The quality of the food and coffee here remains satisfying. Their service has gone way downhill, coffee urns are often empty, the half-and-half is often empty and you need to wait a while until it they are refilled. The people who work here seem to be working hard, but they need more staff. The bread here is excellent. As are the pastries, sandwiches and salads. They have gone very high-tech with ordering at these electronic kiosks, and once you get the hang of it, it works out well. You get your food quickly, but the refills on the drinks can take a long time till they get around to refilling the urns and the half-and-half decanter's.

Delicious. Salad and bread tasted so fresh. Done quickly. Apple was good. Inside was clean.

I have gotten this salad before but the chicken seemed to be turkey and wasn't that good . Coffee and speed of food was super fast and they were busy. I will be back but will have to rethink if I'm going to get the salad again or just get it without meat. It just wasn't as good as I remember.

Got takeout the other night from this location and was very happy with the presentation of my salad and the taste of everything. It was all hot but not ready when the app said it would be so my coworker had to sit and wait for about 10 minutes.

Cmon guys. The portions need to be looked at. I ordered a sandwhich and a salad. The plan was to bring the salad home for later. I ordered both for in cafe so I could eat. I got my meals and the salad seemed really small but I thought maybe it was just the shape of the bowl. When I asked for a to go container for the salad so I could take it home I realized just how small it was. For $12 salad I should not be getting so little. Not today when food costs have gone up so much and eating out is a luxury to a lot of people. I've never ordered this salad before. I got it because I was somewhere where this was the catered salad and I went back for seconds it was so yummy!! My issue is with getting so little. This isn't 5 star dining where you expect tiny salads for bigger price tags. I've gotten bigger salads for $8 at a fine dining establishment

They are sporting a new menu again. The steak sandwich with sautéd onions, peppers and a garlic aioli solved my hunger puzzle. The chicken bacon ranch on ciabatta bread is another great pick. Employees were friendly. The restaurant was very clean.

When am I going to start feeling the pain from today's workout? That's my Pain-ETA. This Panera Bread is on Niagara Falls Boulevard at the Boulevard Shops (a large outdoor strip mall, new style, fancy af), and is a pretty fancy (but I said that already) and spacious one with a lot of tables in heaven boots and stuff. I'm not sure why my voice prediction said Heaven Boots, it must be thinking of Barbie dressed up for a scene/date/boba. It's been quiet on the few occasions I came in here probably cuz it's a little bit difficult to get to and not situated right on the road, but it's not bad and their caramel macchiato is decent, if extremely overpriced. It's one of the better locations especially if you want a secluded table for a date or meeting or chat rather than a packed Panera with tons of people close to you. AC is good in here. I'm a Panera member but I think their food is nightmarishly horrible, not just bland but awful. If you love Panera food, we can possibly friends but definitely not dining friends. Not in the sense that you can give recommendations to me, anyway. Sorry. I do appreciate their free self-service water and their free Wi-fi (which is sometimes spotty). Their caramel macchiato is good but I'm not a big fan of anything else. And remember - When I first came here, I came here in ERROR This place can be scary, but Starbucks is SCARIER Some say it's relaxing, I just felt TERROR But that's what you get when you go to PANERA Ran into McCain (John) and Palin (SARAH) They were running off together to the French RIVIERA But then he dumped her and she cried off her MASCARA And that's just another average day at PANERA WHAT

Mac and cheese is honestly one of the best I've ever had! Like Panera did it so good. Everyone should try. Otherwise, the place is very good vibes.

Food was fast and just as we ordered. Recommend the Asian chicken salad as well as the summertime strawberry chicken poppyseed salad.

Service was quick, and our food came out hot and fresh shortly after we ordered. We shared everything family-style, including the pan-fried pork and chive dumplings, crab and pork xiao long bao, and the OG peanut noodles with chicken. Everything was delicious, but the xiao long bao was easily the highlight. The dumpling skin was the perfect thickness, and you could really taste the crab in the filling. The prices were also very reasonable, especially compared to other dumpling spots I've been to that cost more without matching the quality. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in the area!

My wife and I are dumpling aficionados and mostly have to make our own at home so we were excited when this place opened. It was super busy when we got there, even on a Monday night, but we still got served pretty fast. We had two types of dumplings, chicken and pork, both pan fried and they were both great. We also tried the pork belly bun which exceeded expectations. For dessert we had the sesame balls which were sweet and had the perfect texture. We liked everything and we will be back here for sure.

The young man serving us was handing all of the front of house duties and was very attentive. The food was excellent. I had shrimp pho with a generous portion of large shrimp. I would never have known about the second Anchi A La Carte location, if it weren't for the Yelp ad…read more The original restaurant offered truly delicious food, so we decided to check out the new one, expecting the same menu, vibe and quality. I'd start with the atmosphere and overall first impression. The interior isn't as bright and inviting as the one on Maple Road. It's still the Water Lily Cafe, just under a different banner. This place needs to be refreshed. Another downside is that the complimentary dumplings advertised on Yelp are only for those who leave a five-star review. Really?! :) In my opinion, this fact takes one star away instantly. So we already got The Bad and The Ugly ;). The Good was the most important, the food. We really enjoyed our dishes. My partner's 'Spice Lemongrass Beef Noodle Soup' was very tasty. It wasn't heavy on lemongrass, and overly spicy, as promised. It was full of various cuts of beef, a slice of Vietnamese pork, and a good amount of thick rice noodles. The soup is served with the same garnish as for pho soup. My 'Grilled Shrimp Vermicelli Bowl' was beautifully served. All the veggies were crispy, fresh, and the noodles were nicely warm. With the splash of fish sauce everything tasted so delicious. I asked for a side of the peanut sauce and it was even tastier (thanks Jennifer). Only the shrimp could be of better quality and really, nicely grilled. I'm glad Anchi A La Carte is available in this part of town. It's a perfect place for a good meal before or after shopping, errands etc. in the area.
