I had hoped this was an isolated incident, but looking at the latest reviews for this location I can tell that is not the case. How hard is it to ensure the complete order is in the bag for a to-go order? If the employees weren't busy commenting on the relationship status of an individual, perhaps they could actually do their job. Apparently they feel someone with a beard deserves to be single. I deserve to get my order correct when I pay for it. Both orders of soup were missing when we got home and wanted to begin eating dinner. After attempting to contact the store by phone, was disconnected after having it ring forever. Funny how the top of their receipts state "Accuracy Matters". It certainly doesn't here. For half a sandwich, the roast beef sandwich is generously filled with slices of meat, a zesty horseradish mayo sauce, lettuce, tomato, and red onion in between two slices of crunchy & chewy asiago cheese bread. I think I want to just order a loaf of bread next time. I've tried other sandwiches before (Sierra Turkey and Almond Chicken Salad) and they weren't as filling compared to the roast beef sandwich. The corn chowder is thick and hearty with lots of veggies and just a bit of spicy heat. If that's not in season, I recommend the French onion soup. However, all their soups are more on the salty side. {SERVICE} Service is hit and miss - they are usually very quick to bring out the food, but can be slow to take away your plates/bowls when you're done. {ATMOSPHERE} This place is really accommodating for ppl who want to study/work - there are plentiful outlets in every booth and along the walls for your laptops. FREE WIFI is always a plus. The music isn't too loud where you can't study. Just be wary of families with lots of crying kids. -_- -- Overall, I like the cafe-style of this Panera for catching up with friends as well as studying/working. Panera hot chocolate has always been a favorite of mine - I'd choose it over starbucks if I had to compare the two...and my new obsession is their flatbread bbq chicken sandwich. I always order from the "you pick 2" menu...and sometimes they fail to ask if a baguette is alright. Terrible managment and customer service. We came here to get food at around 7pm. The food was okay but they ran out of the lemonade drink which my friend specifically told me was great, so she proceeded to ask a staff member around 7:10, we waited until 7:30, still nothing in the drink fountains, then she asked another staff and I also asked another staff member in which they said they would get to it as soon as possible. It's 8 now and still the fountains are empty. She asked another staff member and and was told it's leaking which seem like a lie to cover them since apparently no one wants to refill it. I was nearby during lunch so I stopped in to try the seasonal Turkey and Cranberry Flatbread. Take a look at the store picture and then take a look at mine. In the store picture you see slices of turkey with cranberries falling out. On mine I moved the spinach...which was the only thing that there was a lot of....so the small clumps of turkey and extremely minimal cranberries can be seen. People like myself would try to get them to work waisting time before getting into a long line. The line moved fast enough, but the clerk with a "supervisor" badge wasn't very friendly. And seemed annoyed with me for asking if I should "swipe" or use chip. And when I asked she wasn't clear and/ or I misunderstood. Personally speaking, I am a general manager for BP and that is not how you react to a customer. I placed an order via door dash. After almost an hour wait my order arrived missing half the items. Tried to call location for 20 mins straight while no one ever andswered phones no matter what option I pushed. Meanwhile my door dash driver went back. He was very helpful while the manager I finally spoke to at Panera was anything but. According to my receipt Erica checked off all my order was in bags. Funny how the 2 salads utensils and butter never made it in even tho markedoff on receipt. PANERAS FAULT 100 percent. Manager I spoke to was not sympathetic to fact the soup I had and sandwich got cold waiting for my salads. I asked for order to be remade and delivered. She offered a few pastries. NOPE. NOT ACCEPTABLE. DoorDash driver picked up missing salads and delivered to me. Lesson learned. $79 order got cold while waiting for salads that should have been in bag as marked off by Panera. I WILL NEVER EAT AT PANERA AGAIN AND I GOT A CREDIT FROM DOORDASH. Much better than a few pastries. PANERA MANAGER YOU SUCKED TONIGHT! Yes I was upset and a bit loud and angry. I was hungry. Sadly, this isn't a great review, but I'll keep it short. Panera food is pretty good anyway and for our family it has been a regular spot for years - in Minnesota. Moving to Brentwood we had a different experience. I want to clarify that the people working there were nice. However, we ordered 5 meals, 4 of which were made wrong and 1 that wasn't in our bag. Wrong orders: Italian club had 1 piece of meat and no spread at all, and 1 piece of cheese with little of anything else. You pick two had soup instead of salad You pick two with a sandwich and Mac cheese was missing sandwich. Sandwich request without onions had extra onions. Missing large Mac cheese. I'll add that the receipt was correct. In all, these aren't too big of an issue, and normally I would have just ignored and dealt with it. But, I did call the store and let them know we were missing a Mac and cheese that was paid for. They said they would offer a store credit but not charge the amount back to my card. When I mentioned the other issues they were dismissed with a, "well you ate it" attitude. Anyway, I'm not impressed. It's fine to make mistakes even several. But, to not care or address the mistakes is another thing. We just won't be back. read more

I hung around for a bit and decided to use the "express checkout" since I didn't see anyone behind the counter ready to take my order. I got the cobb chicken salad which was bomb.com Skylar came to my table to drop off my salad and asked if I needed anything which was much appreciated. The food here is always great, I was just a bit confused with the new setup.
