Nothing like a solo dinner at Panera on Labor Day Monday evening. I enjoyed my time at Panera. I ordered the pick 2 with broccoli cheddar soup and 1/2 Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt with a regular size passionfruit, papaya, iced green tea with extra sweetner. The restaurant was very quiet and my food came out very quickly. I was given a buzzer and it seemed as though as soon as I sat down, my food was ready. I went back up to get my food. Which was prepared and placed on a tray. I enjoyed my soup there and bought my sandwich home for later. Thanks Panera ONCE AGAIN! SYOY! read more

This place isn't deserving of one star. Once again tried to get a decent Asiago Cheese bagel from this location. Quite a while ago, they started looking weird and were doughy when I got them home. Total puffy "biscuit like" bagel. When I inquired about the issue, I was told they didn't "proof correctly". Each time I returned hoping for my favorite bagel to have been "proofed correctly", no success. Gave it one more go just now. Still biscuit like and when I asked why still this way, I was told, "they're fine, they just didn't poke a hole in them". After years frequenting this location, I don't understand why this one bagel doesn't look like the others. And yes, this probably seems silly but it just doesn't make sense. I will need to find another Panera location and see if their Asiago Cheese bagels are having the same problem And young lady at the counter, lose the attitude. It's called customer service! read more

Food was fresh & hot The soup was sooo good! I'll probably try a few others this week The service was prompt & the young lady assisted me on placing a good hearty order! I like that it's a lot of seating options-I sat in the back tho* tooo close to the restrooms Otherwise I love ambiance of this place It was clean (as they were cleaning up too) I'll go back hence its near my neighborhood read more

I had a good experience at this location on 6-25-26 in mid afternoon. I was waited on in a reasonable time. The atmosphere was welcoming and the associate was helpful. I ordered "get two" with tomato soup and tuna fish sandwich. The soup was really good. It had tasty croutons added. The included baguette was perfect for dipping in the soup. The tuna sandwich was generous and had a balanced amount of lettuce and tomato. I did not get the names of those who took my order and prepared the food. They all were exceptional! read more

I went into get a new Caesar salad stuffer and was greeted with a rude manager name Leo i was trying to tell him what my issues was with the stuffer not being stuff he told me i was. Dramatic and moving to fast and i was just trying to explain i wasn't rude or anything and i will never come back and then when i ask for the GM she took forever to come from the back and mind you it wasn't busy i just have never been treated this way ever and i will make sure i tell everyone i know to stay away from east west connecter read more

Saw the advertisement for $7.99 deal on either Fuji Apple salad OR the Chicken Bacon Rancher sandwich. Sadly on the app I ordered one of each but using the promo code FALLDEAL it will only discount one item and not both. Panera, so do I need to place two separate orders to get discount on both items? Your add should also include a statement only one discount per order! This is not right! I cancelled my order! read more

Just had a great experience at this Panera location on July 2nd 2024 and it was fully due to two lovely women working in the kitchen. I got called up early-before half of my order was ready. They offered to bring it to the table but I opted to wait. They were just so nice and effervescent and takes to me as though we were all just friends I instead of ignoring me while they worked. I was also planning on taking home half of my sandwich to my working from home husband and they (without asking me...just hearing my plan) went ahead and wrapped it for me and added an extra bag of chips for him. How nice is that? I've had laughably bad Panama experiences of late but this was nothing short of sweet and totally because of these two women (who I regret to say I did not get their names) give them a raise. read more

Drive through tonight got home and 3 things of Mack and cheese were missing. Called and they told me to come back to pick it up. On the way out the door my daughter and I each grabbed a slice of the flat bread pizza to eat in the car...... seriously was made hours ago, MAYBE room temp(each didn't take more than one bite) When I got to the store she had to audacity to challenge me. She claimed that we got 1 of the 3 missing Mack and cheese. Questioned why I didn't bring back the pizza. Like I wasn't supposed to let the rest of the house hold eat while I went back? 34 min for the round trip drive and waiting for the rest of my order. And they feel like they fixed they fixed the situation with a free stale cookie. read more

Inconsistent/Non-Existent attention to quality! I made the mistake of giving this location a second chance. I ordered through drive-through and it was like a kindergartener put my sandwich together! What I got was a MESSY sandwich wrapped in paper with spread ALL OVER THE PLACE! The meat and tomatoes looked like they just slapped it on STALE BREAD that had obviously been sitting out all day! And NO PICKLE!!! EVERY TIME, I go to this location something is missing from the order!! The stale bread took me over the edge! For 12.50, I deserve better! read more

