I frequently visit Panera bread but the past couple times I have ordered the Greek chicken salad .... it did not have any chicken in it!! The store is nice. The staff was o.k. I put in an online pickup order and 15 minutes later it wasn't ready. No apology or anything from the staff or manager. The ticket was sitting in the back and was not even taken care of. Not a fan of this location. There are better Panera's around the Memphis area. read more

Very nice location for a panera bread. This location offers a drive thru for customers and from the time I was there it seems to be utilized a lot. I preferred to go in and try out the customer service during the morning hours. When I first walked in I was really intrigued by the decorations. After looking left and right, I proceeded to the counter. By the bakery items there was a employee that looked at me and then looked down and continued on with whatever she was doing. I waited a minute and then stated "excuse me I'm ready to order". Then she said oh I am sorry I didn't see you...which I am pretty sure she did because we did make eye contact...but I just brushed it off and kept smiling as always. I proceeded to order a steak and cheese, with a hot chocolate, a turkey sausage with egg white spinach and cheese, and a green smoothie. I asked for both to be on a everything bagel. I also made sure to tell her my panera card number and they she told me to walk over to the next counter to get my order. As I waited I looked around the restaurant because I love seeing what different locations have to offer. The message board they have had some great motivational cards and things that will be happening at their location. Then I proceeded to go to the drink area to make myself a complimentary cup of water. As I am making my water my name was called and they notified me that they didn't have the normal bagel so they were willing to show me my options. I choice the oats bagel for both sandwiches. I then received my drinks and right after my food was ready as well. The presentation of my food was great. Everything was nice an neat. The overall taste of both sandwiches were great! The oats bagel worked great with both sandwiches! My green smoothie (peach, pineapple, & spinach) was so delicious! You would have no idea it has spinach in it...it mainly tasted the pineapple! I like the Panera food. This one has a drive-thru. The service was friendly enough but a bit slow out of the gate. It's a new store though. The chicken tortellini Alfredo is delicious. Try it with a half chicken Cobb with avocado salad for a full meal. It's delicious. The dining area is spacious and open with high ceilings but still warm and inviting. So I ordered curbside pickup and I was 15 minutes early. They gave me my bagels and I realized they forgot my coffee. When I told the employee she happily went back to get it. 5 minutes later she comes back saying her manager said I wasn't supposed to be here until 7:30. If you're on time you're late. Usually I don't get upset, but don't blame the customer for being early. These people need to learn some work ethic. More training Panera! read more

It's a Panera Bread with a drive thru which is pretty nice for those on the go. The staff was nice and they got my order to me pretty quick considering I was probably their first customer of the day. I love panera bread but each location is different. This location was good but then in the last 6months their half salad portion has decreased dramatically. I love ordering the pick 2 - salad and sandwich but lately the salad portion is a complete ripoff. It isn't even a half salad size so I'm paying over $4bucks for a few bites. Best place to go for a great salad. I haven't tried many of the sandwiches because I started a diet about the time they built one near me but they are pretty good too. I really enjoy Panera's food, but lately I've had problems with this location. Today, I placed an order using curbside delivery. Upon arrival and parking, I pressed the "I'm here" button. After patiently waiting 20 minutes, I finally went in to see my order sitting in the rapid pick-up shelf. Ok...no big deal! Thankfully, I checked the order before leaving, because I was missing my beloved summer corn chowder soup. At that point, I asked to speak to the manager. I explained there was an issue with curbside AND the order was incorrect. He explained there were glitches in the system and offered me a bag of chips. I just wanted my order to be correct and the processes in place to work as advertised...that's all! Well, when I got home, I discovered my warm grain salad was not warmed. The quinoa was rock hard and tasted like uncooked rice, essentially inedible. I realize these are trying times for the restaurant industry and I do not mind waiting longer for my food. Love their soups, salads and sandwhich. I typically get the pick two with a soup. The last few times I have requested a pickle with my sandwich and never got one. It seems like the sandwiches Iike such as Steak Arugula seem to get rotated with new ones. I wish they had a cold cut sandwhich like that. It also seems like they have gotten super expensive lately. It seems like I could go to Chilis and get a Similar order or Morettis a bigger portion for the same amount or less. It seems like the in the last year it has sky rocket. Ordered food online to be ready at 5:15. I am still here waiting. It is now 5:42. The floors are disgustingly sticky and the bathroom looked as if someone had rolled it for Halloween. I was so excited to have a Panera near me with a drive-thru, y'all! However, my excitement quickly faded when they failed to get a simple order correct. Of course, I didn't notice until I got home and opened the kid's chicken noodle soup to feed my toddler only to find it was tomato soup. WHY??? Of all orders to mess up, why did it have to be the tiny human's? The nice lady at the drive-thru repeated my order correctly and everything. I am a huge tea connoisseur and absolutely love Panera tea. I drink my tea unsweetened so I'm very particular about where I get my tea from. It's all about the flavor of the tea. Today was my third attempt to get decent tea at this Panera. Last time I sent it back and asked for a refund. So today I attempted again. It has absolutely NO flavor because it is very diluted. I have NEVER experienced this with any other Panera. I am all over the entire city due to work and frequent all of the Panera's. I am very upset they charge as much as they do for water tea. No flavor at all. This should be changed because Panera is known for great tea and this one is for sure not providing good tea. read more

It's a nice place, always clean and has nice bathrooms. But the service is a bit lacking. They are nice people they just always seems confused about everything like whenever you order they seem confused. And finally I use to order chai lattes with almond milk with no problem then all of a sudden they can no longer make it with almond milk. Last night I ordered a chai and got it with normal milk, when I got to the bottom of the drink and there was what looked like paper towels but I'm guessing that it was the tea bag thing they have to make the big patches. My first time ordering something other than a smoothie was today. I had the Thai Chicken Wonton Bowl. It was awful! First the amount of food I had in the bowl amounted to nothing if I would have stuck my finger in the bowl the broth would have barely covered my knuckle. I took a bite it was sooooo bland! It only had about 4 wontons in it and a sprinkle of broccoli. All for the awesome price of $9.87!! I really wanted this dish to be tasty. You would think with all the sodium in it it would have tasted betterThe young lady taking care of the dining area was nice enough to take it back for me, when the manager gave me my money back he offered no apologies or explanation. The soups have been runny and the lettuce has been wilted for my past 2 orders. My family used to love going to Panera. We would go the rapid pick up all the time because we could order at home and it'd be ready by the time we got to the store. In the past the staff would check off the items on the receipt to make sure everything was in the bag. The last two times we have been, there have been no check marks and both times we were missing two things out of the bag. We have learned the hard way to make sure to check the bag before we leave the store because we were home both times we found missing items. Bags should not be placed on the shelves without making sure all the items are accounted for. read more

I utilized Panera's "Rapid Pick Up" system today, and it was not very convenient as was the intended purpose. A family member placed on order online. I went to pick up the order and decided to go through the drive thru as there was no one in line. I was told that I had to come inside to pick up my order. Once I park (fortunately this small parking lot was not packed as most days) and walk inside I find that the process inside is as easy as an employee grabbing the food off the shelf (which sits out in front of the counter and seems like it would be pretty easy for anyone to grab, including customers) and handing it to me. Yes this process did not take that long, but it would have taken even less time and been way more convenient for the employee working the drive thru to hand me my order, especially since the Drive thru was completely empty. Is the employee working the drive thru not competent enough to hand me an order that has already been paid for? read more
