I just want to give a warning. While Panera has great food, their service is not so much. I came in about 20 mins prior to closing last night and attempted to call ahead several times, but no one picked up the phone. Then as I was pulling up to the front of the restaurant, I was still attempting to "wait for a team member", while staring right at team members not picking up the phone. Since I was already there, I just went in to order because I had a question and was trying not to go inside but they just weren't picking up the phone. I placed an order for a salad, however, since one of the ingredients was missing, I asked the cashier if I could substitute for the missing ingredient and if they charge for it. She said she will just add it on and subtract it off. I ordered two salads and one I asked for extra fruit for (in substitution for the missing fruit) and was also charged for that-- however no additional fruit was added. On top of that, I tried to reach out to a staff member about it (since the person who placed my order left immediately after), but he did not seem to care. On top of that, I asked for my salad with NO chicken and found it with chicken (see pic below). Because of cultural reasons, I cannot eat meat so I was unable to eat this salad (I took out the big chunks, but there were too many little chunks). That was very disappointing. The entire experience seemed like people who didn't want to be there and while I absolutely understand this is a difficult time, I would ask them to be mindful that the last order of the night is just as important as the beginning of the day. The food was absolutely disgusting. Very disappointed a chain restaurant can get away with the type of service provided here. Never will I recommend this location or go back. First let's start with the Napa Chicken Salad Sandwich I ordered. It had half a head of lettuce and no Napa Chicken Salad. Absolute joke ordering delivery thru the app they get away with highway robbery. Let's move on to the Broccoli Cheddar Soup. It was half soup half water. I've never tasting something so runny and disgusting before. The baguette provided was as hard as a rock. Panera is supposed to be a bakery with fresh bread. It looked as if a bite was missing and it tasted like it was 2 weeks old. I almost chipped my tooth. The Mango Charge refreshment I purchased was half water half mango charge. Tasted just like everything else disgusting. The management and employees need to be fired. Doesn't meet the expectations of a Panera Bread Chain. And my assumption is the rents too high and there's no customers there that they skimp the order to save on their stores food costs. Mouth watering goodness. Nothing beats yummy healthy Sandwhiches that comes with a salad and chips. First of all customer services - it was my first time here, and I did not know how to order at all.. Thankfully the girl working helped me find what sandwhich was right for me. When saying "right" for me she literally broke it down each step. From what kind of meat, to bread, and to the things inside of my sandwhich. I found out that I like avocado in my sandwhiches. I never liked fresh sliced avocado, but if it's from panera it'll be my first Togo sandwhich. Secondly, the atmosphere. Super cute, cozy place. Most definitely a place where I wouldn't mind doing homework. It's s pretty decent size, with a nice layout. And most importantly the food! Sooo BOMB! I got a turkey & avocado Blt, can you say heaven in your mouth? You can do a 2 pick. Which means you choose 1/2 a sandwhich with your choice of a salad or soup and comes with chips or a baguette. Personally, I had a very good experience here, I work in the food industry business as well, and me and the cashier got along right away and she made sure I was satisfied with my Order and she had a very welcoming attitude. This is a nice clean and new place so points for that but I just went in for dinner and there was only 6 people there yet it took forever to get them the line to order. Let me start by saying I love the food at Panera Bread. But I just ordered a cup of soup ($7.49) which was received barely warmed. I asked to have it heated and was told to go to the coffee station and use the microwave!!! If I wanted to warm my own soup, I would have eaten at home. I just came from Panera Bread between Pittsburg and Antioch off HWY 4 and ordered the new breaded chicken sandwich. $16 later, I feel totally ripped off. The sandwich was okay... not great, but not bad either. The chicken was on the small side so you could barely see the chicken over the bun. Not much in the way of breading. Went here for a quiet morning treat with my daughter and we were so happy! Such kind service from Cameron- went out of his way to make sure we were happy and served well. I had hoped this was an isolated incident, but looking at the latest reviews for this location I can tell that is not the case. How hard is it to ensure the complete order is in the bag for a to-go order? If the employees weren't busy commenting on the relationship status of an individual, perhaps they could actually do their job. Apparently they feel someone with a beard deserves to be single. I am disappointed to have to even mention that this Panera was FILTHY when we went last week. It was 2 hours to closing. Tables were left uncleaned and I guess that makes sense to them since it was the end of the day. It didn't make sense to us but we cleaned out table sat down anyway. When we got the chilli soup we ordered we immediately FELT the dirty plates. The spoons were also noticeably dirty. We request new tableware and a bowls. We received items just as dirty. We had to walk out. This hygiene issue is quite disconcerting and we will not be able to comfortably return to this establishment...I cannot even give 2* at this point as it was THAT BAD. Terrible managment and customer service. We came here to get food at around 7pm. The food was okay but they ran out of the lemonade drink which my friend specifically told me was great, so she proceeded to ask a staff member around 7:10, we waited until 7:30, still nothing in the drink fountains, then she asked another staff and I also asked another staff member in which they said they would get to it as soon as possible. It's 8 now and still the fountains are empty. She asked another staff member and and was told it's leaking which seem like a lie to cover them since apparently no one wants to refill it. There are 3 staff members in the front just chilling and chatting away the whole time like it's a chill spot. This is my first time and last time going to this establishment. Yes Panera has great bread and pastries...but their sandwiches are a disappointment each time I've tried. I always tell myself I'm going to quit having lunch here but those advertisements are doing a good job because they draw me back. I was nearby during lunch so I stopped in to try the seasonal Turkey and Cranberry Flatbread. Take a look at the store picture and then take a look at mine. In the store picture you see slices of turkey with cranberries falling out. On mine I moved the spinach...which was the only thing that there was a lot of....so the small clumps of turkey and extremely minimal cranberries can be seen. Ordered to go and they barely filled up the cup for Mac and cheese and on top of that their tropica fruit punch was super watery. I ordered an avocado BLT for my mother and it was super messy and unclean. Stopped in to order a salad on a busy Saturday. I normally use the kiosk for my to go orders. Only one out of the four were working. And there was no notification that they were out of order. People like myself would try to get them to work waisting time before getting into a long line. The line moved fast enough, but the clerk with a "supervisor" badge wasn't very friendly. And seemed annoyed with me for asking if I should "swipe" or use chip. And when I asked she wasn't clear and/ or I misunderstood. I placed an order via door dash. After almost an hour wait my order arrived missing half the items. Tried to call location for 20 mins straight while no one ever andswered phones no matter what option I pushed. Meanwhile my door dash driver went back. He was very helpful while the manager I finally spoke to at Panera was anything but. According to my receipt Erica checked off all my order was in bags. Funny how the 2 salads utensils and butter never made it in even tho markedoff on receipt. PANERAS FAULT 100 percent. Manager I spoke to was not sympathetic to fact the soup I had and sandwich got cold waiting for my salads. I asked for order to be remade and delivered. She offered a few pastries. NOPE. NOT ACCEPTABLE. DoorDash driver picked up missing salads and delivered to me. Lesson learned. $79 order got cold while waiting for salads that should have been in bag as marked off by Panera. Upped one star since last time. Went here with lovie for some post workout nourishment and to kill time waiting for my pictures to develop at Target. He had a turkey on whole wheat, plain mustard with all the fixins (lettuce, tomato, with a slice of onion). I had a honey ham and swiss on rye, spicy mustard also with all the fixins.