So rude! I was at the drive thru window, a day ago, in the pouring rain, and pulled up to the window because I had a question. The window person was young, AA male with a pony tail, who told me I'd have to come inside. I said it was pouring rain, could i just ask a question about a menu item. I did't want to go inside due to the pouring rain. He slammed the window closed, very rudely, and started taking orders at the cash register. I honked, and he completely ignored me. Honked again, completely ignored me, didn't even look. I ended up driving off. Needless to say I won't ever be back. read more

This location has the poorest service. If they're not forgetting something from your order, they're denying basic service. For example, I requested they warm or toast the baguette that came with the bowl of soup. I was told "we don't do that." Really I travel a lot and this request has been granted in at least 10 different Panera Bread locations from FL - NY. So, it's not a company policy. I'm giving up on Panera Bread, just this location Austell, GA read more

The first time I've ever tried it the food was so delicious and mouthwatering and I recommend it even if you don't like it

The food is on par with other locations--it's good but a little pricey. I got a Turkey Avocado BLT, and though I asked for apples and got chips, I still was satisfied with my meal. However, the customer service is just awful. The cashier is rude, and the kitchen is slow even though they're not busy. This Panera feels nothing like the ones I remember growing up. But, hey, my $13 meal was good. So alright. read more

Still on Covid restrictions so they offer picking up, which they bring to your car or you can go through the drive-through. I placed my order online and went by to pick it up. If you choose rapid pick up, the site tells you that the order will be ready in 5-10 minutes. I will say that I sat there for a while before I thought to pull up my email. I thought they would keep an eye out since they ask you for your car description when you place the order. Checked the email and sure enough it gave the exact time. It also gives you a link to click once you get there so they know when to bring your food out. My order came out within a couple of minutes of me letting them know I was there. I ordered the chicken Baja bowl. They prepped it perfectly. The last couple of times I ordered this dish at a different location, they seem to always an ingredient off. I also got a Greek salad and iced coffee. For the ice coffee, I do wish there was a way to add cream and milk on the site. It was just a black iced coffee but maybe what I wanted was called something else. I don't mind, but wasn't what I wanted. Overall, great experience. read more

I'm writing this review, but from the looks of all the other negative reviews that this location will not care or change. The drive thru never works, but instead of putting a sign up, they just leave you sitting there. No one is ever pleasant. I even asked for a manager and waited just to be told he's too busy. There is literally no one in here! It's crazy that corporate is allowing this store to be so dysfunctional. Then after 15mins of waiting on a bagel it tasted like it was rotten. I'm truly in disbelief. SN: the bigger woman with the small dreads attitude was garbage! She was literally throwing peoples Togo bagged orders up into the the window. She wasn't even telling people that their food was ready. If you don't like your job, LEAVE! Don't treat people like that. Do better! read more

Terrible, God awful environment and even more terrible managers. They refuse to make certain coffee beverages for you, though they're a cafe (which is insane). The management is disturbingly unprofessional and belligerent. One of the guy managers snapped on me for asking for steamed milk and told me to get out of his face in front of other customers. Worst, Absolutely Worst! cafe environment and experience I've ever been, in my entire life. The bagels and pastries are poorly cooked and the couches are also disgusting with the overall environment being very unclean. I will never go to this location ever again. The one on spring hill nearby is awesome, and the staff is super nice. I'd advise anyone to avoid this place and go there instead. read more

The service is consistently bad and it's rare that your orders will be correct. I only come here for the drinks and I never know if I can get it at the front of the store or the back. There is never anyone at the front. It's better to just plan ahead for a long wait and go through the drive-thru, at least you're in your car. It's pretty awful but I give them credit for being consistently awful. They have a few hardworking employees that are being worked into the ground and others who just walk around goofing off. Maybe they should consider reducing the number of items on the menu to make it easier for the crew. Also with this kind of service they need to reduce their prices. read more

THEY NEED HELP!!!! Dear Corporate please send help! The one and only reason I continue to come to this location is because it's the only in the area but it is the slowest most disappointing experience each time. This location is a Friday evening fav of mine. It's sometimes a breath of fresh air to have a meal that's quickly prepared, warm, and tastes fresh/healthy. It's also nice to be able to spread out with a toddler (we tend to shy away from cramped and packed places). The pick 2 option is always the right portion. I typically get a soup with a warm sandwich. I sometimes add on one of their delicious baked goods. *added pictures to review read more

A bit bummed about my pick 2 combo. I was excited to try this steak and white cheddar with my broccoli cheese soup. I guess they figured it was cheese in the soup so they left it off the sandwich. Hey at least I recieved a sliver of an onion. Also I visited around 7pm on a Wednesday, they were out of cookies, cinnamon rolls and it seemed like every other pastry. Thats good for business, but bad for my sweet tooth. Guess I didn't need it anyway. They offer curbside and have a drive thru, but once you get in that line you're stuck so make sure you are committed. You have to see it through the end, one way in one way out. My combo came to $12.59. A bit steep for meat and bread, but ok. read more

