The receipt says accuracy is important to them but this location has continued to disappoint. The last time I went I only received half of my order at first. Had I not stopped, holding up the drive thru line, to check I would have paid for way more food than I got, as half of my food was missing. I thought to stop because the car in front of me had seemingly the same issue as she had to come back for more items as well. So this time I remembered that experience and I checked my order (or so I thought) before I pulled off just to be sure. I saw what looked to be a correct order, only to find when I got home that the salad was a half and I ordered and PAID for a WHOLE salad... So I call back up there to see what they can do and I get left on hold. I know people make mistakes ... but sheesh!!! Order #1305170 Date Of Service 8/30/2021 Brownie that I ordered and paid for was not included in the bag that I was given. I immediately called the store at 12:11 in hopes they could bring it out to me in one of their pick up spots since the dining area is not open. No answer, it rang and rang. I had to go back to work, called again at 1:35. Asked to speak to a manager, the individual that answered the phone said he's the manager, said his name is James. I explained to him what had happened, he sharply told me that I couldn't have called because his store phone never rang. I was taken back and told him I didn't care for his tone or the fact that he was all but calling me a liar. I pulled up my cell phone and told him what time I had called, he told me that I must have called a different store because he has the phone in his possession and they hadn't received any calls. I read him the phone number off the top of my receipt #770-702-6888. He began arguing with me again. I told him it was fine I would just contact corporate and ended the call. He proceeded to call me twice back to back, he said he had not meant to give me an attitude but "he's hurting". I told him that had nothing to do with the missing brownie that I had paid for and was requesting assistance with. He kept talking over me and was still trying to argue with me, I ended the call. Very unprofessional, I ordered a tea, 1/2 sandwich and a brownie. Did not receive 1/3 of my order and endured a heck of an attitude when I reached out. That cheese danish is gonna be the death of me. My goodness. I usually cannot stand cream cheese, but ever since my pregnancy, my taste buds have permanently changed. Now, I can stomach the stuff... amazing. Apparently, I've been missing out. So, I got off work early one morning earlier this week and noticed I'd received an e-mail with a $2 giftcard from this Panera that just recently opened. Cool. I ordered a danish and a steak on everything bagel online and got dressed to go pick it up. It was ready once I pulled up at the drive-thru. Why was it only lukewarm, though, the steak bagel? Not good. It was just "meh". But the danish? That danish was life at the moment.It was warm, soft, with the gooey sweet cream cheese topped with cinnamon sugar. Perfect. I'm glad it was still dark outside because whoever pulled up next to me at the red light would have had a field day watching me eat that danish. Sinful. I returned today for another cheese danish and a cherry danish for my niece. I waited forever, it seemed. I sat behind one car for about 10 minutes. A few songs came on and went off on the radio. Finally, the car in front of me received a tiny bag and pulled off. I pulled up to the window and the young lady told me the total. She offered the sample of the day, a piece of blueberry muffin and that was it. At the very least, you can acknowledge that the wait was a bit excessive.. I mean, really. Stopped by today after getting the kids from school, went through the drive thru window to avoid taking the kids in and out of the car as they had already had lunch and I was only getting something for myself. I went there at around 1:30pm, so I'm assuming the lunch rush had passed. Didn't take long to get my order. My kids always ask me to open their rear window so that they can look at the people behind the window. My children complimented the associate on her braid, she was very friendly with them, which is always appreciated as some people seem to be annoyed by kids. Anyway, I come home to a nice surprise, she has put in a cookie for my kids. So sweet. It's always nice to see associates take the initiative to show appreciation for their customers. My kids were very thankful. Politeness and kindness are great examples for them to see. Thank you. read more

I have always enjoyed Panera. I have no negative comment regarding the food I had on this visit. The Greek salad with quinoa has the perfect balance of nutrition and flavor and the tomato soup is great. Now service, it's not as great as I have had in other locations. Brionna took my order, pick 2, did not ask me what I want for a side, I saw the receipt and I told her I don't want the baggette, I prefer the chips, she told me she would notify the kitchen. I had my plate with the baggette, I asked again if it can be switched, lady said yes, "I'll get it for you". Never came back with my chips. I hope this is one time bad experience. I tend to have really great experiences here when I go during particular time periods. Since their food is fresh, when they run out of ingredient they tend to run out for the day. I find it best to eat there before 5 pm if I can. Since the food is 100% clean I have been eating here more often. So much on the menu is delicious it's really hard to get myself to want to behave and eat healthier options, they have both healthy options and more decadent options. My favorite is the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and I love their macaroni and cheese and broccoli and cheese soup too. But I'm trying to eat more salads right now. This is my third time visiting Panera off east west and I promise my hand to the Bible, I WILL NEVER GO BACK, they take no pride in the appearance of the food and the chicken in my frontega chicken was RAW, sloppy and barely there. I have given them chance after chance but that is it. I'm angrily disappointed because I have had better Panera elsewhere and I just don't think the people who prepare the food cares. We had a pretty bad experience here. Ordered a meal and then a croissant and two hot drinks. The person taking orders did not seem to know what he was doing and had to ask for assistance to put in an order. When we received out order, the croissant was missing and one drink was made iced. Employees were not quick to fix the mistakes nor were they apologetic. Hopefully they get better trained staff soon. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. My mom walked in to buy a dozen bagels from this location on 6/12/18. The cashier was rude to her and she wasn't polite whatsoever. My mother requested these bagels to be cut down the middle like they usually do but instead she was given bagels that had been cut sideways... what bothered us the most is that the person that prepared the order still bothered to put them in the box like that not caring that they were all messed up, not to mention is was 12 bagels all the same way! When my mom got home she realized that they were all messed up so we called the manager to asked if they could fix the issue and he approved. So I went to go get them replaced and the cashier was being rude to the lady in front of me. When I got to the counter I explained to her that the manager approved to get them replaced because they were cut side ways and she asked me what I wanted her to do about it...... I told her to just replace the exact bagels that we got. She said that her machine usually cuts them that way but if we wanted them cut she would gladly cut them for us....At that point I was fed up and told her to just give me the whole bagels. We've been to this location several times and the food is always on par with other Panera breads - good and fresh. I've noticed the staff is friendly and the restaurant is very clean. I hate seeing all the bad reviews and I hope the management can sort of these issues which seem to be mostly operational. I feel embarrassed for this Panera. I spent 15 minutes waiting for my sausage egg and cheese bagel in the drive thru at 7 AM on a Sunday when they weren't busy at all. The parking lot and dining areas might as well have been empty. At other Panera's, this breakfast sandwich would have been panini pressed, hot and fresh, and out the window in my hands before I have time to put my receipt in my wallet. Not here. After the excessive wait, I got to work and opened my bag.. and this is what my "hot" breakfast sandwich looked like. Everything was cold. You have to TRY in order to make a breakfast sandwich look this bad. McDonald's does better than this. They also decided to put a cookie in the bag, I guess as an apology for my wait. I'd rather them keep the cookie and spend the appropriate time to make a proper breakfast sandwich. Not a bad location. Although, I'm not sure what their business plan is. You come in and go to a kiosk where you order your food. The process can take a minute to get used to. Plus, the prices aren't any cheaper which doesn't make sense because you would think that not having to pay for as much on labor would cheapen the prices. read more

Ordered online. Pouring down rain so I went through the drive thru. They would not hand me the bag of food because they said I had to come inside. I told them I wasn't dressed to come inside (it was early on a Sunday morning). The girl said they don't care but can't hand me food through the window. So, I parked and walked in the down pour with my slippers on to get my food. They gave me the wrong soufflé and forgot our cream cheese for the bagels. I called and spoke to manager, josh to let them know. It says on receipt that "accuracy matters to them and if order is wrong please let them know". this is not what I expected. Though I went during the 2pm hour today I was disappointed. Last night we pulled up at 930 and they told us they didn't even have bread or salads or chicken. Such a wast of a night when they were not supposed to close until 10pm. Now today I show up hungry and craving a salad but ended up getting a sandwich and pizza as well. The pizza was undercooked(not done). The salad dressing was skimpy even though i asked for additional dressing.(obv not paying attention they gave me the wrong dressing anyway). I just left this establishment at 8:32 p.m. Mar16, went to the counter was greeted by a young girl and then she turned back around. I thought she was finishing up something. Then I noticed she began cleaning some racks with the brush & 30 seconds later another girl comes up front, she was dressed different from the others so I figured maybe a Supervisor. Well she comes up to the front and they both begin to laugh & talk about something on a phone. So I'm just watching them wondering if I'm being punked. They are both literally in front of me having a full blown conversation as if I'm not standing there for a whole good minute. About a minute later I say"excuse me is someone going to assist me?" This Panera is still fairly new but is close to where I live. I have visited 4 times now - 3 dine in and once in the drive through to go. The dining room is always kept clean so that's a plus. The biggest problem is the huge inconsistency with the food. I basically order the same thing every time I go and it's different each time. I have to say my first visit was the best quality of food however the young man who brought out the food says I don't know why they gave you 2 forks and no spoon. I actually had to say well since I have soup a spoon would be great. The salad that day had all the ingredients and the right amount of dressing. My second visit the salad was terrible. I had 1 tomato in my whole bowl and there was barely any dressing. Also some of the other ingredients were not quite right. I asked for extra dressing and ate it anyway. My third visit was with my husband and we both had apples as our side. The cashier asked if we wanted them sliced and I thought how great I didn't know they would do that. When then apples came out they looked like a wild animal sliced them with their claws. They were cut the wrong way with every piece a different size and the core going sideways through the slice which made them completely inedible. I pointed this out and was told that's just how the machine does it. I asked for 2 new apples and will never asked for sliced again. Overall they have the potential to be great but the staff needs major training on consistency and preparation of the food. read more

