Ordered takeout from here today. Of course, as it always goes, I make a plan to visit the restaurant in person if possible. I just think most of the time that's a better experience. I wanted a very healthy dinner experience, but I think I could've done better. I got the orange cream smoothie with vegan protein. I'm very nostalgic of those old-school Flintstones push-up pops, and I'm forever trying to re-create them. When it arrived, it was pretty juice like. The flavor had a tiny bit of chalk to it, but overall was really good. Simple, but just what I wanted. For the amount of calories it posted well worth it. FaceTime reviews, I opted for the build your own bowl that was large size. I think this was a mistake. It would've been cheaper and potentially better to get a veggie burger or salmon sandwich. The large size was not very large. Or diverse. And overall not really that great. The one thing I did get a lot of was shrimp. The rest of the stuff was pretty minimal. About five baby carrots, two pieces of broccoli, one Brussels, etc. I ordered the super food base, but I don't even know what that was to be honest. The flavor on everything was very bland. Good because it didn't upset my stomach but again kind of boring. From my own fridge, I added a few things to spice it up. Again, kind of a not interesting experience, but not bad overall. I did feel healthy which was nice. Maybe if you order the bowl in person it's better? or maybe other things on the menu are better? Definitely wanna try some more smoothies. Stopped in for lunch and got the Bang Bang Shrimp Wrap which included a side so I opted for the sweet potato fries. The portion was huge, which, for the price, I didn't expect - and the shrimp wrap was really tasty. The fries were not great. They were limp and warm, not hot and crispy. Staff was really friendly and helpful in explaining everything to me. The store has quite a few indoor tables and a couple outside too, I believe. The space isn't pretty per se, but functional and clean. After my lunch I decided to take home one of the prepared frozen meals to try and picked the beef and broccoli. I put it in my freezer and tried it the following night. Clear reheating instructions - microwave, oven or cooktop! The beef was tender but did lack some flavor and juiciness, but the broccoli and carrots were cooked perfectly. Still with a little crunch, but not raw and not overcooked. One thing I wasn't happy about was the styrofoam cups. They had some nice drink choices (fruit teas), but I was really surprised that they didn't do something more sustainable on that end. I hope they might rethink that choice. It bummed me out- I mean it's a no-brainer! I look forward to trying more meals. Nice to know you can get a full healthy meal for under $10 which makes it accessible to way more people than those other meal prep companies. read more

I took a built your own bowl and it was delicious. It was prepared within 10 mins. While I waited for some of their special waters with kiwi in it. It was so refreshing for a hot day. On the way back from the park, my sister, nephew and I decided to try Clean Eatz. It was... kind of a bizarre experience. None of the ingredients are listed anywhere, and even after doing a deep-dive online, we found minimal information about what exactly was in their food. I ordered the chicken "nuggetz" and fully expected them to be something other than chicken due to the "z." But it would have been nice to know exactly what I was eating? (Soy, by the way.) My nephew (2.5) got the kids Mac and cheese and what came out was rigatoni with some kind of queso that contained green matter. Obviously healthy as hell, veggies in the cheese, yes please! And don't misunderstand- my sister was pleased with her/their meals. The quality and taste. Though a direct quote from her is "it tasted good enough, but why the secrecy around the menu? Why do we have to list all of our allergens to a stranger or risk some kind of reaction? Aren't we adults? Just tell me there's veggies in the cheese." I wouldn't come back here personally, to be honest. They do some kind of meal delivery service and while we dined in we saw tons of people come in to pick up their orders, so there must be something to it. Give it a try if that's your thing. I think it just didn't hit the spot for me and I wish there was more transparency when it came to the menu. Also, the woman at the front counter was lovely. This is now a weekly favorite! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Joan is always so nice and service is always very fast. They recently redid this location and it's way more functional and open. It's always clean and I'm not just talking about the ingredients One of my favorites is the Epic Chicken Melt! Always fresh and yummy. The sauce is what makes it! Highly recommend trying if you are trying to eat cleaner! read more

My first experience here was with a Yelp event, and I had the buckeyes which were insanely delicious. I was very excited to come back and try something else. I stopped in today and got the watch your waist wrap with a side of sweet potato fries. Both were very good, but the best part was the Customer service I received from Joan. Right off the bat she was warm and welcoming, and explained the menu and options to me. When I went to pay I had an issue with my Apple Pay, and Joan recognized my embarrassment, and could not have been kinder or more patient. To the owner of this business, I am sure you are already aware of what a gem Joan is, but I want to bring extra attention to it today as you are lucky to have her on your team!