Do not waste your time coming here. Quick story time. I go in for a meal because this is my local Panera bread. It's my 6th visit within a month. I had just moved and it was down the street. As I'm placing my order, I like to ask for a different bread with my soup besides the regular one, something that I've done a million times at different locations and no one seems to have a problem with. At this location however, it's been made to be a huge issue. No one knows how to ring it up and even worse, they really don't want to do it. The cashier asks someone for help--no big deal, he helps her put it into the order correctly, and I finish my order. As I'm approaching the pick up window, two employees, one of which is making my food, are having a full on, curse each other out, SUPER INAPPROPRIATE argument! I try to calm the situation. I, THE CUSTOMER, had to say something to remind these two they're at work and to be professional and that small children are around. Well, you guessed it, my order comes up incorrect. Maybe it can be attributed to the woman making my food being a bit distracted. I don't have bread at all, my sandwich is completely incorrect and I'm missing a side salad. Now instead of heading back to the woman that was clearly not in the mood to be corrected for being wrong and fresh out of an argument, I opt to head back to the polite cashier in the front for help. I ask for a manager only to find out that the manager is in fact the other woman in the argument!!!!! I explain my order and how my receipt reflects what I ordered and how it's incorrect etc. She then, in a VERY rude and unnecessary tone, says how they aren't supposed to switch out my bread and that it's too expensive for them to keep doing it for me and that next time I'm not going to be able to get it. MY ENTIRE ORDER IS WRONG AND THATS YOUR RESPONSE??? Her customer service was COMPLETELY off. She was off-putting, rude, and short with me. As a customer, you want to feel like the staff appreciates your service. She recognized me because her staff had to ask every time my order went in because they weren't well trained and I had clearly been there so many times--enough to be recognized. Instead, she was more concerned about the bottom line as if she's the bread police. She then refuses to give me the bread on my receipt and doesn't even want to give me the free pastry when the order is wrong (there's a sign that offers this in the restaurant as if they're committed to getting it right every time). Caitlyn is literally thee worst manager I've EVER encountered and it's probably my fault for giving this place this many chances in the first place. The poor service is a true reflection of the lack of leadership at this location and they don't deserve your money. In all honesty, my order was wrong somewhere around 75% of the time. This place is a joke. You have to laugh to keep from being angry after this experience. Orders aren't always correct. Mistakes happen. But it's how you treat us when they happen that makes us want to continue to support your business. It's safe to say I won't be back. read more

Has really taken a nose dive recently. They have decent products but the service is sub par. I Understand the job is hard & the pay is low so I won't blame the workers. When I first started coming here, it was great. But the past few times I have come through the drive-thru, I get nothing but attitude and no receipt. Tonight I asked for a whole sandwich and a large lemonade. The girl working tonight tried to hand me a small lemonade and I told her it was supposed to be a large and could I also have my receipt. She rolled her eyes and slammed the window. She gave me the large lemonade and my receipt then hurried off. The receipt said I wanted no condiments on my sandwich.... No horseradish, no onions, etc. Lol I see the manager and wave her to the window and ask if this receipt says my sandwich will be plain and she says, "yes, is that not what you ordered? She must have misunderstood you." HOW CAN YOU MISUNDERSTAND SOMETHING LIKE THAT? I literally said, "I would like a whole ____ sandwich and a large lemonade." Lol Anyways I told her I wanted the sandwich with everything on it and then she came back and was making it difficult. "So you do want it with the horseradish? Mayonnaise?" At that point I just asked for my money back. I was still aggravated at the cashier. She took my card and proceeded to refund it, but then she reached out the window and started asking more questions about if I wanted something else and apologizing. I ended up driving off with my card and neither receipts.. Lol I hope I actually get a refund but if not, oh well. I definitely won't be back to this location simply because of the customer service at the window. read more

Is there a way to give an establishment negative 5 stars? The drive through has hastily shrewn cones blocking the entrance with no explanation for the last several months. Order my food on the app to dine. My food was ready on-time but one item was wrong. I told the lady who prepped it, the order was wrong and she started to argue with me and put the ticket in front of me. I read the ticket and it clearly read my order as I stated. She took it back ACTUALLY read it and then made my order. With that said, customer service is terrible. I brought my food and walked around to find every table in the restaurant was dirty. Crumbs, drink, and food stains on every table. They weren't short staff. There were about 6 employees in the restaurant not one person attending to the restaurant. Restroom floor and door were sticky (super gross). Try dining at another Panera, this one is one of the worse. read more
