They blamed the restaurant for not reading the entire faxed order, and certainly they are the ones that failed to include the entire order. However, it is on Kickback to ensure the product they're facilitating is correct. Whether that means the driver should verify the order, or they need a better method than fax to send in the order, they need to solve this problem. If they can't be trusted to solve the problems of their business, they shouldn't be in this business.
