    Broccoli Bread soup
    Lyubov S.

This place has the best soup ever! I love the broccoli cheddar soup in the bread bowl! It's so delicious and filling. I always come only for the soup. But decided this time to try something els, with my girls. We got the salad and pizza.

Spoiled greens on my sandwich today. The people there are nice enough but you can't serve a person rotten food.

I ordered an Asian Grilled Chicken salad. What I received was a few pieces of lettuce, 2 wonton strips and 2 SMALL pieces of chicken. A $16 salad. I'll never eat from here again

I did not care for but then again I'm not a Panera bread fan. I have tried numerous Panera's and I've always been let down. I just came to this one for lunch and I had a BLT. I had the same issues that I have every Panera I go to. And that issue is just that to me the food is on the bland side and doesn't really have much of a taste. I know that many will disagree with me on that and I guess I would say if you're a fan of Panera you'll probably like it here and if you don't like Panera you won't like it here. I find most of them to be very similar in the set up and in the food choices and the taste of the food. TruE to form, I really didn't like my sandwich. I found that the bread was very bland and the whole sandwich was sort of tasteless. I'm also really not a big fan of the atmosphere here. It's hard to find a seat, it's very noisy and I have to train numerous Panera's I've come to the conclusion that as a restaurant they're not for me.

Slow service. Tables not cleaned between patrons. Carpet in dining room needs to be vacuumed. Tea not being brewed in a timely manner.

Great in the morning. By evening, sticky and dirty floors and tables. Small portions and inconsistent.

I got into town and wanted some food. I never had Firehouse Subs. As soon as I walked into the…read morerestaurant, I was greeted by both employees with a friendly "Welcome to Firehouse Subs". They took my order and within a few minutes, my order was ready. I ordered the firehouse steak and cheese. It was delicious. The lobby was clean and had comfortable seating. I would eat there again.

I would order ahead if you can, or bring your patience hat. Original review: What a nightmare of an experience!!! I went in today around 12:20 to grab a sandwich. I was the first person in line. I ordered, paid and waited, and waited, and waited.... Finally I asked someone how much longer it would be. They said there were 5 orders ahead of mine. I told them I have to go to an appointment and I'd be back in a couple of hours and not to make my sandwich. I came back starving at 2:45 and waited, and waited and waited... Nobody was at the register. I told the guy making sandwiches about my earlier visit, showed him my receipt and he went to the back. I waited again. He came back and said he didn't know what to do and asked me to wait some more, at this point all I wanted was a refund, he couldn't help with that either. I was about to lose my $H!T so I left before things got crazy. So I'm out $10 and about 40 mins of my day, and no sandwich to show for it. WTF??!!

this place sucks…read more Hadn't been to firehouse subs in five years because of the service it was awful back then. Came to the one in Arden a few weeks ago and the service was odd. It must have been this register girls first job, she was so timid, she was shaking and did not know how to operate the register, I felt bad for her as no other employees initially helped her. Eventually someone came to help and they too had low confidence, no hello, eye contact etc. Despite the strangeness it was good and I would've given it a three out of five stars, they did take a long time but I prob due to the new employee and lack there of. As I was leaving, there were employees tossing bags of chips behind the counter, but you get out of your employee what you put in . Secondly, and most importantly, I very very very recently went into firehouse subs in Arden. No one acknowledged me. There were about five people sitting down waiting for their subs. I read the room and quickly I understood that it was busy, but no employee even looked at me as I stared over the register...no eye contact not once. Finally it got to the point where I had to reach out to the employee - "you look pretty busy how long do you think it'll be" and the answer I got was a murmur.. more or less .."it'll be a while" followed by a loud stress sigh -"not to be particular but about how many minutes" she looked up "30". I left. As stated I worked in the industry, but whoever owns this franchise you need to work on training your employees. I'm sorry but the good is mediocre anyhow, I was going to try the meatball sub but..