The salad was soooo good I wish that I had more of it. Portion was kinda small. Not sure if was the fact my order was a delivery order and they had to compensate for the container. This morning I received a email saying free bagel weekend, so I hopped up get dressed and head for this place called Panera Bread and what I do that for. I hate when somebody else help me ruin my morning and this place did. I get to the window and have to wait 3 mins to place a order. I did not get upset at first until I get around the corner and no one was at the window. They tell me how much my order comes too and I ask Cheryl did that come with my free bagel and she say no. I tell Cheryl I got a email telling me that today was free bagel day. Cheryl ask if I was a Panera member I said yes and gave her my card. Cheryl tells me well its too late to ring this in you should have told me you was before you placed your order. Now this is why I do not like drive thru. I tell her that is not true, Cheryl smacks her lips grab my card and proceeds to do what she needs to do to get my order corrected. I do not like pissing contest when it comes down to ordering thru a drive through window because you really can not see on the other side or what may happen. She ask what kind of bagel do you want and I ask what kind do you have because I wanted to try something different if you all have it. Cheryl say well I don't know what do you want. I look at her like did you just say this out loud. I am saying to myself by now (that you mean you work here and you do not know what you all carry.) Twice I see again how this is still going reckless. I ask for my usual cinnamon raisin the door slams closed and within 2sec she comes back with a cold bagel cut in half and the bag is open. I get back in line go back to the drive through window and Cheryl was standing there looking crazy and she did not come to the window until I blew my horn and ask if she could come to the window. When she finally get to the window I ask to speak to the manager. Cheryl go and get Josh the morning of 05/09/2020 managing for that morning at 9:00am. I tell Josh what happen after all was said and done he tells me next time till what you want at the window and we will not have this issue again. My mouth hit the ground I was so shock in how calm he was to let those words come out of his mouth without a blink of a eye and how he saw or heard nothing was wrong with what I just said..... I tell Josh I want my money back and you all can have this food. Josh say we can not take food back through drive through but I can refund your money. I said fine., I took that food blessed it and gave it to a homeless man that you always see right beside HomeDepot. Customer Service is what people do but good customer is hard to get especially dealing with the public because you never know what you are going to get. Going to be completely honest....this has got to be the most unprofessional Panera establishment in all of Atlanta. The workers have gotten so entitled with their attitudes, that when I went yesterday not only was the drive through blocked off but when you went inside to order the two ladies in the front not only dismiss greeting you, but they have a crap attitude when anybody asked them for assistance. To the point that a customer straight up said to the non helpful employees "Damn, y'all are ready to go home huh??". Not a good way to do business in any way, shape or form. I ended up leaving when I heard them give a poor old man attitude because he asked for help with a menu item. Because let's face it....if you're gonna project your unhappy and plain RUDE bullsh*t onto people who are just trying to eat, then your restaurant doesn't deserve to be dined in. And you probably should find another area of work where you're isolated since face to face customer service is SUCH a hard concept to give at a sandwich joint. Plain and simple. I tried this new Panera Bread restaurant today and am quite disappointed. I ordered a Roasted Turkey BLT & Avocado sandwich and French Onion soup. The sandwich is supposed to be made with sourdough bread but they said they were out of it so I asked for ciabatta. (The soup came with a semi-hardened piece of sourdough bread so I'm not sure what was going on with the bread). The sandwich had no avocado in it and almost no mayo on the base. I went back to ask about the avocado, and everyone acted very surprised and clearly not well versed in what the menu offers. After a couple of minutes of waiting, they gave me 3 little pieces of avocado. The soup had the standard ingredients but the cheese was all mixed in, the croutons were completely soggy, and the soup itself had a tangy aftertaste which isn't supposed to be there. read more

I love Panera Bread and was so happy to see one open up closer to me. While the food is good, I did have a few issues. I did appreciate the girl at the register explaining what was in the sandwich I ordered and she was very nice. However the waiting area for the to-go orders is very small. I also did not like that another person checks your food after it's bagged up. While I appreciate you checking my order, I really don't want now more sets of hands in my food. By far my biggest complaint had to be my chicken noodle soup. You would think there would be actual chicken and noodles in it. There seriously was only 1 piece of chicken and 3 noodles in the cup. It was all broth. I would expect more for the over $4 that the small soup costs. The mac and cheese, frontega chicken and chicken avocado sandwiches were good though.
