation of the seating area, along with the removal of outdated elements, would greatly enhance the guest experience and bring this establishment up to a five-star level. For now, while I appreciated the service, I opted for a to-go order to enjoy my meal in a more comfortable setting. read more

I honestly had no idea what a soufflé was until I went to Panera! I tried the four cheese and it was life-changing! It was SO good! I happened to go in during a busy hour and I was pleasantly surprised by how positive the atmosphere was and how quickly I received my food. The staff went out of their way to make my morning special. The cashier told me all about their new menu and gave me a myPanera card to get a free pastry. When I finished eating, one of the staff members even offered to take my plate. Definitely coming back again and it is such a nice place to study. I have come in several times since the store first opened and there is this one female employee that is always running around doing something. I think her name is Kenzie or Kensy, but she is the sweetest and most hardworking girl I have seen during the nights I come in. I have seen her bus tables, help other workers, cleaning, taking orders, and even one time when I was too lazy to come inside she was working the drive thru! I love Panera's environment, food, and convenience, but it makes it extra nice to see such hardworking young folks. I will continue to come in and support this location! read more

They should change the name to Panera no bread company. Multiple times coming to this location an hour and a half before close and they're out of bread again. Out of provolone cheese out of numerous items. Unsanitary handling of the drinks at the drink station. read more
