    Steak sandwich with potato salad
    Norma P.

Stopped in on a Saturday night and got a table in the bar as we did not have a reservation. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. I decided to have the steak sandwich...delicious !!! I very much enjoyed it. I got the potato salad for my side which was good but a little too creamy. Overall a very good experience...I definitely plan to make a return visit !!!

Steak portobello focaccia with macaroni salad

We came by on a Saturday evening and got seated immediately, although we were told we had to sit in the bar because they had numerous reservations that night. I ordered the steak portobello focaccia with macaroni salad as a side. I requested a steak knife, which was brought promptly, since I like to make an open face sandwich with steak. The steak was properly cooked medium rare and I took some home. Our waiter was quite prompt with his service. My wife ordered the steak sandwich and potato salad which she enjoyed. We had an overall good experience and will be sure to come back.

I loveeee the Cobb salad at My Tomato Pie. My favorite Cobb was always at Friday's and now that they're closed I'm looking for a close comparison and this one is the closest I've gotten. The dressing makes your mouth water and if you get a breadstick, the meal hits As the saying goes, consistency is key. And they've got it here.

On the menu for this visit: Panzanella Salad, a half-pepperoni/half-sausage pizza, and Affogato. The Panzanella was beautiful in presentation and tasted just as good. Firm, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, red onions, crostini, and dressing that all complemented each other perfectly. Refreshing and delish! The Affogato...AffoMazing!! I haven't been to Italy in a little while, but this pizza was freaking close, if not spot-on, when it comes to authenticity! Brick-oven baked with a light crust, chunky real tomato sauce (forgot to ask if it was home-made), just the right amount of cheese, and REAL pepperoni and sausage. And did I mention...very little grease?! The taste was light, fresh, and not overly filling, just right! Overall, Forno Napoli was a fantastic choice! Great atmosphere, warm service, fresh food, and pizza that brought back a little taste of Italy. Definitely worth a visit! Ciao

This time there was almost nothing to take home. I ordered the meatball sandwich, which turned out to be one tiny meatball cut in half. The red sauce and cheese were good, the bread was good. But seriously, I had to look to see if there was actually a meatball in the bread. The taste was fine... but it tasted more like bread than sauce or meatball. The spaghetti that came with it? There used to be crazy amounts of spaghetti with a meal. It was worth the price of admission all by itself! My side of pasta that came with the meal was fine. If I was at Olive Garden, it would have been a lovely side.... Our waiter kept calling it "award-winning meat sauce," and the flavor really was good... but nothing I couldn't make at home for a fraction of the price. I don't know who handed out that award, or when it was received? It was good, but I wouldn't give it any awards! I enjoyed the plate well enough. Dessert was the low point. My $15 chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting was tall, thin, and the cake was stale, and the "peanut butter" frosting was basically brown buttercream. When I got the $215 bill (before tip), I better understood why Lebros is a forgotten relic of days gone by. The food was genuinely good, but at this price, I should be walking out speechless at the taste! Half the price, with more generous portions, and I'd have left very contented. One more note: I mentioned to a server that it was my wife's birthday. They said they do things for birthdays, and then no one so much as wished her a happy birthday as they walked past us. I wasn't looking for a freebie or a song, just a little acknowledgment would have been nice. That small miss captured the evening: perfectly pleasant, perfectly ordinary. Three stars, I'd probably go back if my wife wants... but I miss Lebros before they upgraded their bar. Glad I helped them with their next mortgage payment.

Half of our group (was a total of four of us) enjoyed their food. The restaurant was clean and bathroom smelled very pleasant. Pricing was fair for what was enjoyed. The focaccia bread was the star of the show for me. My guests enjoyed the shrimp scampi, but felt the portion was small and the salmon was delicious. I did taste a piece of the salmon and was jealous as I can confirm it was delicious...wonderfully seasoned and perfectly cooked. Con's: The other half of our party did not enjoy the food. Unfortunately, I was in that bunch. It was quite surprising as the menu is not robust at all; so our thought was that the items that ARE on the menu must be a delicious specialty. Always listen to the staff! So I found this place on Yelp and drove about 15 mins from where I was staying to have lunch here. I struck up conversation with the cashier and she said her favorite item was The Club, so that's what I ordered. It's a cute little sandwich shop, it's an order at the counter and they bring your food to your table kind of place. The food: The Classic- Ricotta and pork meatballs, roasted peppers, cherry tomato confit, fresh mozzarella, pesto. This was the universal favorite of me and my two friends. This was so insanely good. Loved the bread as usual, the meatballs were incredibility tasty and tender and the fresh mozzarella had a great taste and good mouthfeel. I didn't even notice the pesto in to be honest, if I were to add something to take it over the top, it would be to add fresh basil, that would make this a perfect sandwich but this was insanely delicious to start with. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=Y_iTTjKvV5hLy-880SZzlA&select=ij0TFdrEOvs15sH_ooYO6A The Club- house roasted turkey, crispy prosciutto, arugula, roasted tomato, caramelized onion aioli. This sandwich made so much sense. First, I love the bread, it's soft, chewy, light and I love the smokey undertones from the oven. Second, the ingredients all make sense, the turkey was an in house product and the turkey tasted like actual turkey which was great. I loved the arugula and the roasted tomato added a nice sweetness but the caramelized onion aioli was amazing. It added a nice creaminess with a subtle sweetness from the caramelized onions. I also really liked the crispy prosciutto, it had a saltier crispy bacon feel to it. This place is a winner and should be celebrated as such. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=Y_iTTjKvV5hLy-880SZzlA&select=cBxGQw9MCVdExyLHgW8XBA The Forager- Roasted mushrooms, herbed ricotta, spinach, crispy onions. This one made so much sense and there wasn't even meat in this one. I loved the roast on the mushrooms, the herbed ricotta was the sleeper item that tied everything together, there was also a nice freshness to the dish I really enjoyed, I think it was an underlying lemon flavor that really added a lot of flavor. The Italian- Ricotta, goat cheese, fig jam, arugula, balsamic. I thought this was going to be an easy favorite but it was just Ok. All the flavors made sense but the sandwich was way too sweet. Also, I didn't love the flavor of the prosciutto, I think the prosciutto could have been a bit better.
